Yo! Just found your videos! Maximum respect! It's so incredible to see a legend spreading this knowledge. When I started out around 1995 there was only word of mouth and and maybe literature. :D Big up!
Bizzy, I love your videos, tips, and sessions. Could you do a video on how to set up a studio, the old school way with outboard gear? Like, how to pick a mixer, dat/adat machine, etc?
Thanks for that Bizzy, ive only ever used the intell method for timestretching so great to learn this too. Also shout out for the screen replacement video as updated both of mine after watching the video. Peace and love. Amen forever
Great video Bizzy, I'm a long time fan. I have an MPC 2500, do you know if they can do a similar time stretch effect, or is it strictly the S series only?
Yo! Excellent video! Considering picking up a S2000. Off hand, do you know if you need the EB16 to timestretch or is it a standard stock feature on the S series samplers?
Really like the video was woundering what’s the difference 3000xl and 3200xl is the one junkie XML was talking about ? Is the time stretch still good for today’s standards with its grains and flavour am thinking of buying one but is it really about diving deep to get something out of it or is it good for it’s sounds and effects what kinda speacial effects or tricks can it offer with out diving to deep if the learning curve is long ?
The time stretching of these units is still unparalleled, imo. It's odd that with all the advancements in digital audio, the time stretching in (pretty much) every DAW isn't as good.
@@TheBizzyBScience it's my real , the best sampler I ever owned. My EMU emac, Emu ESI32 were good but those disks, ackkkkk. MPCX is fast. There is a but, multi timbral it using Logic and it doesn't.
Isn't the timestretch on the S950 different from the later models? Might be fun to compare how they all sound. This one sounds very close to the Akaizer.
Hi there, busy b... I tried you at that gmail but it got bounced back. Can you send it to me again? I’m looking to order a floppy emulator for 3000xl. Many thanks
More Akai timestretch, pitch shift business Bizzy!!
I refurbished my beloved SL2000XL two weeks ago and stumbled to your Channel. Great and V E R Y informative tutorials !!

Loving it. Keep it coming Bizz
Niec. What is the floppy disk emulator you are using? Will it work with Akai S2800i?

Not enough resources in the programming compared to the mechanics
hey bizzy is there any chance of you doing a video on the emulator 4? I hear it's got some really gnarly fx & filters
SMASH!
Bizzy, what do you think of the MPCX?
not really tried it, how about you?

Are the samples the same duration in time?
Hi mate. Are you the same Bizzy B from Suburban Bass etc? Bizzy B and Pugwash?
same old me !
TheBizzyBScience Nice! Glad to see you’re still rocking the beats!
Big ups Biz, but I think the 3000 was released in 95. Hey, If you remember the jungle scene, you probably weren't there, init!
LOL
Super!
Lovely tip here m8 👌🏽
Gosh time stretch on MPCX does t sound the same. It's a wav file

How come you didn't normalize the sample after when you trimmed it?
yes yes Bizzy B
