My problem is my antidepressant causes akathisia but tapering is causing dystonic tremors/shocks. I no longer trust my drs and I just want off the meds so bad. 😢 The side effects feel like they're killing me either way I go. I'm down to 75 mg from 225 mg of Venlfaxine and down to 0 mg of Geodon. I've noticed my symptoms start around day 3 of my taper and last for 4-7 days. This taper to 75 mg from 112.5 has been the 2nd worst so far. 225 to 187.5 was so bad. Idk how to get through this, sending the best vibes to anyone else going through this.

I am doing what he is saying and i am on :methadone , antidepresants , benzodiazapams,sleep introducing and sleep lengtening drugs. I hava a doctor that dose not give a shit about me and my thing he is just writing the recepies. And I use all the thing Andreas is talking about in all of his episodes . I learnd that true trial and eror true 25 y of drug use and fighting against it. And THIS SHIT IS FAKING CHALENGINGGGG !

I came off alorazolam my doc retired he got sick and the new docs don’t want to give me a benzo so I came off and they keep trying to get me to take Prozac and I don’t want too. They claim it has no withdrawl is this true I know it not

Don't give in, it has withdrawal for many people. You want to mess with your brain as little as possible.
