I love these 139 CC snow blower Motorbike videos you put out. I'm trying to make one myself, on a budget and with Little knowledge, Your videos are very helpful.
Same I have 5hp 2 stroke snowblower engine but no workshop area or power for welder...A 10T 3/4in centrifugal clutch is $20 & $30 for a 4 stroke mounting plate. I wanna put a Dellorto carb on it & make an expansion pipe fit. With the governor adjusted or removed for higher rpm & tuned carb. I'm sure it'll do over 7hp easy with way more torque.
They sell a go-kart mounting plate on eBay for these motors. Mount that on a 4 stroke mount. Same as a 212cc 4 stroke bolt pattern. Edit: eating my words now. Can't find one listed anymore.😔

Is that hsk 850 or 845 I seen them flea bay thinking about getting one or hsk 600 3hp 98cc little brother of this engine what size is piston in 3 HP 98 hsk 600 or 645 hsk engine
Sweet. My machine broke the chain, got 5 feet and 2 masterlinks in AND a half link, but no hammer, or punch, or chainbreaker tool to size the damn thing. 😡 Got enough for like 2 more repairs though.
@@BuildBreakFix yeah besides the chain issue, (it was old and worn out) the jack shaft sprocket is the biggest problem on the bike, everything else is pretty much bulletproof. 4strokes may not be as cool, but this machine has been pretty solid.

I bought mine from eBay. It was a store going out of business during covid. They where new old stock so I bought all 3 they had.

Did you do any porting or read valve work to it?
This engine was a new old stock from the factory. Ports in it came polished. With a transmission I didn't need a reed valve.

This is the hsk 850.bigger then a 70mm piston in mine. Gotta remember these are actually imperial engines though! Everything is fractions
