+Andrew Eckert Hockey is one of the higher scoring sports. Nearly 3 goals per team per game on average, which is about the same as American football's touchdowns per team per game, and plenty of shots on goal to make it exciting. There's almost constant aggression, too, if you're bored by slower and more strategic games.
Tennis: the through-the-legs hit to return a lob. It's an iconic move and incredibly satisfying if it works. Pro tennis highlights are filled with them.

Here are the most impressive moves to me in hockey, ranked: *1.* Lacrosse shot *2.* One-Handed Tuck *3.* Between the Legs shot *4.* Any dangles really but specifically between the legs dangles *5.* Datsyuk Flip shot
Love the fact hockey dominated this list. :) There's a reason the Michigan is not used more in hockey. It's kind of an unwritten rule that you don't use this move and if you do... chances are you're going to get your ass kicked for it.
I like end to end scores with one player taking it all the way while splitting or fooling defenders. Bobby Orr in hockey, some running backs in American football, guards in basketball, and maybe some midfielders or defenders in soccer. Also the fake is really awesome to see sometimes. Like in football or baseball when just about everyone thinks one guy has the ball, but it's really in someone else's hands.
As a soccer fan, I can honestly say that the curl, while cool, doesn't really count as a 'skill' move. Most pros can curl a ball easily, just look at crosses(if you look at the right angle, you can see it curves in the air). If you want some skill moves, here's some: Nutmeg (putting the ball between an opposing player's legs. Also known unofficially as Ole!) Elastico. Made famous by Ronaldinho Rainbow flick (Personal)Knuckleball (you ever tried hitting a ball hard?)
+Theo Chua "Most pros can curl a ball easily". Would that not mean it would require skill? And like the video stated in the beginning, it is not a top 10 for difficult moves, but for ICONIC moves.
+Prodigy Productions But a nutmeg is iconic. I've got a friend of mine who doesn't watch football, is 8 years old, plays little football, yet when he plays with us and nutmegs us, he knows how to shout Ole! And have you tried a nutmeg? Its not easy. Elastico,as I mentioned is iconic because of it's association with Ronaldinho. You know, that dude who hit a 30 yard lob--a lob!--from a freekick and scored against David Seaman, England's No. 1, and all because Ronaldinho saw the keeper just off his line. Or what about the Roulette, used to feint defenders? Or rainbow flick, which every youngster tries to do? Don't get me wrong, the curl is a special move, but it isn't as skillful or as iconic as these. You're more likely to yell Ole! from a nutmeg than you are to say Bend it Like Beckham
+Nicolas Walter-Badounas Bro, I'm Singaporean and I follow EPL. I acknowledge that a curl is a nice skill move, but just because Beckham could bend it like a pro doesn't mean it's an iconic skill move. Iconic has the sense of uniqueness and association, like how the Eiffel Tower is iconic to France because it's unique and if you ask people who never been to France what is the first thing that comes to their mind there, it's probably the tower. Beckham could curl beautifully, but with so many others capable of doing it--Messi in particular--curling the ball isn't solely associated with Beckham nor should it be. That's all I'm saying.
The most iconic goal I've seen is the Zlatans goal against England. And no, I'm not Swedish! And second Mikael Granlund's hockey goal against...was it Russia? The short clips makes it hard to see.
You should've included stealing bases in baseball and sliding around the tag. Predicting where the throw is going to go, then having to slide a specific direction, predicting where the player will step and tag, and then moving your hand and body to avoid the tag but still stopping in less that 4 or 5 feet to stay on the base. Extremely hard.
being a footballer, I gotta tip all my hats off to hockey that looks like it takes so much damn skill. very enjoyable to watch.

*1.* Lacrosse shot
*2.* One-Handed Tuck
*3.* Between the Legs shot
*4.* Any dangles really but specifically between the legs dangles
*5.* Datsyuk Flip shot
What about a windmill deke in ice hockey
LGR!!!!
***** ayyy
Bonasaur ayy you saw that Columbus game Saturday?🔥🔥
Love the fact hockey dominated this list. :)
There's a reason the Michigan is not used more in hockey. It's kind of an unwritten rule that you don't use this move and if you do... chances are you're going to get your ass kicked for it.
Me too😂
+achsdu17 love the fact that its the Stanley Cup playoffs even more

Jääkiekko on paskaa
No sky hook? Literally *the* iconic move of an all-time legend.
The Australian Rules "Specky" is my top one
The lane gank is also a pretty good move
The no look pass is also used in Football
Not nearly as frequent though.
True
I do it often. But of competitive players, I think it´s only Ronaldinho who does it regularly.
1. Knuckle Puck
2. The Heater
3. The Flying V
... Those r from the mighty ducks movies...
+Usaid Mazhar lol the Heater is from Sandlot.

Football deserves it own top ten...The Cruyff Turn, The Scissor Kick, the Rainbow, Bolasie Flick, The Step-over, The bicycle kick, Elastico, etc
As a soccer fan, I can honestly say that the curl, while cool, doesn't really count as a 'skill' move. Most pros can curl a ball easily, just look at crosses(if you look at the right angle, you can see it curves in the air).
If you want some skill moves, here's some:
Nutmeg (putting the ball between an opposing player's legs. Also known unofficially as Ole!)
Elastico. Made famous by Ronaldinho
Rainbow flick
(Personal)Knuckleball (you ever tried hitting a ball hard?)
+Theo Chua im sorry but you sound like the typical american who thinks they know heaps about football...
+Prodigy Productions Its not "ICONIC moves." its iconic SKILL moves as in the title and the curl is not a skill move!
Nutmeg or panna? my personal favorite, and the curl isn't a move its just how some players shoot.
Knuckle ball baseball and football??

Why isnt nutmeg here?(its still kinda considered a skill move)
+Jamal Ahmed autocorrect on iPad.and you use a different skill to nutmeg someone
+Nicklaus 29E Yea it is a skill move but its not the greatest
Given how little they know about what they're talking about, I wouldn't be surprised.
