- Welcome back to Mike's Yoga Channel and welcome to this 10 Minute Yoga Video designed to reduce stress and anxiety. This is a Yin Yoga inspired yoga video where we will only be doing 3 yoga poses in which we will be holding for about two minutes each. Dealing with stress and anxiety is never fun.. One of the best ways that I have found to reduce stress and anxiety is to focus on my breathing and to try get out of my head as much as possible. Performing yoga poses helps bring you into your body and by doing yoga poses that are low to the ground, they also help ground you back to earth.
