Even in the rare cases where testicular injury seemed related to someone's death, it was more about a heart attack or weird inflammatory response. see: Snopes article, "Is It Possible to Kill a Man With a Swift Kick to the Groin? it's also extremely rare that a kick to the balls would damage both of them irreparably (and this would likely be related to testicular torsion or rupture, not tearing an artery)

He has made way more than that back on this video... And he could also just retun it, it shows very clearly in the video that he only played for 23 minutes. Steam accepts returns for games for up to two weeks after purchase date if you have played for under 120 minutes, no questions asked.
The price is so high because it's simulating real university prices. $500 for a stack of paper that doesn't even have binding is almost as bad as the price of this game.

My theory is that this guy literally got this far in development and went to publish it on steam to get feedback. And then he had a realisation: "If people are buying this when it's in THIS state, then I don't have to do any more work, because I'm getting money."
The dev is just a straight up con artist. He has 3 other games, only two have been released, this game and a colony simulator called Valkum. Both are unfinished unplayable messes. The other two were scheduled to release on the same day of the same year, and never have. The devs Twitter doesn't exist anymore (I think) and as far as I'm aware the website he used to advertise his games doesn't exist either

And there are so many bad games on steam that finding them is harder then removing them. And to do both is near impossible

When I was a junior in college I had my first class in the Science building (history major woop) and I got horribly lost. I had to text all my science friends for help. Finally got to my Astronomy class half way through even though I had given myself twenty minutes before hand to find the damn room. Turns out I was not the only one lost. Besides the couple science majors/minors I was only the second of 15 to find the room. My astronomy teacher said he was imoressed I kept trying since most everyone else had emailed him giving up already. We then watched videos about Space Kittens for the rest of the class period. (Also turns out that the new number plates the consteuction dudes had put up were all wrong so that didnt help.) For the next class he had emailed everyone a detailed map and directions to find planetarium. So basically, yeah. College buildings can be weird.
Update: As of 2/28/2022, you no longer can buy the game. On Steam it says "At the request of the publisher, University Tycoon: 2019 is no longer available for sale on Steam." Thank God

When I was a junior in college I had my first class in the Science building (history major woop) and I got horribly lost. I had to text all my science friends for help. Finally got to my Astronomy class half way through even though I had given myself twenty minutes before hand to find the damn room. Turns out I was not the only one lost. Besides the couple science majors/minors I was only the second of 15 to find the room. My astronomy teacher said he was imoressed I kept trying since most everyone else had emailed him giving up already. We then watched videos about Space Kittens for the rest of the class period. (Also turns out that the new number plates the consteuction dudes had put up were all wrong so that didnt help.) For the next class he had emailed everyone a detailed map and directions to find planetarium. So basically, yeah. College buildings can be weird.
