For timeline sake, The anime is just Chapter 1 of the original manga establishing Yugi's friendship with Jonouchi and Honda and then a slight adaptation of Kaiba's second manga appearance leading into duelist kingdom. Season 0 is an adaptation of the original manga up to a certain point. with no relation/continuity with the anime. The manga timeline just follows every manga besides Yugioh R ( which is a side story).

Its funny how Reshef the Dark Being was brought up in his own game Reshef of Destruction which is hilarious a bad game in relation to a terrible story arc that is pretty much considered non canon

Capsule Monsters actually was one of the games of the week yugi played in the original Yugioh Manga before Duel Monsters became the focus.

This episode also showed that hy anime rules(unless it was memtioned in an earlier episode) that virus cards only retain their effect as long as they are in the graveyard. As of you think about it, if that were not the case exchange of spirit would swap their decls and graveyard ...only for ishizu to have to put the cards back in the graveyard due to the viruses
