Yes of course what did you think.
***** it would be like MMA but with weapons
yea you can be the first gladiator
Dwayne James nope id be the ambassador

Here you go..
#10 Beach Soccer
#9 bowls
#8 skateboarding
#7 Karate
#6 Softball
#5 Surfing
#4 Rugby Union
#3 Cricket
#2 Squash
#1 M.M.A (Mixed Martial Arts)
Leave a like if you want me to do it to other watch mojo videos?
DecentSizedMicrowave Yeah please always do it
Golf? Lol
Don't forget futsal my brother...
All sports mentioned should be held in Olympics except Rugby Union. Rugby 7s is suitable for Olympic level
Where is Sepak Takraw ?
Am I the only one who wants to see sports like Kickball and Dodgeball in the Olympics?
I agree with dodgeball
Dodgeball is stupid. Kickball maybe, good idea though.
TJ Detweiler?
+Marcus H If it was an Olympic sport it would encourage innovation in the sport. Developing dodging techniques, patterns, jumps.
Its a stupid sport to be put in the Olympics. Its dodging a ball. Does that sound exciting to you?
Mixed Martial arts would have problems with recovery times. The sport as it stands now is just too likely to cause injuries that hamper competitors in later rounds.
They could make it based on points and not tournament style so that each fighter will fight once,or even twice at the most.
They could use the Pride format for tournaments
No fucking way skateboarding could be olympics sport. They would steal the freedom of it with their rules.
There are many sports in olympics where the score is based on the rating of figures (level of difficulty and how well they were executed). It would be no different for skateboarding, so...
i would kill myself if skating goes to the olympics, the main reason i love it is because its the opposite of competition
+Camilo Hiche true lol, I'm just not the street league kind of skater
Nobody has a problem with them saying Tony Hawk would go to the olympics? No one? It's 2016. Tony Hawk is more retired than Ali
Still trying to figure how that makes sense
Kabaddi should be mentioned in Olympics...
Ajit Patil yes
Uhhh
It's an Indian sport lol
It was in olympics 1936 as exhibition sport
@@thanishks7781 so India’s going to dominate, like baseball shouldn’t be in the olympics because it’s only really played in USA
No. 1 should be Cricket
Its the 2nd most popular sport in the world....
That's only because it's mostly dominated in a handful of overly populated countries, mainly India. Outside the commonwealth, there is very little interest in the sport.
Not to mention the fact the majority of cities who right now are in the running to host the Olympics (Los Angeles, Budapest, Rome and Paris) don't even have a stadium suited to hold a cricket game. The field is far larger than a baseball stadium can hold. So they, or any other future city, would have to build this cricket field that no one will have any use for after the games. That's an irresponsible waste of money.
Garbage sport, it makes Laci Green's videos more entertaining by comparison
+Ebube Ego-Osuala well seems like you have not seen or understood the game. A T-20 cricket game is more entertaining and thrilling than the most beautiful sport in the world - soccer. And it is coming from a hardcore soccer fan.
Changiz K Baluch I have watched and I understand it, but seeing a Laci Green video would give me much more excitement than seeing cricket.
Changiz K Baluch
Nah it sucks I tried watching it, couldn't. I think rugby, even rugby sevens, is far more entertaining. And this coming from an American where American football dominates.
Cricket is not as easy to understand. It is very strategic and has a lot of under the hood rules, which makes it harder for new people to like at first. Once you understand it fully and develop an interest, it becomes extremely entertaining. I have seen people hate cricket but eventually fallen in love after learning the game.
Boring game.. I don't have 12 hours free time.. to watch the match..
Baseball? LOOOOOOL
We don't wanna sleep watching the olympics
A majority of the suggestion are fucking boring, MMA,futsal, beach soccer and Karate and maybe squash were the only entertaining one's.
Lol, soccer makes me want to sleep. I would love it if baseball was in the olympics!
RandomPillow5
You serious, baseball is basically the american version of cricket.
Please keep your shitty opinions to yourself. Thanks.
hey, it's all good if you think baseball is boring. it's not your fault your IQ is under 60.

where the fuck is esports
+Aleksander Kattel not real sports
+Jacob Houston actually esports might be in the 2020 olympics
+Aleksander Kattel instead of sports like baseball, squash and skateboarding? that'd be bullshit. are you tell me the majority of people who watch the olympics ( sports fans ) wanna watch a bunch of skinny Korean nerds play league of legends?? that's what I thought.
+Jacob Houston who the fuck wants to watch two people bounce a ball of a wall rather than an interesting strategy game
How Futsal it´s only a "Honorable Mention"??? I mean, it´s the 2nd most indoor sport played in Europe (behind Basketball)
And where is Hockey?!?!?! (not the Ice Hockey, the normal floor one)
you mean field hockey
nocdeadpool what? no, rolley hockey
@@muhammadfarhan581 im european and im telling you if you say hockey most people thinks about roller hockey
its a big sport in Spain, Portugal, Italy and even in countries outside Europe like Argentina, Angola and Mozambique
@@yousandro1999 how fool. Field hockey is more popular even in Europe. Netherlands and Belgium are obsessed with the sports. Also played by British, Irish, German, French, Spaniards, Austrian, Polish and most countries in Europe. Who tf play roller hockey?
@@sadiqnajwan6214 like i told before, it´s an important sport in european countries like Spain, Portugal, Italy, France... and even outside Europe in formal portuguese and spanish countries like Argentina or Angola
Update from 2019:
Karate, skateboarding, baseball and surfing are now officially set to debut at the 2020 games in Tokyo!
Rock wall climbing will also debut
rugby I am looking forward to seeing it in the Olympics
no stadium to use fucker
+muhd syazwan you could just use a football stadium
+muhd syazwan omg can u read they can use a football stadium
+muhd syazwan you're a fucking idiot
+muhd syazwan smh
Quidditch is the only sport who could make me interested in the Olympics. They should add it.
I was half-expecting that.
okay where's the snitch
Slytherin for life
Skateboarding, softball, cricket and Surfing has been added to the Tokyo Olympics.
Surfing and karate have been confirmed as events in Tokyo 2020!
My list are:
1. Karate
2. Cricket
3. Rugby
4. Baseball/Softball
5. Squash
6. Sport Climbing
7. Tug of War
8. Wushu
9. Acrobatic Gymnastic

dude sport climbing is gonna be in the olympics in 2020! I'm so stoked!
Tristan Pollack same with bowling
@@reigndrops4090 As in the kind with balls and pins in an alley? Heck no.
1. Added
2. Not as popular outside the CIS
3. Added
4. At least softball
5. maybe
6. Added
7. should be restricted to strength competition
8. Don't know what that is
9. Added
10. Don't know what that is
@@TheInkPitOx Heck yes! Bro if curling can be on there why can’t bowling be in it?
When will they add e-sports?
Never
Why? since chess is an olympic sport, why shouln't eSports be? I doubt that chess has any more movement than eSports, and eSports has at least the same amount of strategy.
Chess is not an olympic sport. It is merely recognized as a sport by the IOC but does not actually have any inclusion in the Olympic games
They will never and this is a good thing. I enjoy E-Sports but it's a olympic for physical sports not digital ones
+E3000`s Gaming Reviews Yep. eSports have "e" for a reason.
Cheerleading, synchronized skating, ballroom dancing, sand castle building, and cooking should be in the Olympics.
Good joke
5:31 "The weather outside is weather" I can't get enough of that XD
Beach football - Kinda silly.
Bowls - Would like to see that if they can spread its reach.
Skateboarding - May be part of 2020, and I would like to see it.
Karate - May be part of 2020, and how is it NOT in the Olympics??
Baseball - Definitely will be part of 2020
Surfing - May be part of 2020, and would be interesting
Rugby union - Doesn't go quick enough, but really should be featured.
Cricket - Absolutely.
Squash - Yeah, this needs to be there.
Futsal - Just indoor football, should be easy.
Wushu - Don't know anything about it.
Ultimate Frisbee - AHAHAHAHAHA
Bowling - Hm, that would actually be kinda cool
Darts - AHAHAHAHAHAHA
Cue sports - As interesting as golf, and I like it!
MMA - Wait, this isn't a brand?? Could work, but needs to be more popular.
MMA is very popular around the world, different events are held all over the world
My top 5 in no particular order
1. Rugby
2. MMA
3. Surfing
4. Baseball and Softball
5. Cricket
HM
American Football (Once it grows some more)
Skateboarding
American Football is just unfeasible for the Olympics
+Griffin Bergstedt agead i feel the same way with rodeo
Sepak Takraw and paintaball🙌🏽
Ultimate frisbee should be included in the Olympics due to its coed requirements which would make a great example of gender equity on the world stage
Lacrosse, Box and/or field lacrosse would be awesome at the Olympics because so many different nations across the world are now playing it. From Jamaica to Israel, so many teams from different nations would have a chance at a medal
i only want cricket
Nripesh Dhungana me too
MMA
The most confusing sport in the world.
Tanner Wilson then learn or
Chhaya Pal there are dozens of sports. If people will start learning every sport then will have no time to do anything else.
Baseball , Karate, sport climbing, surfing and skateboarding are coming in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics
TerriGirl1000 and bowling
Bowling is no different then golf, both are sports that require skill, stamina, muscle memory, and precision to be successful in them. Feel free to debate me, I will crush you.
nonono, I agree.
I definitely agree!!
How international is the game though? And the PBA is a shadow of its former self, sadly. 😞
Caleb Shirey the game has over 70 million people playing it every year wether it’s in leagues or recreational plus it would kickstart bowling and there is so many people who used to love watching bowling and they would definitely watch it in the olympics
100% Agree
The Last Time I Was This Early, My Dad Went To Go Get Milk
MossePosse :D
It's been 30 years, he should be back in a bit
+Alexander Carranza not me D:
It made me mad when they didn't add bowling into the 2020 olympics because it is the #1 most played sport in the Olympics. I would love to be an Olympic athlete but without bowling in the Olympics it won't happen. For people who think that bowling shouldn't be in the Olympics because it would be hard to find a place for bowling to be held, I would beg to differ. Bowling can be played in any country that has a large enough bowling alley. For those who say that it's not a sport I have to beg to differ because it is a sport. When you bowl 3 games it is like running, jogging, walking or sprinting a mile. Bowling would be perfect for the Olympics because there are not as many doping scandals as there are with other sports.
I meant to say #1 most played sport in the World
Bowling definetly should get into the Olympics, this is the type of Simple Sport that every single Bowling Center gets people to come in and bowl almost everyday.
It takes weeks or months to recover from an MMA fight. Having MMA at the Olympics would be a great way to injure the fighters.
Indoor climbing should be an Olympic event though. There are three disciplines for it: lead, bouldering, and speed. Each one requires a different type of athleticism, and it's a sport that's practiced in almost every country to some degree. There is currently a bid to have it included in the 2020 games.
ten-pin bowling should have been in top 5
jonathan saft you right
KABADDI!!!!
Dancing should be in the Olympics. Specifically Cheerleading, Dancesports, Voguing, and Pole Dancing should be included.
Other than that, Bowling, Capoiera, Rollerblading, Car Racing, and Chess should be in the Olympics too.
chess is not a physical sport so def not. dancing is sorta already in the olympics (artistic gymnastics, aquatic gymnastics and breaking will be added in Paris 2024)
@@daniel-ge6gc yeah but I'm referring to the dances listed above, not just breakdancing.
There is no other sport in the world besides Cricket where the captain's descisions(mind you just descisions..not even his game or performance) play the most decisive role right from the beginning.
Bowling and Billiards deserves to be included at the olympics. But I dont know why the IOC keeps on rejecting these sports after how many bids.
Chess should be in olympics
Yes❤️
Technically everything in the Olympics is a game. It's called the Olympic GAMES not the Olympic SPORTS.
The way they choose to name it doesn't change the fact that it's about sports and nothing else.
+Camilo Hiche they're games
+PseudoPenguin They're sports. If they're games give me three games they play.
+Jesse Pinkman they're called Olympic Games. Every one involved is a game
+PseudoPenguin dude so fucking what if the Olympic Games is called the Olympic Games. It's catchier and sounds better than Olympic Sports, it doesn't stray from the fact that all of the "games" are sports.
Netball, Squash, Acrobatic Gymnastics, Cricket, Lawn Bowls, Tug of War, Surfing and Skateboarding! ❤️❤️❤️
I'm happy ultimate frisbee was included in the honorable mentions, but I think it should've been on that list.
James Beckman same with ten pin bowling,
Like common, lawn bowling over real bowling, Really?
Polo would be a great addition, it made an appearance back in the 1930s I think, but it already has a great international presence and would be a great olympic sport 🏇🏼
Ten pin bowling should be an Olympic sport.
Yes and Stockcar racing you know like NASCAR
It definitely should be...
Agreed I love bowling
100%
RC RACER 88 No one cares abour Nascar except the U.S. People wont even know what it is in Europe. Formula 1 is a different story though, thats real racing.
I don't expect everyone to agree with me, but I feel like airsoft/ paintball battles would be very fun to watch in the Olympics...........just my opinion.
Shakeer Water yeah that would be quite a cool thing to see, airsoft probably not because it’s harder to stop people from cheating but defo paintball
Ultimate Frisbee would be so hyped. The league has done so much to try and get olympic recognition. An honorable mention in a WatchMojo list only tells us that there's a lot of work left to do.
Sport climbing - the fifth sport that may be featured in 2020, the others being 8,7,6, and 5 on the list.
Korfball - played in 50 countries and will be a chance to promote gender equality.
Lacrosse - been played before, but will be great seeing how rapidly it's traveling through Europe and Asia.
Gridiron - hear me out; it's also played in Europe, Canada, and Japan - it just needs a little boost before it can be featured.
Polo - may look outdated, but is actually played in 77 countries. There is already equestrian events.
Kendo - should be in 2020 (but won't be), and has massive amounts of players.
Bossaball - easy to set up and played in at least 26 countries.
I'd love to see cross country in the olympics
Sepak Takraw, darts, shin kicking, cheese rolling, thumb wrestling, three legged race, bean bags, thumb wrestling, duck duck goose, speed reading... The list goes on and on. Get your shit together watchmojo
Kick boxing must be included! I will also like to see surfing, karate and lawn bowling in the Olympics :)
cricket
You know it's not called soccer it's called football
Lol who the fuck cares
95% of the world...
+Danny Tafoya lots of countries say things differently. England drives on the wrong side of the road and nobody gives a fuck
Americans.
+AKWAZ123 actually thy don't
Every time I heard "bowls" I couldn't help but think they were saying balls. I guess my inner ten year old isn't gone yet.
For all the people that get confused with the terms "Games" and "Sports", just relax.
Here it's how it goes, based on the Greek language: The Olympic Games consist "matches" of "Sports". The olympic "Sports" in ancient Greece, required both mastering of the body, and the mind. The events when the Olympic "Sports" were taking place in ancient Greece were called The Olympic "Games". It was a more general term. But when you wanted to speak of each specific activity, the term "Sport" ( άθλημα) was used, while the term "Games" (Αγώναι) refered to the whole organized events which consisted of "Sports". Slightly different words, with slightly different meaning, and for different occasions. Actually, in relation to the Greek original terminology, the term "Matches", instead of "Games" might be a little more fitting, when we talk about the whole organizing of the events.
Hope that helps.
How about motorsports... but with no driver assists, no traction control, no anti lock brakes, no power steering, and no driver aids or computers. Just pure racing. Man vs machine!
Don't agree with bowls and surfing. And don't even get me started with those honourable mention ones (except maybe futsal).
Lol, I lost it at Ultimate Frisbee.
cue sports would be fine
ultimate frisbee is awesome, i never played it except p.e class but its enjoyable to watch
I can't say I've ever watched all of the Olympic events and of they add something I don't like it'll just go unwatched by me too. They could add juggling before I care.
What's wrong with Wushu?
Rock climbing or bouldering should definitely be in the olympics
Sports that should be in the Olympics: Ultimate Frisbee, Skateboarding, Surfing, Bowling, American Football, Windsurfing, Return of Baseball and Return of Softball, Lacrosse, Dancing/Breakdancing, Freestyle BMX, Motocross, Air Racing, Skimboarding, Rock Climbing, Karate, Pool, MMA, WakeBoarding, Street Luge and Underwater Hockey.
You should've included the following sports:
Netball
Muay thai
Auto racing
Kung fu
Cheerleading
Horse racing
Capoeira
Croquet
Kite surfing
Water skiing
Bocce
I don't even know about half of the sports that you just listed. Also, cheerleading sounds like a bad idea because it's just too stupid.
I would rather have Acrobatic Gymnastics as it is older and more impressive than Cheerleading . Acro was recognised in 1984 by IOC and still not an olympics.
Hudaman A gold medal in cheerleading?
Muay Thai and MMA have to be there. And maybe Jiu Jitsu.
Obstacle Golf; Jacks; Hopscotch; Jump Roping;
8:31 "I'm gonna push my spear next to your head and you just go like a stripper dance! OK? Good!"
"What do you mean that's not how you fight with a spear?"
I would like to see paintball as an Olympic sport
I swear, if Marching Band isn't on this list...
That's what DCI is for.
True, but that's mainly the states, can you imagine a true World class Marching band competition?
Marching Band is music not a sport
It's a music sport or artistic sport bro
jiu jitsu...
It would be impossible to have Rugby Union as the Olympics are only 2 weeks long & due to the physicality of rugby you couldn't have a a full tournament of 80 minute games in that time or you will end up with too many injured players
PARKOUR needs to be a sport, Olympic and all. Imagine the obstacle courses?:)
OR
Something like a "Men's Obstacle Course Race " or "Women's Obstacle Course Race"
I think Ultimate Frisbee should be added
Nathan Brannan completely agree
Aaaand dislike!!! Make a decent video for once.. you make money anyways, why not please the audience while at it?
You do realise that these lists are based off of suggestions from people? Then they are put to vote. Why not go to their website and vote?
Soumyo Ghosh
Have you seen how their site "works"
haha been there..
agree
How was paintball not in this? Not even honorable mentions. It more of a sport than all of the "sports" on this list.
Karate, sport climbing, surfing, skateboarding, and baseball/softball are being added to the 2020 Olympics
Watchmojo forgot esports 👍
Because they're not sports
lmao, we now know u have never watched /played esports
Hahahhahahaha
ESports at a high level is still in an infancy (especially with the big tournaments) that only have built up. It's decades away at best.
+R Formonator u obviously nvr play real sports before if u can't differentiate the 2
Most boring sports ever
+KidGamer SAVAGE AF BOII
+KidGamer Baseball*
just make sure the players take some tips from the rugby union boys that show America how a contact sport should be played
Golf
+Morgan Phillips tips? They don't even hit hard. It's like watching 5 year old girls tackle each other
I 100% agree that Karate should be an Olympic sport.
instead of MMA, which is very draining for the athlete and they typically have a month or more off between bouts, i feel they should bring Wrestling back. it was one of the original games played in the greek olympiads, and should never have been removed
FOOTBALL???
Cricket will add more charm to the Olympics
watchmojo the olympics isnt the biggest sport event in the world, its the fifa world cup
He WatchMojo, I have been playing squash for 15 years of my life, I am 20 years old. Squash gave the opportunity to study in a great university in america and playing for that university's team and actually coming in second place in the division A national championships (2014-2015) and in fourth place (2015-2016). It breaks my heart not seeing Squash in the Olympics. I thought it was only the Squash community that supported us but it looks like there are people out there who believe Squash deserves a place in the Olympics. Thank you for showing other people the sport of squash.
i agree. i have been playing squash for nearly 5 years and it annoys me seeing it not enter the Olympics when sports like wrestling have instead, when squash should be included in the Olympics
Good list. How about drone racing and ROAR RC style racing?
You missed the perfect chance to use the clip from _Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles_:
"Cricket? _Nobody_ understands Cricket! You gotta know what a _crumpet_ is to understand Cricket."
I am disappoint.
I may be bias because I play, but ultimate should be more than an honorable mention. It is thrilling to watch, especially at high level, fairly easy to understand, all you need is a disc and a field, and there is no one nation that is particularly better than others at it.
Wall climbing, surfing, skateboarding and karate are debuting at next year’s Olympic Games in Tokyo!
As a disc golfer, I'm rooting for Ultimate Frisbee.
BJJ, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA should all be in the olympics. Take out all swimming events, and add those.
Tug of War and Cross Country running were former Olympic events that I would love to see come back.
Cross country running is just the marathon in a different setting and all the top athletes there aren’t going to want to do 2.
surfing can be done inside with a wavepool like the one kelly slater build. When they make a wave on a ramp as you saw in the vid then its cald flowriding.
Ultimate Frisbee would be amazing
What about ballroom dancing? No, that probably would never happen, but if they have performance sports in so many other disciplines, why not add the biggest performance sport of them all? Maybe it's not a sport, but they have figure skating in the Winter Olympics and synchronized swimming in the Summer Olympics. So if those are considered sports, why not competitive ballroom dancing?
I'm actually flabbergasted that no one's thought to suggest Tag-Team/Singles Basketball, even if both would only take up half the court.
I'm so bored with some common sports in the Olympics. I loved some common sports and Skateboarding + Karate are already in Tokyo 2020.
Cricket doesn't have rules.... It's governed by laws
I'm a surfer and in a way I don't want surfing to be in the Olympics but at the same time I do. This topic always gets me.
Another Olympics, another Mario & Sonic game
Downhill, enduro, dual slalom, and slopestyle mountain biking should be Olympic sports.
8:50 That might as well be a scene from the movie King Pin.
Joshua Huq it seemed like it, he needed a strike for a price of bowling history and her got perfectly to win by 1 pin
Because it's Pete Weber. He's an asshole, there's no good way to put it.
5 of this sports are in olympic 2021
airsoft/speedsoft or paintball
I would love to see Ten Pin Bowling, as it is my favorite sport. And yes it is considered a sport.
For the winter games, freeride skiing and snowboarding
I think that free-run/parkour should be an olympic sport
i am so excited to see Surfing in 2020!
Squash is the only I would love to see in the Olympics
might as well add racquetball - more countries every year at the worlds, men and women's teams - already in the Pan-Ams and Commonwealth
I was thinking if they showing bowling in this video, they have to show Pete Weber's U.S. Open reaction . I was not disappointed. :)
