Never played world of tanks before but want to play as a challenger 2. Wat thunder is too hard. I hope the grind isnt too big

They do not care. I play PC version and will put you a dificult situation. They pushed over player a vehicle called Grille 15 when they take out of the game the WT auf E100. They do not offer any option for compensation of anything. After a shot time they NERFED the vehicle to complet trash. And the vehicle was a piece of shit even before the nerf. But how there are a lot of player playing with Grille, that is the forth worse TD of tier X, they simply do not fix the shit they did, they simply do not buff Grille 15 to decent condition *THEY ARE DISHONEST SO THEY DO NOT CARE". How will dishonest people care? Really you wanna that people be respectful with Wargaming after this kind of dishonesty? Are you kidding me? Why would I be respectful with dishonest people? *Your are wrong* !!

If your having trouble with cas, carry an extra spaa and put a fighter in your lineup. Fighters are cheap to spawn and extremely good at clearing cas. People rarely use fighters and that sucks.

Watching this video, not live stream res is all over the place, couldn't get past your first battle in a descent res was impossible. Probably won't follow vids anymore...

Hey rikki, use to be big fan, but for a few months now since you changed something in how you stream, I can't watch them in 720 or 1040 without big time buffering going on. Watching them in low resolution is a none starter. I watch petty or slap in high res with no issues with live stream.

I have 269 Pascucci's medals by killing 2 arty for each one , now I feel ripped off by getting the medals for only killing one 😮.........dummy downed game , no skills needed anymore 😢

But atgm rain. But can't pen a fucking fv-anything. Ap too slow to hit fast-movers reliably. Heat sucks for only 20mm more of pen. On paper it's not an Era 2.

Riki, you inspired me to go back to WT , played it on inception. I cant get a good controller setup on xbox. If u get time, put yours up please. It all seems 'clunky' for me afte 10yrs WOT.

Hey Riki, nice video. I see that you're using the T32 solid shot ammo throughout the video. I highly recommend that you try switching that out for the T13 APHE (armor piercing high explosive) ammo. You lose just a few millimeters of penetration but when you pen with APHE it explodes inside the tank, often taking out most if not all of the crew. There was a few times in the video where you would have one shot an enemy tank if you were using that ammo instead.Also you had your barrel broken more times in this video than I've had mine broken all week. That normally doesn't happen that often but it's kind of bad on certain tanks. On a final note you were talking about possibly trying out the 50cal in low tier matches. Well in the Chinese tech tree at battle rating 1.3 you have access to the M8 HMC with a roof mounted 50cal that shreds. They also have an armored car with a 20mm autocannon at the same BR if you want something a little bit bigger. Hope you continue to have a good time in War Thunder.

Using the rangefinder will help you get your distance down, or spotting with a scout

I completely stopped playing World of Tanks and I’ve fallen in love with War Thunder. They’ve slowly taken any fun I’ve had away that I’d had with the arcade style of WoT, and the player base is annoying too. Especially on console, the players are either really good, or another brain dead bot in the sea of morons. I frequently come across players in War Thunder that I have engaging battles with, and sometimes I get outclassed, but I don’t mind because they’re clearly using their brain. I’m not just being over run by 6 or 7 guys because I’m the only one guarding a flank, and in War Thunder, if I play well I can either serious hinder 6/7 players push down a flank or completely halt it. It’s nice to be rewarded for being intelligent in the way you play, and WoT doesn’t do that.

Is it just me or is War Thunder graphics worse than WOT?

You *really* should use APHE in the T29. It allows you to instant-kill most vehicles on a good shot into the crew compartment of a vehicle. Any extra pen you get with the solid shot round isn't really worth it.

I just customized my WOT 3d commander with a helmet. Holy crap is that a fantastic feature. If you've never put a helmet on your commander then you don't know what your missing. Great Job wot developers your the best

1:00 it will take time. It's completely different games by completely different companies. Completely different engines. Damage models. Everything is different. I genuinely believe War Thunder is a much better game in almost every way possible. For all you new players listen to me. Premium tanks are good. But you need what is called a lineup. In War Thunder GROUND, arcade and realistic, you can spawn more than once and in different vehicles. By dieing once and leaving, you are basically throwing the match

Your aiming circle was not 100% aimed in maybe 80 or 90% on those shot you missed (I played the video in slow motion). I have learned to take an extra second or two before taking the shot. I would prefer playing on smaller team match with real players.

You would have gotten that KV2 kill had you: 1: aimed for the hull/engine 2: Got out of that damn fucking spot 3: brought less ammo (who tf brings 80?!) (it'll make you expload/ammunition blow less and weigh a little lighter) 4: looked around 5: skill issue.

Looks like flying Arty but with respawns.😂 I will say, my son plays this and I'll join him from time to time. He says you gotta reduce the ammo you carry to what youll actually use. Too much ammo is more chance to get ammo racked i guess.

In war thunder we call that getting balanced. Dont let the tryhards get to you, if arcade is fun, run that shii; WT is too long of a game to bash your head against a wall the whole time.

This is the first review of this I've seen that is positive. Most others thought it , meh. So I watched this three times, looking carefully at how you played it, and that's the trick. Mobility, agility, hostility. Staying alive to the end, whereas your team's Snakebite was dead after 1 1/2 minutes in the game. Very much Borrasque style. So now I'm interested. I'm surprised this wasn't in Cold War seems odd its in WW2... but go figure. Great review, Thanks! I'm currently doing French lights.

Mobility was always the best killer, ww2 tanks werent meant to have the speeds we have nowadays. That's ultimately what's changing the match timing as well as the meta in my opinion. They can release premium tanks if they want, but I do wish they'd stop trying to call of duty everything...
