Fun Ride! 5am 4 Stroke Turbo Motorized Bicycle Ride. Everyone Wake Up!

- Took the 53cc motorized bicycle build out for early morning ride. was a nice day for it. I have not really had a chance to take it on more than a few minute ride around block since all the roads where in repair around time of this build. So today I mixed my gas and took this out for a ride.
40% Ethanol E85
5% 75:1 90 octane gas mix
55% 98 Octane Straight Gas
Sadly You can only run this setup on the fuel mix above before you start chewing parts up. Which is really a pain in the arsh to do every time you ride it since the Ethanol will suck water in if it's left exposed to the air here in SC.
You will hear the Wastegate bump twice in this video toward the end. Finally got that to dump perfectly 8psi to 3psi before it closes when you let off throttle. Rest is rechopped in the impeller until it clears out the 8 inches of 32mm tubing.
I have not had a vacuum issue at all like most stated i would. The turbo though stays spoiled up to around 4K min and 16K Max for rpms. Engine can hold 8,500prm sustained. It is actually capped at that RPM by limit of a Husqvarna 455 rancher saw magneto now to cap the rpms at 8.5K

so what? he isnt sitting there revving outside someones window for 20 min.. We either live in a free country or we dont... it is only thatt loud when sitting a foot from the engine, which if you couldnt tell that is what is going .
thats a nice looking clean build . i dont know why i was expecting more from it . but hey it looked fun .

It's still dark as hell at 5 a.m up here in Washington state
You know when I went to WSU I remember it being darker also. I think it's because I live closer to the equator now

Ok now that you've had it for awhile, what's your opinion of it compared to a 49cc 2 stroke .
Is it more maintenance?
Is it as powerful?
I think you were around half a bar of boost , so it's not like your running 45psi boost on e85 turning 87 horsepower. Or anything crazy like that.
40% ethanal is that to fight knock and ping ?
Did you get the timing backed off .
.5 degrees per 1 psi. Wooping 8 psi total 😆 yes for sure lots more noticeable power. Maintenance I've done nothing yet to it since the complete Rebuild. Version 4 😆. Ethanol helps cool down turbo / helps with ping. Was it worth it? Coolness factor 1000% worth it. Practical not really for the $$$ when 100cc 1/3 cost and 25% more powerful. Fun yes. Challenge build if you like to tinker. Worth it 100% daily rider? Kinda if you get it warmed up enough to idle at stops. Takes a bit to get to temp with all ethanol. Push pul love between parts and such. Finding the sweet spot was nightmare. Because you needed a fully hot engine to tune anything. Which you prayed everything didn't train wreck beforehand 😉👍
Edit: 49cc 2 stroke never came close to 46 with my big ass on it 😂

Sounds awesome brother ride safe your neighbors are probably saying here he goes again we got some kids in our neighborhood ripping through here on 4 wheelers and mini bikes 😂 that's what I usually say here they come again when they were little they used to jack there dad's Riding lawnmower and drive it like a car lol there teenagers now they moved up lol 😂

It's cool as hell and I do hear the turbo a bit. UA-cam or your camera must be filtering out the higher frequency sounds.

Couple years ago I was in Akron Ohio and this lady asked if my bike was an electric, I said it has a built in gas tank in the frame, look she said where's the battery at? 😂🤦
