No dought its off and that clutch was smoking after. It was slipping like hell as it blew up. Just a stock clutch. Wasn't investigating much time in another saw build. "It's in the description". But yeah if it hooked up solid @ 1:8.2 and 1:1.2 ratios comes out to 87.6 actually on 12.6rotations per 1mph for the wheels on the bike. 👍. I think it could of got there is wrist pin crank bearing made id few 100 more yards. Or may of been at its limits all it has to give.
I have a 100cc engine with a 49 mm bore and 40.2 mm stroke with an AF80 connecting rod and high hole piston I had two base gaskets on it and I replaced it with thin one but now I'm only using half of my exhaust port with a 32 tooth sprocket and I'm only pulling 30mph with heavy four-stroking at wide open throttle, if I sent a video and pictures of the motor would you have any information as to how I could resolve said issue, I'll even cash app a few dollars for your time
Stick to 36t . Keep it mostly 3/4 throttle and the thing will last for a long time. My only suggestion is to replace the wrist pin bearing with Ms380 or Ms 460 bearing like most suggest. One provided is very side play. Other then that seems legitly Rick solid.
That's awesome fast brother you want to go faster get a motorcycle lol you know I just watched a video you put out 1 yr ago about the importance of properly breaking in a engine and you took it apart and showed the piston all scorched and said this was no good for new engines now you know what happened to your avenger 85 to hard to soon same thing they were doing to the phantom 85 cause I have a phantom version 2 with around 2000 miles on her running great cause your only sapossod to run a 2 stroke 90% of its full power at least that's what my Suzuki mechanic used to tell me that back in the 70es I Googled it and it holds true today as well says they start running to lean thanks for the experiment ride safe
I blew it up on purpose to be honest 😆. I just wanted to see how long one really would last. Didn't think half the claims where true. It does do 66mph that I can confirm 😂 for 24 seconds
@@BuildBreakFixGood engine durability test 👍 😂 It would have been cool to also see stock cyl head temps with a guage. To see if high temps played any role. Next video could be engine teardown to look for scoring on exhaust side from overheating.

@mikecyanide7492 mz65 is a horrible match for a saw build. I don't know why people are using them.... The wave hits back as the piston is in the compression stage vs before it while the exhaust is still open. From a math point of view on how a chamber pipe works.
Heck yeah. You cant push the limits without pushing past them every once in a while. I wonder if it would actually have enough torque to use that 22 tooth if you got a beefier clutch on that thing (probably not).
@@BuildBreakFix id imagine that you had to chop and weld a header. There's some talk about the pipe from Gomax. But there was a guy saying that it didn't fit. Because it looked to me that he could just mount the Avenger right to the frame and it would seem that it would fit Anyways he didn't get back with me, so idk...
@KB_Joys all I did was cut off saw the 80cc type header off and cut a square steel plate with 3 holes in it and welded it on. One for the port and 2 bolt holes with a step bit. Nothing fancy just functional
@@BuildBreakFix I had a thought something like that. Because the muffler comes off. I still have a jog pipe that I haven't used, was thinking maybe to try to rig it up like the expansion chamber pipes that have the loop around the frame, then go up to the side. Further reading someone said that id need a reed to gain all benefits. Might just stick with the original muffler, but I still have a jog pipe, never used.
Bottom line is red line is 6500rpms and lower. This engine blew up 10k in 2 x 12 second pulls 😂. Yeah if you keep it mid way throttle few fun rips it will last very long time.
I had an open transfer 80cc that I ran wide open throttle with a 36 tooth sprocket on 26-in wheels at 37 mph for about a year it was the cheapest one they sold on wish for $120 as a kit that thing had a tendency to snap rims as well All I did was open the exhaust at a carburetor and a redneck ram air intake to fight the vacuum behind the motor

Yes. Cheap Chinese Speedo. Says can be off + or - 3 mph. For a 26" wheel. But it did concur with cell phone mph listed so it was close.
