I'll add one more thing, learn the maps. Go into Custom battles, learn where the enemy spawns, learn the flanking routes and where the main portion of fighting will take place. Watch youtubers including Riki and watch where they go, see where someone would go in a light tank, see where they'd go in a heavy. It takes a while, I'm almost level 100 and I'm still learning new spots. Hope this helps and great vid Riki!
Me too. Playing about 80 days and I can only just stay alive, you just can NOT afford to peek out and take a hit, like we ALWAYS do in WOT, because even in 'arcade' mode the effect of 1 single hit, if not immediatly fatal, is DEVASTATING , usualy renders your tank imobile, and unable to fire at the enemy. I now have not played WOT since december 2023 and after 10 yrs on xbox. Dont think i will now return.
Also, if you do decide to buy GE. Upgrading your crews is the best thing you can do. I'm a top performer in a Top 100 squadron, trust me. Aced crew if you can, they'll give you an edge especially with reloads. It won't matter with auto-loaders though.
I would also recommend diving into the Settings tab properly before beginning to play the game seriously Stuff like "Grass in sight" or the scroll wheel set to distance instead of zoom is key to getting more kills and therefore a more enjoyable experience For the controls I would also add Squadron Ping, as it can be extremely useful in a variety of scenarios (pinging your squad and then your team, marking precise artillery, etc)
Buying a 'Premium Time' package is probably the best Bang-for-Buck investment you can buy. Everything speeds up - not just when you use your 'Premium Tanks'. They're always discounted in the big sales. Good luck and take a break when you need to.
Here's a major tip but it only works if you were on a Xbox console what you do is you go to your Xbox settings go to your network and turn off cross play then you get your friend to go into the Queue at the same time with both of y'all having your cosplay turned off and then it'll be you and your friend and then the rest of the players will be nothing but AI Bots so what you do is you going to kill all the Bots and then just take capping a point you can leave a game with 12 to 13,000 RP and like 50 60,000 SL in one game plus if you do that with the Wagers in orders you can rack up and get through the tech Tree in no time
@@samuelesebastiani6790 yeah that's how me and my friend gets the event vehicles where you got to earn a certain amount of points it's easy to do especially if it's a boat you can get that all the points in like one game

There will be sales soon and premiums will be half price

Thanks for this tips I’ll be looking out for more WT vids. I am done with wot I hate that game and just want to get better on WT console.

Important too= commander skills if you buy premium for grinding
For ground learn tank weakspots and play RB ......
come from overwatch, have patience of a saint, put up with that game for 7 odd years or something
after 7 years in WOTC pretty much nothing makes any sense in WT from my controls to the garage. Sadly. And yes I have nobody I know plays WT.

No way this works

Do not neglect AA vehicles please, unless you want to get rolled especially if you're not playing USA.
Just remember most of the UA-camrs use Sound Mod cheats and it's not likely you're going to be as good as most of them.
The best tip I can give to somone who just started playing is STOP! Before it's too late.
Dont forget about all the chines hacker's
Do you think i can grind to the top without premium vehicles?
It's possible but takes longer.
It will probably take you roughly a year to reach base level jets if u play a few times a week
I suck at this game i think it's world of tanks lol
the only way to enjoy this game is to play on a mouse and keyboard, controllers are impossible to use on this game.
Yeah the controls suck. Not to mention the garage and what you could/should/have to do for anything. It makes zero sense to me.
@@kenwood7656 indeed ,I transferred my account to the PC so I can use my mouse and keyboard, best decision I made
