My name is Mike Weisgerber and I am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher. Formally known as CBD Yoga and Fitness, I began this channel back in late 2019 with the goal of adding value and uniqueness through the means of yoga, workout, and meditation videos. As a former Athlete and a current gym enthusiast, a lot of my videos are designed with athletes and bodybuilders in mind, however I do have a wide selection of videos designed for complete beginners as well. Also, if you are a fan of yin yoga, then you are in the right place as that is my favorite type of yoga to perform and teach. Doesn’t really matter.. whenever you can squeeze them in. Personally, I love to practice yoga in the morning. Great way to start the day and gets the body loose as well.

Hi ! I really like this streches sequence ! I work as a camera operator and it feels good ! Maybe someday you could make one specific for camera operators ? A lot of tension on the right shoulder when we do handheld and a lot of tension just holding eveything still ! Would watch it a lot ! Thanks :)

Is strong back mandatory for building biceps fast 🤔 ?
I would say having a strong back and shoulders are important to support your arms and prevent injury. In addition to that, I am a big believer in full body workouts, working on multiple areas instead of just one.

Hi Mike. Hockey goalie here. Is there a routine you can put together for hockey goalies that will help specifically with durability and injury prevention? (Groin strains, torn hamstrings, etc.)
Hey! As far as injury prevention is concerned, I think the best thing to do is develop a very consistent stretching routine that also focuses on mobility and range of motion. Even if you do a video like this one everyday, that should go along way. But yes, by all means I can put another video together that addresses those concerns! Stay tuned.

I’m older and need all the help I can get with mobility but also injury prevention when I quickly change directions when I’m down in butterfly. I strained my groin pretty bad about 9 weeks ago and I’m still not feeling 100%. Been playing scared because of it.

It should be 20 seconds at the very bottom position. That way each position, top, middle, bottom, makes up 20 seconds of the pushup.

What should i do,if i cant do the forward fold?
Great question! If you can’t grab your feet or your toes, that’s totally fine! You can just let your hands rest where they naturally fall, whether it’s by your shins or your knees.. if practiced over time, you should be able to gain more flexibility and be able to touch the toes. Hope that helps!
