PART 2 - Still tightening the screws on the long run workout. This is key now running the 40k LR with 3 stints of 12k at Marathon goal pace, and proves to be my best workout so far. What else would I wear - Vaporfly 2, and filming with the GoPro Hero 9.

Quayside Sunrise Montage

Pretty much a perfect morning run at sunrise here on the quayside (Newcastle-Gateshead), a run from a vid weeks ago (from date of release), but just the montage run part. Running 3 stints laps of the quayside with MGP stints to cumulate 40k for the day - this route never gets old, if the weathers right
