slip with your shoulder, its easier, faster, and more efficient just rotating the shoulder letting the glove glide your ear, once your shoulder rotates your head moves, and you remain balanced on your feet, it easier to counter so shoulder rotation over leaning , you shouldn't lean unless you are trying to switch angles for example like mike tyson or lomachenko, using your body weight as you lean to just switch stance but its also risky because it's a slower/bigger leap as you're open , but slipping is more of a shoulder exercise. Also as you rotate your shoulder it protects your chin on the way, similar to a shoulder roll, and it take less energy... than taking big leaps.
Great video! I know you’ve mentioned in one of your articles, but was curious if you could please do one on how to properly lift for boxing? While I DEFINITELY prefer calisthenics, I have some equipment at home and want to put it to good use.
@@BrawlBrosBoxing awesome! I know basically to do 5x10-20 of Bench and Shoulder Press. I can do a deadlift from wheelchair but I’ll have to do rows or kettlebell Swings for squats
Just came home from gym and saw this 🥊🤘🏽
