So, this makes me wonder, is the game going to have several “daemons” as like bosses for each area? We already have Daemon Silvus for a spooky forest area, now this one makes me picture some sort of late-game mechanized area
this definitely reminds me of daemon silvus, i couldn't pinpoint it before but that's definitely it. i think they're both definitely preludes to a boss or early "dungeon" themes
@@tongarfrunchy9019 imo it'd be pretty cool if there were two versions of essentially the same area/dungeon, however each is aesthetically and functionally different. maybe different paths, different enemies, different puzzles, etc. and each boss has their own version of the dungeon

Just gonn' throw in my experience real quick: So Ive been using the trial version of FL Studio for ages now but Ive kinda shot myself in the foot since it doesnt let me reload my files so I gotta export and import midi if I wanna work on the track further. Dont wanna diss FLS but it might be good info to have (also because the trial is a free version of the most expensive package)

I use Ableton Live and Studio One lol. Anyway REAPER is epic. Camellia uses it lol. Also try Cakewalk. Used to cost 500$ but now its free since BandLab bought the entire company. Also to anyone else wanting more instruments and stuff. I got a big list here. - LABS is a great and MASSIVE instrument library from Spitfire Audio, the same company that literally recorded the BBC Orchestra and collabed with Hans Zimmer for his instruments. So you know it's good. I LOVED their strings pack and dulcimers. Oh yea speaking about the BBC Orchestra, It costs 49$ but you can get it for absolutely free by filling in their survey right here! www.spitfireaudio.com/bbc-so-discover/application/ - Ample Audio's Lite versions of their acoustic guitar and bass libraries are nice, check them out. - Dexed is a full-fledged Yamaha DX7 emulator. The legendary synthesizer behind all the 70-80s synthpop songs you always hear. If you don't know how to program it there's always soundbanks out there. Go find them yourself. - Supermassive by Valhalla DSP is a really cool delay and reverb effect, it'll definitely give your music the echo you always wanted. - VCV Rack isn't really a DAW, or a VST instrument or effect. It's an entire synth module on your computer. If you decide you want to try some cool modular synths and wire things together to make weird sounds, this is it! - Versilian Studios VSCO is an another orchestral library if you haven't had enough orchestra for the day. It's fully open-source and it comes in a variety of formats. Soundfont, a Konakt library (Not Kontakt Player), or a seperate VST instrument if you don't know how to run any of those aforementioned. - Keyzone Classic is a Piano VST instrument with a few sounds, all pretty nice. -Helm is a very cool wavetable synthesizer with a visualization of what you're doing, just like Xfer Records' Serum without the price tag. Also if you're on a Mac or an iPhone or iPad, of course you can try out Garageband. It's actually pretty good compared with the other free solutions and if you decide you need more you can always buy Logic Pro, which is essentially an upgrade to Garageband. They use Apple's AU Plugin format instead of VST though so keep that in mind. Oh yeah, Pro Tools | First is a thing too! It's pretty limited in features compared to the full version of Pro Tools. But it does come with Xpand! 2, the synth that Shady Cicada himself uses on his other videos. Wood Wood included!

This track makes me think of some underground laboratory and while you haven’t seen anything directly malicious in it you still get an uneasy feeling from it like it has a dark secret.
If there was a Mario Maker spinoff where you just designed Zelda dungeons as Ganon's lead planner, this would be the music that would play in the main menu when you'd be naming your dungeon and editing tags. Very chill and subtly evil

LMMS has a near carbon copy workflow as FL studio. It's free too. You can also use Cakewalk. It's only for windows though.
