Hi! Love your reactions. You'll love their show! You should check out 2 original Christmas songs by them, SNOW Globe written by Tim and Cold Hard Cash written by Austin.
#homefry!!! You're gonna be awed by their live performances, for sure, H.B. their Christmas songs are pure joy to listen to. Covers and originals. SNOW GLOBE is an original, and you will absolutely love it. It's a little retro music and has that late 50's-early 60's sound. Beautiful tune..and their cover of Mary Did You Know is beautifully sung..on a lighter side COLD HARD CASH and Grand a got run over by a Reindeer is hilarious. Thank you for this great reaction 😊
One of my favorites. Adam really did a great job with the arrangement. Lots of fun things going on. Loved Tim’s low notes. Loved the beatboxing. Austin was great. Sooo good! They have lots of great Christmas music. You’ll enjoy the concert. Tim’s voice will go through you. 🥰
Such an exceptional arrangement by Home Free's own wizard and incomparable vocal percussionist, Adam Rupp ⛄🪄🎄 And such a nice treat to hear Chris Rupp's smooth baritone getting some focus❣️🎼🥰🎶♥️ #HomeFree
Awesome arrangement by Adam! This is so good, I just love it! They have a lot of great Christmas music, Enjoy! Thanks Hillbilly, I always love when I see one of your reactions pop up! Have a great day! 😀❤️
I NEVER liked this song EVER until I heard this. Now I listen to it A LOT even in the summer. The guys said this was the most complicated arrangement they've ever done BUT it's definitely worth the work they did!!!!
I feel the same way. Such a repetitive, boring Christmas song until Adam's arrangement and the guys' execution of the arrangement made it beautiful and interesting. Love that about them.
Adam Rupp's masterpiece arrangement! Now check out Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer. Last night at te CMA awards they said it was their favorite christmas song.
YOU WILL LUV THE CONCERT!! think of me it's on my birthday lol. Wait til you feel that bass at the concert. Can't wait hear all about it. This is my fav Xmas one they do. So much talent!
Love this arrangement! My fave Christmas song by them is "Mary, Did You Know?". Anothef older one with Chris is "O Holy Night". As long as it's aftet Halloween, it's not too early for good Christmas music!
Their cover of Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, released last Christmas, is right there with this one but in a smoother more crunchy harmony way. y
Absolutely my favorite Home Free song. The best arrangement of any Christmas song ever by Adam Rupp. I could barely believe my ears the first time I heard it. They have so many beautiful Christmas songs. O, Holy Night was arranged by Tim and is simply gorgeous. Chris arranged Angels We Have Heard on High, which is also fabulous. And if you want funny, definitely try Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer.
Loved your reaction...this is definitely one of their best. I'm going to their concert on December 1st in Charlotte. Another one of their superlative Christmas songs is Mary Did You Know...and for fun try Cold Hard Cash, What Christmas Means to Me, and Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer.
Yes! My favorite Christmas carol by HF!!! I just love the intricate arrangement and the use of everyone's range, from Austin's angelic high voice to Tim's earth-shattering lows. Good reaction! The first time I saw HF in concert was two years ago, and it was a Christmas concert. They sang this one, and boy, does my poor eardrum remember Tim's "gold" note. You will be feeling that bass!
There are several Home Free songs that I play in my car while driving. One of my stereo speakers is right next to my calf. When Tim goes low, the vibrations on my leg are just short of painful - in a good way. . .
Absolutely love this arrangement by Adam Rupp!! ❤ The others don't let him arrange many because they're always so difficult!! Lol 😉 It's so hard to pick just a few recommendations (so this is probably gonna be another one of my LONG posts! HAHA)! Their entire Christmas catalog is awesome! 😳🎶🤯🎄 I guess it really depends on your mood at the moment. 👍 As much as I love Adam in this one, a lot of their Christmas stuff is true a capella with just gorgeous 5-part harmony. For traditional carols: *Angels We Have Heard on High O', Holy Night Silent Night Away in a Manger Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas* For more gorgeous harmonies, their rendition of *Mary, Did You Know?* is spectacular. You've GOT to hear *What Child is This?* ! It's the only song with both CHRIS & CHANCE singing together! It's on Chris Rupp's channel. 💓💓💓💓💓💓 Another beautiful one, with a great video showing servicemen surprising loved ones, is *I'll Be Home for Christmas* ! One of my favorites that I'm not sure I've seen anybody react to is *White Christmas* The video is great. Shows all the guys with their families having Christmas dinner together. Chris is also there, but not singing. They changed this one up and I love what they did with it. Reminds me of Roy Rogers! 😉 For some originals, try: *Cold Hard Cash (funny Austin) Snow Globe (sweet Tim) Warmest Winter (sweet Austin) Full of Cheer (funny Tim)* I can't remember if *Winter Song* is an original or not, but it's beautiful. For funny videos, *Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer* LOL And Rob slayed his part in Stevie Wonder's *What Christmas Means to Me* 🤗 Their collaboration with Kenny Rogers on *Children, Go Where I Send Thee* is a MUST! Watch 'til the end! I miss Kenny!! So glad they got to do this with him. What an honor! They were supposed to perform it with him on The Tonight Show, but a snafu with travel arrangements prevented that. 😞 They did get to meet with him backstage, though. Also met Channing Tatum - and Austin doing the fan-boy thing is hilarious. 😂 A couple other collabs worth reacting to, for sure - both were taped live for us during Home Free's Lockdown Christmas Special: *Beautiful Star of Bethlehem* (feat. Jeffrey East & the Oak Ridge Boys) and *Christmas in Dixie* (feat. Alabama shortly before Jeff Cook died. They brought him out on stage with them despite his weakened condition from Parkinson's. I respect all the guys for doing that. Broke my heart, though.) And for New Years, their *Auld Lang Syne* can't be beat!! Sorry for the book!! It's like my brain and fingers start going and just can't seem to stop!! 😬😂 I guess I should've said to just listen to it all! But then you might miss a few hidden gems and not hear the backstories. 😉
Usually I copy the song name and who requested to a notepad so that I dont forget. I copied the whole comment! There is so much gold in this comment my notes wouldnt do it justice. Thank you!!!
@@HanginwithHillbilly @belinda9646 Check your tickets, Charlotte is on the 1st. It better be or I'll have to skip my friend's wedding on the 2nd and that wouldn't be good. 😂
For me one of the best arranged songs(by Adam Rupp), or perhaps the best, of Home Free. So impressive! The beautiful voices, incredible bass, phenomenal beatboxing/vocal sound, so great harmonies, the sound effects, colors, etc. in such a wonderful (but cold🥶) environment. When I saw and heard this for the first time, I did repeat it a few times. Just magical
Do you hear what I hear? Can't help but hear "I see" as "icy". Great Christmas-season songs from them are O Holy Night, Snow Globe, and 3 gospel tunes: Children, Go Where I Send Thee (collab with Kenny Rogers), Beautiful Star of Bethlehem (live, with the Oak Ridge Boys & Jeffrey East), Go Tell It on the Mountain (with Texas Hill). Congrats on 1K subs. You deserve it.
Thank you! I couldnt have done it without all of you. WE did it in 73 days so thats pretty awesome to see. Upward and onward. My goal is to share great music and my opinions with all who care to listen :)
I love Adam’s masterful arrangement…my favorite version of this classic Christmas song! I enjoyed your reaction. Great idea to react to some of their Christmas music before your concert!
Thank you so much!. I cant take credit for the idea to react ahead of time. That's all the wonderful Home Fries here in the comments that recommended I get the reactions done first. Makers good sense to me!
Love their Christmas music. Hope to see them myself some day. Adam Rupp arranged this. Pretty unique update to a very old Christmas song. My bluetooth speaker vibrates like crazy on those low notes if the volume is too loud.
Never too soon for Christmas songs especially when its Home Free. Mary Did You Know is another favourite of mine, What Child Is This is Chris Rupp plus Home Free ❤
This is my favorite all-time Home Free song, period, out of all of their songs, Christmas and otherwise. It is a brilliant, complex, and interesting arrangement by Adam, executed perfectly by the guys, and it makes what I think is a very boring Christmas song fun to listen to. Great reaction! I'm happy you get to see them in concert especially for the Christmas show.
It was a very boring Christmas song, they made it fun again. Dont tell anyone but I was in Show Choir way back in HS and we had a less boring rendition than the original but nothing like this. Great job by HF!
This is one of their best videos, not just of their many Xmas tunes, but as part of their vast entire portfolio due to Adam's spectacular arrangement of this great Xmas song
This was an amazing arrangement done by Adam Rupp!! Never heard any arrangement like this one! They have a Christmas albums. Listen to Even More Cheer; Even more cheer”; “I’ll Be Home for Christmas; “Oh Holy Night”: “Beautiful Star of Bethlehem”; “Mary Did You Know”; “Warmest Winter”; “Tennessee Christmas”; &. “Run Run Rudolph”!! Many more.🎅🏻🎄
Ahhhh! This incredible arrangement by Adam Rupp remains at the top of their masterpieces -- and for once Adam got to stand at the front of their formation! SO deserved! Other "serious" master Christmas performances include "O Holy Night" and "Angels We Have Heard on High" (both older releases). My favorite of the "fun" songs include their originals "Full of Cheer" and "Cold, Hard Cash". Their insistence on diversity is apparent, even concerning the Christmas season. Enjoy that concert! I'm so jealous.
I'll be hitting their show almost a week after yours. I'm really looking forward to seeing them again, this time at a Christmas show. Wonderful voices.
Great reaction! Congrats on getting to go see the boys live! Hope you and your mom Enjoy the concert. #Homefry #Homefree thank you for your reaction! Stay safe and healthy and have a great day!
Wow, I sure wish I could go too. Saw them in person in 2022 when they were in Reading Pa. They were wonderful and so funny too. Tim was the MC and the whole thing was like a really great party. I'm sure Your Mom will Love it and not want it to be over. Hope you Enjoyed the show.
Yup, Charlotte is Friday Dec 1. I'll be there. This arrangement by Adam might be my favorite HF song, any time of year--and I'm not an early Christmas kinda guy. I really hope they're doing this one live. Solid reactions, HB. I enjoy your work.
I absolutely love the look of this video. They did an absolutely amazing job with their version. Truly enjoyed watching your reaction to this song. I hope that you have an awesome time.
I’m sorry to say that you wouldn’t catch me in that ice tunnel with Tim Foust. He would have me in an avalanche never to be seen or heard of again. Love your enthusiasm. 😊
I really didn’t like this song growing up but the magic of Home Free made me love this song. I have been requesting from the guys that they do Little Drummer Boy for quite awhile now because I think they would definitely nail that one.
I was very curious with this song. It can be quite drab but not with Home Free doing it. Definitely an upgrade. Full disclosure and dont tell anyone but, I was in Show Choir in High School and we performed this song and it was those memories that had me looking in to this one first. They are so much better than we were. LOL
@@HanginwithHillbilly They sure upgraded this song thankfully I love all their music but their Christmas music is so special all the covers and even originals . I’m sure your choir was pretty good 😊
Not the most well liked Christmas song by most people but they made it a total bop! Personally I always liked this song but this...this is a masterpiece! As to the ice castle, it is a tradition in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul)area of Minnesota as part of the winter carnival. There are a lot of lakes in the area and they literally cut the blocks of ice from the lake to create the castle. Each year it looks different and as they said, is in a different part of the area. And yes, I am a Minnesotan! LOL
@@HanginwithHillbilly I understand. Lol. Tim Foust is notorious for his dislike of cold weather. In fact, to get a good dose of his humor, you may like his video "Southerner in the Snow" that captured his trip to Minnesota in February during a polar vortex! Lol
Great reaction. Wait until you see them live...when Tim drops that bass you will feel it through your whole body...and Chance can drop a low bass as well and it is as good as Tim.❤
I am becoming a HUGE fan of Ren and the masterful story telling now that I have stumbled upon his work. As for Home Free, well, there is soooo much to be said for the musical talent and excellence that they showcase each and every song I review.
Another great reaction, Hillbilly! #HomeFree has a pretty good Christmas catalogue in addition to their wonderful covers/upgrades, collaborations and originals. Consider these as you prepare for the concert and for the Christmas season (I'm sure I missed some): Children, Go Where I Send Thee, feat. Kenny Rogers (watch to the end!) Mary, Did You Know? Snow Globe (original) Winter Song (I think an original) What Child Is This, feat. Chris Rupp! White Christmas Warmest Winter (I think an original) Cold Hard Cash (original) What We Need Is Love (I think an original) O Holy Night Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer Colder Weather I'll Be Home For Christmas Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas - 2 versions worth checking out; the first with Jewel on The Sing Off; then a new one that came out last year Silent Night Joy to the World Full of Cheer (I think an original)
Not too early for Christmas music. Also remember: the Christmas season doesn’t end on the 25th. The 12 days of Christmas start on the 25th and run thru the 6th of January! Think of the 3 Wise men. Being men, they undoubtedly failed to ask for directions! 😅
It's never too early (or late) for Christmas carols (however, I detest the schlock like "I saw mommy kissing Santa Claus", makes my teeth grind). Home Free has some gorgeous Christmas carols "O Holy Night", "Angels We Have Heard on High" and a live older one "Joy to the World Hosannah". There are also some non-religious originals "Snow Globe", "Cold Hard Cash" and "Full of Cheer" among them.
I'm sorry you feel that way but this is a reaction channel after all. I certainly don't want to take away from the artists original content by letting it play through on my channel. I do appreciate your feedback and thanks for watching!
Meant to say if you see Tim's hand drop then the bass is dropping 🫳, lol.

They are so much better than we were. LOL
@@HanginwithHillbilly They sure upgraded this song thankfully I love all their music but their Christmas music is so special all the covers and even originals .
I’m sure your choir was pretty good 😊
Great reaction, there is a video floatin around youtube where Austin gets on top of a speaker so he can 'feel' Tim's low and it is hilarious.
Thank you, after going to the concert last Friday here in Charlotte, I totally get it. It was amazing!
Great reaction!
Thank you!! 😁
LOL
Ice sculptures are beautiful but I could never do it. Too cold. Sam reason I water ski but will not snow ski. Brrrr.....
@@HanginwithHillbilly I understand. Lol. Tim Foust is notorious for his dislike of cold weather. In fact, to get a good dose of his humor, you may like his video "Southerner in the Snow" that captured his trip to Minnesota in February during a polar vortex! Lol
These guys are very awesome. It gives me goosebumps every time I hear this! Lov e your reaction! ♥
We agree and thank you so much!
Great reaction. Wait until you see them live...when Tim drops that bass you will feel it through your whole body...and Chance can drop a low bass as well and it is as good as Tim.❤
I'm excited to feel/hear
SKULL CANDY CRUSHER head phones. Volume 1/2 way, bass 1/2 way and still rattles my head when Tim does his bass drops..
Its insane!!
For King and Country CMA Little Drummer Boy
They won't let Adam arrange things anymore because it's to complicated 🤣 check out Snow Globe, Tim wrote it. I love Ren toooo 🔥 lol
I am becoming a HUGE fan of Ren and the masterful story telling now that I have stumbled upon his work. As for Home Free, well, there is soooo much to be said for the musical talent and excellence that they showcase each and every song I review.
@@HanginwithHillbilly 🥰🤗
Another great reaction, Hillbilly! #HomeFree has a pretty good Christmas catalogue in addition to their wonderful covers/upgrades, collaborations and originals. Consider these as you prepare for the concert and for the Christmas season (I'm sure I missed some):
Children, Go Where I Send Thee, feat. Kenny Rogers (watch to the end!)
Mary, Did You Know?
Snow Globe (original)
Winter Song (I think an original)
What Child Is This, feat. Chris Rupp!
White Christmas
Warmest Winter (I think an original)
Cold Hard Cash (original)
What We Need Is Love (I think an original)
O Holy Night
Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer
Colder Weather
I'll Be Home For Christmas
Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas - 2 versions worth checking out; the first with Jewel on The Sing Off; then a new one that came out last year
Silent Night
Joy to the World
Full of Cheer (I think an original)
I am compiling my list and checking it twice!! Thanks for watching

Tim broke the speakers in my car and I had Harmon kardins
Not too early for Christmas music. Also remember: the Christmas season doesn’t end on the 25th. The 12 days of Christmas start on the 25th and run thru the 6th of January! Think of the 3 Wise men. Being men, they undoubtedly failed to ask for directions! 😅
Well played Carolyn well played!!
#Home Fries!!!
Full if Cheer is a Home Free original written by Timi. Foust.
Adding to the Christmas List of songs to react to.. thanks so much!
Dec 1st is in Charlotte NC...is that the one you're going to? I'm going to that one, coming from Michigan.
Yes Dec 1st. I couldnt remember for the life of me. Have a safe trip and we'll enjoy a great show!
There is plenty of talent with this group but will use the best arrangement in house if that's the one.

WAY TOO MUCH INTERRUPTIONS ..... nope.
I'm sorry you feel that way but this is a reaction channel after all. I certainly don't want to take away from the artists original content by letting it play through on my channel. I do appreciate your feedback and thanks for watching!
