Thank you..I just got up and boom! New video to watch! Edit: as Ned said once "the man who gives the sentence, has to wield the sword" and Jon did that. Idk if the words are correct bc English is not my first language
Yea man, Littlefinger is the reason everything in this show has happened. He literally started this game of the throne. In my opinion, he is the main villain in this show. Ramsay and Joffrey are side villains.
Sansa ties together the North, the largest of the Seven Kingdoms, The Riverlands and the Vale. Balish's ultimate goal is The Iron Throne. He needs a great force to take King's Landing.
And they say Baelish giving Sansa to the Boltons was a stupid thing to do. I mean, he knew Sansa wouldn't marry him, but she would keep him by her side. With that trick Petyr had The Vale, the North and the Riverlands, three out of seven kingdoms and they somehow say that real Baelish wouldn't do that. It was one of the most Baelish thing to do
A Game of Thrones - Sansa VI : ( Frog-faced Lord Slynt ) .........Frog-faced Lord Slynt sat at the end of the council table wearing a black velvet doublet and a shiny cloth-of-gold cape, nodding with approval every time the king pronounced a sentence. Sansa stared hard at his ugly face, remembering how he had thrown down her father for Ser Ilyn to behead, wishing she could hurt him, wishing that some hero would throw him down and cut off his head. But a voice inside her whispered, There are no heroes, and she remembered what Lord Petyr had said to her, here in this very hall. "Life is not a song, sweetling," he'd told her. "You may learn that one day to your sorrow." In life, the monsters win, she told herself, and now it was the Hound's voice she heard, a cold rasp, metal on stone. "Save yourself some pain, girl, and give him what he wants."....................... A Dance with Dragons - Jon II: ( Fetch me a block ! ) ....."And has m'lord decided who's to command at Greyguard?" "Janos Slynt," said Jon. ............................All the voices died at once. "Lord Janos," Jon said, "I will give you one last chance. Put down that spoon and get to the stables. I have had your horse saddled and bridled. It is a long, hard road to Greyguard." "Then you had best be on your way, boy." Slynt laughed, dribbling porridge down his chest. "Greyguard's a good place for the likes of you, I'm thinking. Well away from decent godly folk. The mark of the beast is on you, bastard." "You are refusing to obey my order?" "You can stick your order up your bastard's arse," said Slynt, his jowls quivering. Alliser Thorne smiled a thin smile, his black eyes fixed on Jon. At another table, Godry the Giantslayer began to laugh. "As you will." Jon nodded to Iron Emmett. "Please take Lord Janos to the Wall-"-and confine him to an ice cell, he might have said. A day or ten cramped up inside the ice would leave him shivering and feverish and begging for release, Jon did not doubt. And the moment he is out, he and Thorne will begin to plot again. -and tie him to his horse, he might have said. If Slynt did not wish to go to Greyguard as its commander, he could go as its cook. It will only be a matter of time until he deserts, then. And how many others will he take with him? "-and hang him," Jon finished. Janos Slynt's face went as white as milk. The spoon slipped from his fingers. Edd and Emmett crossed the room, their footsteps ringing on the stone floor. Bowen Marsh's mouth opened and closed though no words came out. Ser Alliser Thorne reached for his sword hilt. Go on, Jon thought. Longclaw was slung across his back. Show your steel. Give me cause to do the same. Half the men in the hall were on their feet. Southron knights and men-at-arms, loyal to King Stannis or the red woman or both, and Sworn Brothers of the Night's Watch. Some had chosen Jon to be their lord commander. Others had cast their stones for Bowen Marsh, Ser Denys Mallister, Cotter Pyke … and some for Janos Slynt. Hundreds of them, as I recall. Jon wondered how many of those men were in the cellar right now. For a moment the world balanced on a sword's edge. "If the boy thinks that he can frighten me, he is mistaken," they heard Lord Janos said. "He would not dare to hang me. Janos Slynt has friends, important friends, you'll see …" The wind whipped away the rest of his words. [ This is wrong, ] Jon thought. "Stop." Emmett turned back, frowning. "My lord?" "I will not hang him," said Jon. "Bring him here." "Oh, Seven save us," he heard Bowen Marsh cry out. The smile that Lord Janos Slynt smiled then had all the sweetness of rancid butter. Until Jon said, "Edd, fetch me a block," and unsheathed Longclaw. By the time a suitable chopping block was found, Lord Janos had retreated into the winch cage, but Iron Emmett went in after him and dragged him out. "No," Slynt cried, as Emmett half-shoved and halfpulled him across the yard. "Unhand me … you cannot … when Tywin Lannister hears of this, you will all rue-" Emmett kicked his legs out from under him. Dolorous Edd planted a foot on his back to keep him on his knees as Emmett shoved the block beneath his head. "This will go easier if you stay still," Jon Snow promised him. "Move to avoid the cut, and you will still die, but your dying will be uglier. Stretch out your neck, my lord." The pale morning sunlight ran up and down his blade as Jon clasped the hilt of the bastard sword with both hands and raised it high. "If you have any last words, now is the time to speak them," he said, expecting one last curse. Janos Slynt twisted his neck around to stare up at him. "Please, my lord. Mercy. I'll … I'll go, I will, I …" [ No, thought Jon. You closed that door.] Longclaw descended. "Can I have his boots?" asked Owen the Oaf, as Janos Slynt's head went rolling across the muddy ground. "They're almost new, those boots. Lined with fur."...............
IMO for best fighters - Oberyn (he BASICALLY beat the Mountain. Fought all over the world, adapts to his opponent) - Mountain - Hound (full strength) - Jamie (2 hands, no prison) - Brienne - Loras Tyrrell (lost to Brienne in S2) - Bronn (fought 'best' Vale with little hesitation. But, hesitant to fight the Mountain. However, he was ready to go against the Hound in S2, but that is an added scene so I'm not sure if it was just peacocking)
The LF-Roose talk was an interesting insight into their minds. With Tywin gone Roose is feeling vulnerable and wants to strengthen his position in the North with Sansa. Outside the North, he wants to align himself with The Vale, who are technically still enemies of the Lannister throne. LF reminds Roose that "last time the Vale and the North joined forces they took down the greatest dynasty the world has ever seen". During the Rebellion the Vale (Jon Arryn) and the North (Ned) helped King Robert crush the Targaryen dynasty. Now Roose and LF are in position to revive that old alliance and go against the Crown once again. But LF is always scheming. What if he answers Cersei's call and double crosses Roose? Maybe LF will try to align himself with Stannis. Endless possibilities.
Man, when Roose was telling Ramsay he needed to marry, I KNEW that you'd freak out when you found out it was Sansa. Seeing you jumped cracked me up because I was waiting for it (lol), and then when you were relieved "it wasn't Sansa", I just had to see what your reaction was when you found out that it "was". 😆 Ooooomg I've seen a lot of good reactions to GOT, but I've never seen someone as invested as you, I have loved watching every reaction up to this point, and can't wait to continue. I don't think it'll be long before I'm up to date and will have to "wait" for your next GOT reaction to come out (haha). I'll be happy to wait when that happens. I look forward to checking out your other reactions (I see you have a lot on your channel), but I've been enjoying your GOT reactions so much that I haven't done that yet. Happily happily subscribed. :D ✌️
One interesting thing about Janos execution is that he showed courage in the very end. Just after he said that he has "aleays been afraid" you can see him accepting his fate by stop talking and straightening his head for the beheading.
What are the chances of some day seeing full episode reactions? Maybe a patreon? I’ve rewatched so many times and the ending is so not on par that it just makes it tough to rewatch the series now. But I would totally rewatch fully with you. Love your reactions. Comedy and insight mixed perfectly.
Brother Major. Another couple of great reviews. Thank you for posting these bangers. Baelish is such a worm. You have him figured out. He's all about himself, gaining power and riches without regard for anyone who he may hurt in the process. I was upset that Brienne couldn't convince Sansa to go with her, but Baelish spit out some hard facts on Brienne's failures in protecting key folks. It was a hard sell. Tyrion needs to straighten up because his sloppiness is getting him hemmed up. I loved your reaction to John Snow executing that coward for disrespecting him. He lost his head in more ways than one. Arya is in a very interesting situation with the faceless man. Keep them coming my brother.
Another of your fantastic reactions, Maj! 👍 Been so excited to watch it since I got the notification earlier, but I save it for when I won't be disturbed as your posts are my FAVORITES! BTW, I'm also a Dallas fan and have some old, unique collectibles! The priestess you mentioned seeing before had a big role in Wolverine, was that it? Can't wait fir the next one! Kiss little man for us!! ❤
Heyyyy, I'm relatively new to the channel but I've honestly loved watching you watch GoT because it's one of my favorite shows of all time. Your commentary is always some wonderful mx of hilarious and insightful and it's awesome to watch. As far as being feared or loved, I would definitely rather be loved: when you fear someone, there's always the chance of that fear turning into hate and then hardening into resentment, which can have fatal consequences. But when you love someone, you're willing to lay down your life for that person. If I were a king, or any type of royalty, I would much rather the people of my kingdom love me.
I’ve been watching all your reactions to GOT. I’ve watched quite a few reactors go through this series. I gotta say you are very insightful when analyzing this show and are the best reactor I have seen yet. Keep it up!
The Many-Faced God, also known as Him of Many Faces, is a deity worshipped by the Faceless Men, a guild of assassins established in the Free City of Braavos. They also provide assisted suicides for people who either don't want to live any more or terminally where either te ill or family members don't want the suffering go on.
That's a tough question Major to be loved or feared!! My thoughts are if you're loved people will begin to take advantage (how Tommens being controlled) but if you're feared people will just be "Yes men" and afraid to tell you when you're wrong (The Mad King) it's a damn good question to ask its a fine line i wouldn't want to walk!! Also Balish what a POS taking Sansa and giving her to Ramsey Bolton!! I just love that line "welcome home Lady Stark the North Remembers" Lord Commander Jon Snow taking out that coward janos who betrayed Ned i was cheering like hell!!! Keep up the great work Major best wishes to you and your family from the UK 🇬🇧
As for prophecies, there are a lot in this story. The danger (as in Macbeth) is that when characters become aware of part of these prophecies, whether words or visions, they misinterpret them; they hear and see only what they can already understand or what they want, and they stop considering the possibility that there may be more to the story, or alternative interpretations. Having jumped to conclusions, they act on this misunderstood information, they pursue their hearts' deepest desires, become fixated on a future they think they can see clearly, all to their own doom (and that of others). The wise stay focused on the present, and being true to their values. Also, it's not about love versus fear; it's about respect. Sometimes love can grow from respect. Fear can be very effective, but ultimately brittle; nothing can be built on it.
Side thing, has anyone else seen the optical illusion in Major's tiger behind him? It may have been the angle but I could see a tiger cub just below it's right eye. Thought it was was appropriate with the newest addition to his family.
Princess Diana comes to mind. She was the people's princess, beloved around the world. It was a day of mourning for people in a lot of places when her death was announced. I was 7, i remember people being so upset, even here in the states.
Empty words. Depending on who did the deed sometimes the smoke is to hot even for the most loved. RT.... If y feared and not hated thats the best combo because they will know the price of a failed betrayal is very very bad either way.
I’m binging your reactions right now. Don’t go too fast so you can end GOT & go right into House of Dragon! You have one of the dopest reactions because they’re authentic & you’re not afraid to show your emotions. Continued success!!
In fairness, we can make all kinds of theories and/or excuses for the defeat of the characters we like. And in this case, I think there are a lot of people who don't want to believe that a woman could beat a man. After all, they made the same excuses when Brienne beat Jaime. However, I will point out that The Mountain was half dead when he beat Oberyn. And in real life, we see seemingly previously undefeated champions get knocked to the dust all the time. So who can really say what could have happened...IF???
I love the Hound but I got my bets on Brienne..she has years off rage and frustration bubbling just under the surface... and it's all from men thinking she's less because she's a woman ...plus she ain getting no 🍆? I wouldn't mess with her ...
The only thing associated with the Seven inside the House of Black and White is the Stranger’s edifice, along with the other religious figures in Planetos, so that no religion is excluded.
I always cry when I see Arya or Sansa upset too. As far as Littlefinger goes, you were right last episode. As you said, he loves power and position more than he ever loved Cat. If he truly loved her, he would’ve never made her children fatherless - he would have supported Ned even at the cost of his own heart and feelings. And he CERTAINLY wouldn’t hand over Cat’s eldest daughter to Ramsey Freaking Bolton, the most evil and depraved character in the entire series.
When J'aqen Hagar tells Arya there is only 1 god and a girl knows his name, remember her dancing master. He told her," there is only 1 god and his name is death, and what do we say to the god of death? Not Today."
Great reaction, I just want to say that watching GOT made me appreciate being an average person in the world, when I was a little girl I wanted to be a queen but after GOT I'm good with just being me😊
The Waif aka the girl that picks on Arya is Faye Marsay- she does play Anne Neville, Richard III's wife in The White Queen!!! i love that you love medieval/renaissance history
There are numerous Gods: 7 New Gods of The Andals, 7 Old Gods of The First Men, The Lord of Light & Lord of Darkness, The Faceless God/Death, The Drowned God, etc. Braavos follows The God of Death. Your analogy of Cersei and Margery is accurate. Margery, though of noble birth and ambitious knows how to win people over with benevolence, which in part does come from a sincere mindset. You can only squeeze so much fear out of people before they just outright turn on you, which the people did with Joffrey in Season 2 and hold no real love for Cersei. Commoners are also severely underestimated for their street smarts. It was stated before that Kings lack the cautions of ordinary men; same applies to Queens. Not sure if you remember him, but there was a bard in season 1 that sang a song mocking Robert's death and pitted the blame on Cersei; bards hear things in taverns and various places on their travels, so the common belief is that Cersei knowingly had her husband intoxicated so that he'd die in an "accident". Likewise they believe the relationship between Cersei and Jaime is real, not just gossip. By killing Janos Slynt, Jon did in part avenge Eddard Stark since Janos betrayed Ned after Baelish paid him off.
20:40 - Uh, no. Nope. You don't get to just say that once upon a time the hound was injured so any fight after he gets a handicap point, then blow off the whole torture Brianne went thru with Jamie, the wounds she got fighting a bear, etc. like that counts for nothing. Brianne is the best female fighter in the land, the best male fighter depends what season or location they're in...

"I want people to be afraid of how much they love me" - Michael Scott, natural born leader
Thank you..I just got up and boom! New video to watch!
Edit: as Ned said once "the man who gives the sentence, has to wield the sword" and Jon did that. Idk if the words are correct bc English is not my first language
“The man who passes the sentence should swing the sword.”
@@markquinlin5678 thank you🤣 I was still sleepy and my brain doesn't work until I drink my coffee
It was one of the most Baelish thing to do
The Sparrows wouldn’t come to Kings Landing when Tywin and Joffrey were still alive.
Got my coffee and Major. Let's Go!
A Game of Thrones - Sansa VI : ( Frog-faced Lord Slynt )
.........Frog-faced Lord Slynt sat at the end of the council table wearing a black velvet doublet and a shiny cloth-of-gold cape, nodding with approval every time the king pronounced a sentence.
A Dance with Dragons - Jon II: ( Fetch me a block ! )
....."And has m'lord decided who's to command at Greyguard?"
"Janos Slynt," said Jon. ............................All the voices died at once.
"Lord Janos," Jon said, "I will give you one last chance. Put down that spoon and get to the stables. I have had your horse saddled and bridled. It is a long, hard road to Greyguard."
"Then you had best be on your way, boy." Slynt laughed, dribbling porridge down his chest. "Greyguard's a good place for the likes of you, I'm thinking. Well away from decent godly folk. The mark of the beast is on you, bastard."
"You are refusing to obey my order?"
"You can stick your order up your bastard's arse," said Slynt, his jowls quivering.
"Stop."
Emmett turned back, frowning. "My lord?"
"I will not hang him," said Jon. "Bring him here."
"Oh, Seven save us," he heard Bowen Marsh cry out.
"Unhand me … you cannot … when Tywin Lannister hears of this, you will all rue-"
Emmett kicked his legs out from under him.
Mercy. I'll … I'll go, I will, I …"
[ No, thought Jon. You closed that door.] Longclaw descended.
"Can I have his boots?" asked Owen the Oaf, as Janos Slynt's head went rolling across the muddy ground. "They're almost new, those boots. Lined with fur."...............
IMO for best fighters
- Oberyn (he BASICALLY beat the Mountain. Fought all over the world, adapts to his opponent)
- Mountain
- Hound (full strength)
- Jamie (2 hands, no prison)
- Brienne
- Loras Tyrrell (lost to Brienne in S2)
- Bronn (fought 'best' Vale with little hesitation. But, hesitant to fight the Mountain. However, he was ready to go against the Hound in S2, but that is an added scene so I'm not sure if it was just peacocking)
Lol when you said, "the night is full of dark and terrors" (at 39:10), I laughed out loud. 😂
Love stannis reaction after the beheading lolol... hilarious
The new lord of light priestess was from The Wolverine (Wolverine 2). Not sure if you've seen it.
Ooooomg I've seen a lot of good reactions to GOT, but I've never seen someone as invested as you, I have loved watching every reaction up to this point, and can't wait to continue.
✌️
Thank you for the support it means so much
Natalie Dormer (sounds like door-mer). And yes she is younger than Cercei, but so is Daenarys, so we can't know who the prophecy was talking about.
True
The prophecy also explains why Cersei was so jealous of Sansa.... she thought she was the one and now thinks it's Margaery.
Yeah, except for she wasn't as mean to Sansa. She didn't threaten to kill her to her face at least.
One interesting thing about Janos execution is that he showed courage in the very end. Just after he said that he has "aleays been afraid" you can see him accepting his fate by stop talking and straightening his head for the beheading.
It took me 43 episodes of following to realize me and you have the same comp chair, same color and everything lol
Yessss!!!!!!! I'm soooo here for this!
Tommen actor is 16 years old on that consummation scene. So almost ok.
"Oh I like this dude." 😏 ohhh really now! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
If I were a king, or any type of royalty, I would much rather the people of my kingdom love me.
he said he likes High Sparrow dude, oh Lord😂😂😂
I still like him tbf fuck the monarchy
41:55
“There’s a butt on her butt.”
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I’ve been watching all your reactions to GOT. I’ve watched quite a few reactors go through this series. I gotta say you are very insightful when analyzing this show and are the best reactor I have seen yet. Keep it up!
The Many-Faced God, also known as Him of Many Faces, is a deity worshipped by the Faceless Men, a guild of assassins established in the Free City of Braavos.
They also provide assisted suicides for people who either don't want to live any more or terminally where either te ill or family members don't want the suffering go on.
Yes Major! I am loving these back to back videos!
Also your reactions are on point, this channel is fast becoming one of my favorites
I just love that line "welcome home Lady Stark the North Remembers"
Lord Commander Jon Snow taking out that coward janos who betrayed Ned i was cheering like hell!!!
💯
Side thing, has anyone else seen the optical illusion in Major's tiger behind him? It may have been the angle but I could see a tiger cub just below it's right eye. Thought it was was appropriate with the newest addition to his family.
Princess Diana was so loved around the world, people blamed the monarchy for her death. I will always choose love over fear.
Stone men are people with greyscale who are covered in it.
Loved means you'll always be avenged by your people if you are ever betrayed
Feared means you'll be betrayed by your own people and avenged by no one
Princess Diana comes to mind. She was the people's princess, beloved around the world. It was a day of mourning for people in a lot of places when her death was announced. I was 7, i remember people being so upset, even here in the states.
Empty words. Depending on who did the deed sometimes the smoke is to hot even for the most loved. RT.... If y feared and not hated thats the best combo because they will know the price of a failed betrayal is very very bad either way.
32:27 Stannis was like .. That's the son I wish I have
I’m binging your reactions right now. Don’t go too fast so you can end GOT & go right into House of Dragon! You have one of the dopest reactions because they’re authentic & you’re not afraid to show your emotions. Continued success!!
We wouldn't know if the Hound could beat Brienne if he wasn't hurt. That's just a fans theory/or even a wish. You can't just say that for a fact, lol.
Arya said that the Hound was moving slow in the actual show so obviously he was at a disadvantage and still almost beat her
The only thing associated with the Seven inside the House of Black and White is the Stranger’s edifice, along with the other religious figures in Planetos, so that no religion is excluded.
Another reactor (mr video) has the best name for Baelish; “Middlefinger”, I’m almost angry I didn’t come up with it myself when watching GoT. 😂
Not Today."
Great reaction, I just want to say that watching GOT made me appreciate being an average person in the world, when I was a little girl I wanted to be a queen but after GOT I'm good with just being me😊
It's the White Queen Major. She was Anne Neville. The Kingmakers Daughter.
Richard was Duke of York, his brother was Duke of Gloucester.
Elizabeth Woodville was the White Queen.
The Waif aka the girl that picks on Arya is Faye Marsay- she does play Anne Neville, Richard III's wife in The White Queen!!! i love that you love medieval/renaissance history
The GOAT Jonathan Pryce aka the High Sparrow!!! The savior of the masses is finally here.
Jaqen was talking about the god of death, the same god that Syrio Forel told her about.."what do you say to the god of death?"
"Not today."
Slynt is the one who killed all the bastard babes …. When Jon did that was YESSSS
REMEMBER THAT 32:14
His ancestor's blood is running through his veins😉
That facial expression is just like someone else.
It’s funny Tyrion and Jon are your favorite 1a and 1b. Remember when they met that Tyrion said they are the same dwarfs and bastards
That’s how I be feeling when Daario be getting it in with Dany 😂
Remember when LF asked Sansa "What do we do to the ones who hurt the ones we love ? " in S4 Snow Winterfell ... and Sansa's smile.
Anne Neville was one of my favorite characters in White Queen.
42:08 - "don't look at the butt!" :))
yaaayyyyy a mahor weekend!
Glad to be here can’t wait till next episode✌️✌️🔥
20:40 - Uh, no. Nope. You don't get to just say that once upon a time the hound was injured so any fight after he gets a handicap point, then blow off the whole torture Brianne went thru with Jamie, the wounds she got fighting a bear, etc. like that counts for nothing. Brianne is the best female fighter in the land, the best male fighter depends what season or location they're in...
Found another brother sipping that Hennessy I can't drink that it makes me violent lol
Kentucky bourbon for me lol😂
Loving your GoT reviews and how invested you are. I was jonesing for more reactions and we got 2 in a weekend fuck ye
Jon Snow knew that letting a coward stay in the nights watch would destroy them all.
Pronounced “gloss-ter-sher” 😊 Or at least that’s the American pronunciation. And can I just say, as a fellow history buff, I LOVE how you make connections between fiction and real historical events from which certain characters and events in the story were inspired. I love it ♥️
Look forward to every review!!
Not the Cowboys 🐄🤠👢🏈🤣
Lol I know 😥
King Edward from the white Queen is my great great8888 uncle. Related through his sister Anne of York.
Anne's great great granddaughter Anne Chapel married my great grandfather😊
38:46 when the North, Vale and Riverlands attacked the Targaryans they didn't have any Dragons anymore
Marge is pricking a lionese....
