You rode a competizione 22kw 82v version or 72v 13kw regular version? Considering up til now only one competizione was actually produced i believe the regular 13kw mx5 is what you mean 👊🏻 I have a 55kw ultra as well as well as another 30kw talaria and 25kw light bee Compared to a stock ultra bee the power of this competizione destroys it. However, on the trails ultra bee is way more capable than all the others

Vtb is great, capped at 44kw tho and 900 phase. Will see 55kw and 1250 phase out of my setup in the coming days. I’ve had my battery since before christmas. I just have a full time job so takes me a while to get my videos out 🫡 also torp support the channel and have done since day one. Ventus going on another channel build soon tho 🫡

It’s definitely up there! It depends on budget but the tc1000 is now replaced the tc500 in their line up. I also like the vtb controller it works in the same way! Tc1000 keeps oem features and display whereas vtb gives new display - depends on your needs 👍🏻

Think the belt is overly tightened from factory! Its an angry bee. Also part of the design much like an mx bike is a chan guide attatched to the swing arm, its a plastic block the chain slides along to keep it from derailing. Normally you cant hear it on an mx bike due to the engine sound. Its also a big 520 chain

The blue bike in the beginning of the video uses the exact same setup same battery motor and controller! It was ripping up to about 80!

That would be cool! Your wheelset has been great so far and the tires supplied do well on dry roads and are unbelievable on the dirt however I think sumos would be the way to go when I breach 100mph!

Haha! It does seem that way but in summer we can have 2/3 months of 30°c even sometimes reaching 39° and it becomes unbearable. Usually it’s lovely and sunny during the week when i’m working then it’s cold and wet on the weekends when I actually get time to head out on the bike - typical! It’s hit or miss with the UK but definitely better weather over in parts of the states! Thanks for watching! 👊🏻

I’m with a specialist broker who insures my motorcycles and cars. I’m not going to say the name for legal purposes I would not want them seeing my videos and potentially raising or giving me problems. However, my advice is to google and phone more specialist bike brokers, they have access to better underwriters for more unusual bikes and cars ect. They can offer better quotes. Comparison sites are not the best for these types of bikes. I added the ultra onto a fleet policy for an extra £270 a year. Also cannot reccomend the tc1000 enough. Maintains all road legal functions and also has a ‘stock mode’ then flip a switch and hit 70+ 👍🏻

About £4k inc tax and delivery

Hi Stingy, seller on alibaba had gave me a price for door to door service. Will any additional tax be added once it arrives in uk that I will have to pay?

@PaulMcKenna-c4n there was not with mine. On invoice the price stated that it included all tax and customs fees 👍🏻

If I’m riding off camera I’ll have no balaclava. That’s just for the content. And full face is always best (i switch between4/5 helmets) as had a few close calls with my chin haha! I tend to choose colourful balaclavas they appear less hostile lol

@watermelonaxe haha ok mate so the trick is to remove the plastic tray at bottom of battery slot and space latch up 10mm or so :) make sure battery is slid as far towards breaker end as possible. Hate seat risers would never use one of those! Oh and you also gotta rip the little sprung arm that levers the battery in out as that sticks up too far too

Ultra bee with a controller is better than them all in capability for offroad trails and use on private land. Harder to sneak under the radar and attracts attention. Range on the competizione i mention at the end is better than the stock ultra but similar performance if you put a controller on the ultra .

@ with the ultra and its size, just how much bigger is it as reading the stats it doesn’t seem a huge deal bigger. At the moment I transport my mx4 in the back of my estate car with the front wheel off very easily, do you reckon I could do that with the ultra given its size? I’m leaning towards the ultra over all others mainly because of build quality. It just seems to be a better bike all round

I use the volar sport forks, they are 50mm longer than these forks with 30mm more travel so naturally correcting geometry. Also a 16” rear helps. I will be using the max drop crown on my volar forks with a custom axle soon

@@stingyrogerr nice forks. Just watched your video on them. But a bit hefty in price for my liking. And the color, not my style. I think the Refloxa max has a drop crown in the kit and the 228mm travel. Do you know if the factory brakes would fit straight to the Refloxa setup, or should I ask the company? Got a sub form me 🤙

Unfortunately they’re not available in the UK just yet but when they are - RFLOXAROGER at checkout from the UK site will get you a discount :) the rfloxa drop crown is only a 17mm drop however, so nothing too much! safe riding

Not a foot brake for me, i’m converted to a finger brake BUT already have the 80v 76ah and suspension will be on the horizon, stay tuned my man!!

@albertdelbosco9686 the tuttio cost less than the middle frame section I don’t think will be financially feasible to make one for that bike but you could maybe ask!

@xLatches oh, no - I’m quite far from you! A good few hours. Over a 100 mile drive - i did actually make a video in your neck of the woods though in the new forest area. Its on my channel as 72v range test :)
