- Today I demonstrate that despite the FV4005 being what it is, Era 1 is still playable. It's so playable in fact, you can still 3 mark tanks. Today we 3 mark the M48A5PI.

era 1 is much more relaxed idk why people say it’s unplayable, just annoying getting snapshotted by a shitbarn but that’s about it😅
4005 had only been an issue for new players or players who don't fully understand the game yet.
The T95E3, at 25 credits per standard round, makes Era 1 a staple for credit earning.
Riciative. Steel crew in vr. Is just unbelievable as a tank game. You have to see to believe. A brand new game what wot gamers would only dream about. your actually inside the turret with other players online driving the same tank , commander ,gunner driver..all in the same tank . Dream tank game ,wow. This is life tank game changer mate.
One 4005 is fine. Two is ok, six? Rest of the field can go back to the garage.
Love era 1 no atgm,s no f..king artillery etc! Sucks getting hit by a 4005 but it’s a pleasure to kill in comparison.

To me, Era 1 is the most playable even with the Shitbarn in play. It just ruins the fun when you can't make a play because you've lost all your health to a Shitbarn that either is sniping or throws away their vehicle for that one shot
Though that being said, the main problem with the Shitbarn is just how flexible and maneuverable making it harder to punish after firing
Era 1 is my jam but I don't necessarily agree with your opinion on the fv4500. I believe it has to high of an alpha and op camo capabilites considering its a barn. Don't get me wrong to play it it's fun but to many are put into games. plus compared to any other era1's or era2's the alpha is ridiculously high. I feel it would be better suited in era 2 in my opinion or nerff the alpha and camo capabilities. When it can one shot most era1's it's not fun playing against especially when there is 4 or more per game there should at least be a cap of 2 pe team

The end kills me 😂 im a leopard player, it’s a light medium. Glass cannon. All skill based, I drive wherever I want and ram into whoever to at least take out a tank and a half 🤷🏻♂️

Video to show fv4005 isn't a problem and his fv4005 team mate comes first with nearly 9000dmg and he is killed nearly instantly by one. Perfectly balanced LOL.
Era 1 is my favorite out of all eras and all tiers.
I hated this tank the only Era 1's I have enjoyed FV4005, M103A1, IS4, T34 and SU 122 54 this is the only Era ones I found enjoyable to play and really didn't hate the grind😅

Is true they Nerfed the 4005 im pleased about that ..about time . I Don't want to take away the fun of driving this beast. But taking 10 to 20 per cent ot llets say alpha 1 per shot? Would leave your enemy with at least half a chance. Just instantly MERKING them seems flippen harsh man.
Love this tank. It can dish it out and take a few hits but i have only 2 marked it. I am only missing the skill required😀

Ofcause fv 4005 isnt a problem,thats why there are so fewe of them in every game. 4005 have better consilment than what you play here and its tall as a house. Its faster than a centurion 9 and about same speed and hull rotation as every medium in era1. Its way faster and better consiled than, l think, all heavy in that era + it hits 3 times harder.
So my opinion, the tank are so balanced that its impressive.
I have fun in Era 1 with a loaded Charioteer and go hunting for the FV4005's😊

4005 is not the problem.
The second world war. Cruiser tanks are a bit. NAFF. the vomit comet. Haa. Tthey get tornup by Russian and German armour
The FV4005 is not an issue in era 1, its just one of many 1000 damage dealing vehicles. people whining just need to get good or get one of their own.
It's the only vehicle at era 1 that consistently deals over 1000 damge per shot, plus it's still highly mobile and flexible making it a super comfortable platform. Just compare that to the horrible flexibility of the Obj 268

@@injusticecombohub2620 All you're hearing is valid points. I have 180 games in my FV4005 with a 87.78% WR, it's really not a skill issue on my part
Also, what long line of big alpha vehicles? The Shitbarn is one of three British TDs and the other two do 390/400 alpha damage

Unplayable is a strong term. It is not fun however, and largely due to that one vehicle, when that vehicle is 3 to a side and particularly when the three are platooned. That happens a bit more than it should. Frankly it is a bit hollow to hear veteran players saying it's a skill issue. Maybe it is. But Era one is the gateway to cold war. It is the place new players go. The new player experience should not be that frustrating. Saying it is a skill issue is gatekeeping. You can play this game only when you can be one shot by an FV and not be upset. That is fun, being one shot. Being put out of the game because you had the audacity to be seen by another tank. That'll learn ya. Get Gud Newb. Put the FV in era 2. give it it's original stats back. Let the new players learn to play without every mistake being so costly. There is still plenty to learn without that BS. I find the FV4211 WAY less annoying than the FV. I even found the first iteration of the weasel to be less annoying than the FV. The fact though, that a very good game mode is frequently made considerably less fun by such vehicles is why I don't play much anymore. I was a 51% player, so not good, but not horrible either. I feel like I sit in the realm of people who tried but never felt the game was fun enough to really put in enough time to go further. My highest win rate is in era 2. I don't remember how many games I have played. Maybe a couple thousand. But I am not incentivized to go back and play in part because wargaming doesn't think about how the new player experience should be, and because a lot of the community are overly quick to tell people that have skill issues, without spending any time helping people get those skills. I love watching great players play, but that doesn't help me play. I can't go play the positions a great player can take. Literally nobody works through a progression; when you start the game in X type of vehicle, the best places on Y map to learn the skills for X is here. This is what you should look for. This is how you increase your map awareness. These are the places to avoid. BASIC skills. If we could get to this level, then maybe we can talk about now that you have basic skills with X, here is how to counter an FV. So the answer is learn how to do all that on your own, and by the way, if you make a tiny mistake you get to go back to the garage. Cold war is the best in breed in my opinion of tank games. I used to prefer armored warfare, but that game is dead on consoles. The problem is people can't take what passes for a new player experience, and the attitude of the community, and enjoy the game. It's a game. Not a job. If it's not fun, people wont do it.
