So true, sometimes I wonder if fight conditioning is more important than skill. I really hope you could make a regiment series for solo training for different types of boxers such as slugger style, brawler style, evasive style and so on. Make like a weekly program that one can follow.
When both guys are in shape the skills becomes super important. But when one has skills and no conditioning. He’s lose to a fighter tens times worse. Tyson being a perfect example.
@@BrawlBrosBoxing 100% and what I've noticed is also that a lot of skill can be built from physical conditioning as well once that mind body connection is done, for example Muhammad Ali wasn't just skipping rope, rather he layed out the blue print for the stamina and footwork. Who's your favourite boxer btw?
