Thanks Paul - yeah your right, got almost 7 weeks to go before Valencia, though the last weeks or so will be tapering down. Its good to know I trained 4:30/km in my long run stints, but was good to be able to hold 4:15 for 21k in this race.

Thanks Leszek, yes just felt it out, while trying to keep it between 4:10 and 4:20/km. And yes - I'll have a look at the coral placing with Valenica, maybe its enough !!
Nice one mate, I managed a 1:35:38 PB. Also ran Berlin picking up a PB of 3:27:30 and I'm also running Valencia lol! Not sure how it will go given it will be warmer but will give it my best.
@@solefreak2 congratulations 🎉🎉🎉 so good to hear. And a Berlin pb too so close to running MCR, you must be in good shape ! Valencia last year was okay in the morning but from 11am it was warm but we'll just have to grind it out 😂 Every now and again they get an overcast race, but they are few and far between
@@RunThePlanet I really struggle with heat but no option but to run it. Looking forward to it but not sure if I'll PB as body is really fatigued from all the training over this last block. Hopefully bump into you out there.

It was a pb by about 3 minutes so still chuffed with it. I'm doing the full there in March so hopefully it's a bit more lively. Glad you enjoyed the day and we got good times for it

I was there too, was aiming for a 1:30 but dipped around km 18 and finished with a 1:32 in the end.
