i have an important question why is my background that i added getting the same color corection im giving my person we chrom keyed out so say i go into the the color tab and i color correct my guy the background also gets affected so i have a very satruated background

Netflix actually just came out with a technology using magenta. They magenta wash the subjects with lights while shooting. The green screen stays green, but subjects are completely magenta. Then they color correct after keying.

Thanks for the excellent explanation. Currently I`m struggling with masking in medical ultrasound footage (256 grey scale). I want to highlight vessels or their surroundings with colours to emphasize typical findings when doing ultrasound. Do you have any idea? Is there any tutorial dealing with masking techniques in b/w material?

This is the best keying tutorial I’ve ever seen! I’ve been trying to find how to stop using after effects for my green screen work because it takes years to render out but I hadn’t been able to achieve a good key with Davinci resolve, that’s changed today! 👏👏👏 thank you so much!

It's very nice but too complicated. In After Effects you just push a few settings and you're done. The end result is not that different but here you will soend 10 times more time.
