    We know that if Podz was healthy or GP2, we wouldn't even see Lindy on the floor for this long. Then when he does get on the floor, we expect him to play like this, but how?! He needs the minutes he got last night, every night or at least a majority of the nights. That's why I think the whole 11, 12 or however many players Kerr was going to play doesn't work. Thes boys need to gel, they need to get the reps in to produce.

      Agreed need to take that those 3-4 guys and trade for a stretch big.

    Underhanded swipe at steve. Smh. The Dubs have been very vocal about the their support for their coach and his playing time decisions. But the fans...sigh... worse than the cold shooting spell of December 2024.

      I beg to differ. Kyle Anderson has been a key rotation piece for multiple western conference contenders the last few years, somehow he signs a multi-year contract and is now getting the least amount of minutes since his rookie year. And when you play him (like last night), he plays well. Is this the fans fault??

      @@warriorsbreakdown are you privy to the reasons for Steve's rotations and line ups?

      @@choloabenes9002 Well he's talked about it...he wants to play fast and get 3's up. The problem is, they're not hitting the three's lmao and as a result are giving up inside paint presence. It's been like that for a half decade

    • @choloabenes9002
      @choloabenes9002 25 днів тому

      Is that the specific reason for reducing Kyle's minutes?
      Afaik, Kyle bought into the "play fast and volume 3s" strategy. He's part of that. He played the part. So, they really didn't give up the inside presence if that's where you're going.
      Most of Kyle's playing time was given to JK. When JK sprained his ankle yesterday, Kyle got called back into rotation. JK isn't exactly a giving up inside presence. Should we reduce JK's playing time in favor of Kyle?
      Today, they got blown out again. It's not because of a lack of inside presence. Like most of their losses, it's because of careless turnovers by Steph and the other vets, and lackadaisical perimeter and point-of-attack defense. Are you going to call them out for that? or is that Steve's fault as well?

      It's fair to criticize Steve Kerr if you know intimately the details and reasons for his playing time decisions. And criticize only if you have doable/practical solutions to the problems the whole team is facing. Just don't throw anyone under the bus, just because you're pissed.
      But I get it. Everyone needs to have a scapegoat when things don't go their way. Dubs fans are one of the best at blaming, and Steve is the lowest hanging fruit.
