It's funny to hear people describe people taller than 6' a freakishly tall. Average male in The Netherlands is something like 6' or 6'1". I'm 6'5" and it usually doesn't take me more than 5 minutes of walking outside to spot at least someone that's taller than me. Unfortunately these guides aren't really applicable, because if it's suitable for someone 6'1", it's not at all guaranteed it will be suitable for 6'5" and above.
Hey man, I appreciate you doing this but I really wish you had gone further. The tallest person in your examples was 6'4", which is certainly above-average but still within the range of what's normal. I'm 6'8" and I didn't learn anything from this video. It would have been great to see clips of people at various heights sitting in various chairs. I think that's the type of content that actual tall people are yearning for. I bought a used Aeron in size C and I'm finding the seat is too deep and narrow for my hips. It may be suitable for taller people and heavier people, but it's not made for big-boned people. Seeing real examples and hearing from real tall people and heavy people would be much more impactful.
It's not that much, but i promised to myself that i would have shown my gratitude sooner or later... So here i am still thanking you for your amazing work, not only for this video (crucial for my purchase), but for all the work you keep putting in every single video on the channel. Keep up the amazing work, and thank you again for being the most transparent reviewer on the entire internet
Ares here, i got the secretlab awhile ago, due to me passing my exams flawlessly. I gotta admit, i can finally sit without getting a massive hurting back after an hour or so. I got the XL depsite being really leigtweighted. It sits perfectly. I'd recommend it for everyone with a medium budget
Hi Ares, I'm was wondering if you think the chair would be suited for me as well, I'm a little bit taller than you (204 cm) and really struggle with the position where my lower back hits chairs. Thanks for your addition to the video, I also live in the Netherlands, so its good to find more optionsthat are available here.
@@winningtopas615 To be completely honest with you: I used to have a cheap 100 euro "gaming chair". As you might probably know, it really starts sitting uncomfortable or even hurt, after 2 hours ish. I do not suffer quite from these problems on the secret lab. Now i do have to say, the material is quite hard. Its steady and quality. What i mean by that is that the chair isnt by any means really soft to sit in, however, with how much you can optimize back support i think its still suitable for most situations. I dont think your height should be a big problem. Only thing i'd say is that your head pillow will have to be quite high up. Might you consider throwing away a medium budget, id safely say the titan is an alright option. Otherwise, if you haven't tried, go to the nearest ikea and see if a simple office chair suits your liking. If you have any particular questions, feel free to ask
Loving the comments here - what about us tall people! 6ft5 and 190lb - aeron c is not comfy to sit on, embody has no upper back support (head rest would be essential), gesture sounds decent, but not sat on one. Have ikea markus which was good, but cheap and padding went in a year / two, humanscale diffrient lumbar support (current) is too low, varier balance chair is not for tall people - bough and tried, but it hurt knees after a while (have one for sale now). Hag sofi mesh is what i think i am going to buy next, i sat on hag tribute which was lovely but £2.2k when spec'd.
I’m a tall lanky guy 6’7 around 185-ish pounds and let me tell you the gesture has been one of the best purchases of my life. After some research I learned that backrest promote slouching somewhat but I really wanted the headrest, decided to try it without and it’s been fantastic. In a weird way it kind of taught me how to sit if that makes since.
Yes, but according to my rigorous studies, it shows that the best height is 5’6. Everyone else is a freak. I happen to be 5’6, but I’m sure that’s just a coincidence ;)
In reality North European men (Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, etc.) Are on average 6'1. ON AVERAGE. That means about half of them are taller! Can we do a north European line-up? Or are we just gonna get a massive finger and there's no chairs for tall people 6'1 to 7'0.
Hey Ahn, what about a chair for someone that’s tasking 8-10 hours per day? I want a headrest, mesh (only the back is ok), good back support, at least 3D arms, wide seat pan and some that supports someone that’s 6’2” 315lbs. My budget is flexible.
Herman Miller Aeron Remastered + Atlas Suspension headrest. I am yet to get the headrest but the Size C Aeron does the job for me as I sit at my desk for long hours daily (5AM to 10PM).
Since I sent in my submission I got my hands on a $200 leap v2 in perfect condition to tide me over while I looked and save for end game and I gotta say… I absolutely love it. Thought I didn’t want fabric but I don’t mind it at all. Thought I didn’t like the looks but it’s dope. Do still really want to get my hands on a gesture tho!
i was waiting for this video like crazy, thank you so much (i'm the joseph from italy)... i think that when i submitted my infos the embody one year video wasn't out yet, but yes, i obviously watched as it went online:D... now i'm totally sure about my purchase, even without trying it i'm pretty sure that the embody logitech is the way to go for me... also thank you a lot for the detailed informations about the warranty of the fabrics and other stuff, it's way more clear now... i freaking love you man
I'm 6'3" and 330 lbs, I bought a Steelcase series 2 earlier this year for $600. My wife took it (she's 5'4") and loves it so I had to buy another. I sit in it up to 10 hours a day and it's great. there's no headrest and the lumbar can be adjusted. the price included an upgrade to Rollerblade wheels.
@@hugdeath929 I didn't look for one. I'm tall and the top of the chair back ia at the bottom of my shoulder blades so it wouldn't have worked for me anyway.
I will probably not get a reply, as this video is 2 years old. But here it goes: I'm Roy, 194cm tall (6'4"), weigh around 112kg (247lbs), I sit for 10+ hours a day (home recording studio, gaming, and video editing). I like to lean back, I like lumbar support but not too aggressive, due to a low income my budget is €300,- or there abouts (can not save for a higher budget). Prefer fabric or mesh. Arm rests need to be either flip-up style or totally removable. Also like to sit reclined a bit. Tried the TecTake Springsteen chair, which was perfect in terms of seating position, but the build quality was awful, it creaked, popped, and banged from day 1 and you could feel the steel frame through the backrest cushion. Tried the Sharkoon Skiller SGS40 (Noble Chairs Hero copy), liked the seat and seat hight, armrests were awful, side bolsters were awful and limited my movement. Currently looking at Ikea Markus chair or Hinomi H1 Classic V3.
@@tijnbrouwer5435 Who said it's easy? I struggle to gain weight my whole life. I try to eat at least 500g of meat per day. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and I try to eat also some bread, rice or pasta to it
30 seconds in i had to drop a like, which in hindsight i rarely give them out in general. with the intro alone i could tell how much effort you put into your videos. keep up the hard work!
Hi my name is Lucas and I’m 5’11, I’m 260lbs, I live in the US, my budget is 400$-500$, I like to sit normally or crisscross, I usually sit for 4-5 hours, I’d like a breathable back and a large fabric cushion, I’d really love a rocking feature, and I want it to be white. This is my first serious buy for a chair and I’m thinking Bowery Will work for me but I wanted to run it by the chair master first before I make any decisions.
My all time go to is the Herman miller embody. It’s my favorite chair and lots of taller folks like it - some have noted the shoulders can dig into their backs, but it seems to affect some and not others. The headrest will be released in the next couple months, making the embody very close to perfect for me. Herman miller in Most countries allow for free returns in 14 days, so definitely have a good amount of time to see if it’s for you! If you decide to pick up, please consider using my links as it helps the channel a LOT! Also, Very Big sales right now - 20% off normal embody and 25% off gaming embody!
I’m 6’6 and 280 pounds. I really need help with finding really good gaming chair options. Honestly, it doesn’t matter the price. Please help me Ahnestly
If you want race car style gaming, the XL titan evo 2022 from SecretLab is probably the best. If you want something more traditional, you’d be better off with a steelcase gesture with a headrest or a Herman miller embody and pick up the headrest later when it comes out. If you decide to pick up, please consider using my links! Helps the channel a LOT!
Absolutely beautiful video. I’ve been anticipating this since the google forum opened, so I really appreciate that you finished off the list before closing up the series. I truly wish you the best of luck in your work and can’t wait to see what you do next. Have a beautiful day.
I'll give you a hard one. I'm 6'2 weigh 225lbs and I like to sit completely upright 90 degrees when I work on my desk. $1500 is my limit. I don't care about anything else but that it supports my lumbar and my upper back so I can relax at the upright 90 degrees sitting position. I use to use the Ikea chair but they don't offer it anymore. It was a cheap 70$ chair that did the job. I've tried the embody, gesture, leap and they all leave you leaning backwards at their highest position, this forces you to slouch your shoulders forward when you type. As a software developer this is a big no no for me.
Ares is 6'4" and 130 lbs? That seems like it might be a typo. I'm 6'3" and 170 lbs and I'm really thin...got called skinny all my life. I can't imagine losing 40 lbs. (with an additional inch of height).
yeah im 6'6 220lbs i cannot imagine him being 130lbs and alive, christian bale is 6ft and weighed 120 when he filmed The Machinist "according to google"
I'm 6'4" Looking for a chair with a deep seat. Currently have a secret lab titan xl, seat is ~19.5 inches want to keep it that length or longer. Need lumbar support.
Hey Dan -- First off, your channel is amazing! Do you Have any recommendations for heavier people? im around 360lbs 6 feet tall -- im a graphic designer, so lots of sitting and long hours -- I have a had a leap plus for the last 2 years -- really dislike it -- kills my legs, and now getting shoulder tendonitis -- been working in the design industry for 27 years and have all types if basic office store chairs and two steel case chairs -- im now 50 years old and need better support and comfort -- im in the US and my budget is open for the right chair. Thank you in advance
I have never commented on a video before but I have a problem and not hearing the exact talk needed: I’m 6’8” and 230lbs and a previous collegiate athlete. I’m not used to sitting this much but always have back issues when I do for long car trips or just in general. I now sit for most of my day and It’s not about back support but the chairs being too short off the ground where my knees sit higher than the level of my hips (making my lower back curl under myself). Need help if there are any suggestions.
I'm 6'5" tall and I'm here because I want to sell my Secretlab Titan XL 2020. It jusr doesn't feel right for me. The lack of lumbar support is really a downside for me. They should have included the lumbar support pillow like in the cheaper options but for some reason they don't. Otherwise, construction of the chair is still good. Might be a bit wobbly after so many years but generally ok
All these really tall skinny guys! Only one big guy named Dan! (Wasn’t me lol) I’m 360, 6’3” I’ve sat in an Aeron and loved it but only was in it for like 30 minutes, and I’ve heard concerns about the plastic sides, especially since (when I was smaller) loved to sit on my legs, or criss-cross. Not sure if I can even do that at my weight anymore, but looking to lose weight. Thinking I like the Embody but never sat in it and it’s pretty pricey and I don’t know if I can swing it soon. I know you recommended the MFavour ergonomic chair in a different video, but not sure how to seek it out to try it. There’s also a $200 ULINE chair with mesh back and big cushion seat I really liked at one of my old jobs, but not sure if ULINE does retail sales.
I'm 6'5" 275 and like a cushioned base and currently use an Aeron w/posture fit but hurts my tail bone. I sit for 8hrs at a time, need a headrest and have an open budget but prefer to the best price for performance.
What would be the best chair for a 6 ft guy and an almost 3 ft tall desk ? (desk is 85cm) I need something at least 21'5 to 24 inches tall from the ground to not modify the desk
I'm 6'5" 250lb currently using a Serta Hensley from office depot with the arms removed. The back is perfect but the seat and armrests are too long and and my elbows are killing me from lack of armrests. What chair would you recommend?
@@timothybonnington2263 fr everyone says they want to be tall but I honestly hate it I’m 6.5 and I’m only fucking 14 my Back hurts my knees hurts no cloths fit me it honestly sucks being tall
Im 6'4 and and will live in Denmark, I have a Titan Evo 2022 chair and I will say the back support is really great but and it is a big but. It is is still Very hard to sit on. Alot softer than the 2020 titan but still very hard. If they ever make an offer for softer seat then I would say its the perfect chair for tall people but as it is my butt bones kinda hurts after long days in that chair.
I'm 1.83(6'0) and 113kg (250lbs) and own Herman Miller's Aeron C and Embody and bought a Mirra 2 for my mom. The Embody is the winner, not by a large margain but better overall. I'm not uncomfortable on the Aeron, however I understand people don't like the plastic edge on the thighs, I'm on the mark if I get fatter I will begin to feel them. And for that reason Mirra 2 just isn't for me. It was uncomfortable after about 2 hours. Going back to the Embody, it also has better upper back support. HOWEVER if you pair an Aeron with the Atlas Headrest (which I do), it gets way better. Can't wait for the Embody Atlas headrest.
eh I'm 6'2 lol. I just broke some random staples chair that had a weight limit of 300 pounds. I weigh 245 pounds and it still broke where the back connects to the arm and now, I can't sit straight at all. 2nd most uncomfortable chair I've ever used, and the worst was DX racer king size, and it broke within 3 months -_-
Have you heard of rework furniture out of Chicago Illinois? They are offering a 450 v2 leap with 10 y warranty and I’m very interested and have been talking with them is 450 to much for a leap? There’s used gesture 6 hours away but I don’t have room in my tiny car for it! :c. Oh I’m 6’4 and 265 that good for a v2? I used a v1 at a job year back and remember liking it!!
I know this is late but I'm 6'0 and 270lbs and was wondering in the standard size or the xl would be better for me. Want to get it right because i heard the return process is a nightmare.
I have a few sizing guides, so check those out, but I would recommend the XL! If you decide to purchase, please consider using my links! Helps the channel a lot!!
Hey, I'm looking for a chair. i'm 198cm tall, and unfortunately for finding chairs most of my height is in my back. I'm 90kg and have a budget of around 400€. I would like to have a headrest. Other than that I don't really mind. Any recommendations would be great!! thank you
Where do you find guys 6'4 and 130lbs? Is that even possible? My girl friend is 5'4 , 125lbs and like 12% body fat. I'm 6'4 and would have to start cutting off limbs to get under 180lbs,
Would you recommend a Bowery for a 6’2” 180 lb guy in college or would you settle for something cheaper? I don’t have an office job but will need it for note taking, studying, gaming, etc.
@@Ahnestly I was finally going to buy the Bowery, but unfortunately they’ve been discontinued. So sad! I loved the look and proportions and price were a good fit.
Which chair can you recommend for me? My height is 1,88m and my mass is 90kg. I’d use the chair for around 8 hours/day. I like good materials and ergonomic builds. Thanks in advance!

Gosh i live in Europe (France) and im in the case of Ares except I'm doing 100kg. Guys, if you have any clue on any chair I could buy please tell me! When you tall (1.92m) and your budget is tight (500$/eur).. its so hard to find something good ! And most of US Brand don't ship in France : /
201 cm giant man...110kg ........forget about the budget.....give me the best choice for the most comfortable chair for long working and gaming sessions
Where are the actual tall guys ? I’m 6’6’’ 240lbs and none of those recommendation are close to me. Most brand even stop recommending their max size at 6’6’’ or under. I’m in Switzerland and sadly no store arround to just test chairs. I guess my only solution is a titan evo XL
Any 6’6 guys that can give input? My go to for your height is the steelcase gesture, embody, and titan evo 2022. You’ll want a soft back all the way up and as noted before, the headrest can give additional upper back support.
6’7 230lbs. The Gesture with lumbar support has been a game changer for me. (Have not tried the head rest option) It’s not perfect but, it effectively eliminated all the sciatic pain of trying to make chairs for “normies” work for 8+ hours a day. Hope this helps!
@@terrywarren9158 I pulled the trigger on an Embody 2 days ago. Will be delivered late october tho, can't wait !!! Gesture was a PITA to have delivered in Switzerland. The few distributors only had the model without headrest for some reason... Gonna wait for my Herman Miller and wait again for the atlas headrest for the Embody 🤣
@@thierryfaquet7405 Congrats, I hope its everything you need it to be! Let us know how the Embody suits you, it never hurts to know what’s giant friendly. Best wishes from across the pond!
Interesting video though unfortunately I'm out of the running on steelcase/herman miller chairs. What would you recommend for me? 6'5", 270 lbs, USA, Sits Normally/1 leg crossed/feet on shelf under desk, 10+ hrs (work/gaming combined), lumbar adjustable, cloth or sturdy mesh that I can cover( 2 cats), currently using a Vertagear pl6000 I bought 4-5 years ago but Ive had to replace the tilt mechanism now 3 time ( convinced manufacturing defect) but I do like the back height, looking at 500-600 max budget. Was considering Secret Lab Titan XL 20 or 22.
Hello Dan, Nice vids! Can you please help me picking the perfect chair for me? im 6.1 and 230 lbs. I like to sit normal, so no cross legs, my body really dont like that position. Lumber i like medium i think. Mesh or not i like both. I hope you will help me out thanks :) Sadly i cant try many in my country.
Appreciate the video, unfortunately as a 6'8" guy even the "tall people" videos fall a little short. I'm willing to spend a decent chunk of change, have been looking at the herman miller's but I can't find any info if this will be worth the money considering my height. Any advice for the actual freaks of nature? (4-5 suggestions for these 6'0" little fellas? c'mon now.)

dang...6'8 is incredibly tall...I wish I could tell you something, but that is way outside my knowledge. I highly recommend you try out all the brands and let me know what you decide on. This will be great for research for future purposes!
@@Ahnestly will do. I'll try out as many as I have access to, I'm in Toronto and not to many authorized dealers here. I'll help in any way I can. But will keep you posted none the less lol
I noticed you have an orange gesture setup. Anyway I could see more detailed pictures of it? Im actually in the process of doing a custom order. And my fav color is orange, but there's so many configurations, lol I having a tough time mainly on the fabric because some orange tones are not as vibrant on some fabrics vs the others. Would love to hear your specs on it if you can.
@@tommyly3842 hey! I don’t have that gesture anymore but it was the saffron version with the stainless steel base. Absolutely beautiful color! If you decide to pick up, please consider using my links. Helps the channel a LOT!
Hey Ahn, I’m 5’10” 300lb and got a gaming embody. I really like the chair, but it causes quite a bit of neck and upper back pain. Do you think the Atlas headrest will alleviate those issues? I
I think it can definitely help! If your neck and upper back are suffering, it could be because you're leaning back a bit too much in the chair. Try to tighten the backrest (back right knob) all the way, and then lock your chair upright - see if that helps as well!
Hey guys, I'm 6'3"(191cm), should I just go for a gaming chair given that there's no budget office chair that's decent for my height? My budget is around 300$.
So many short people in the video! Only joking! It's because of your videos that I bought my Aeron chair size C and I got the matching headrest (thanks for the discount code!). I'm 6'5" and 300lbs. I love it! Your videos are great!
While I appreciate the information here, the fact that when given a budget, your response was to say "save up more" rather than find a chair that fits into it makes this information kind of useless for anyone that isn't well off. Which I imagine is pretty common. I don't have the cash to spare to blow over $500 usd on a chair, and am looking to replace mine with something for 4-5 years and then maybe go for a premium chair then. Please choose an example person who has a cheaper budget than $500 usd.
I don't think 6' considered tall in USA or Europe. At 6', you can fit in anything. The world is built for you. You can shop in any clothing store, walk through any doorway, and fit in any car.
I like the Amia better for pure sitting, but titan has a little more flexibility - lean back lounge mode (or what I call bliss mode) and ability to sit in all kinds of ways thanks to bigger seat pan. My recommendation - get an Amia (steelcase is having a 15% off sale and free returns). If you like it a lot, keep it. If not, could try and return and try a titan evo 2022 (keep in mind returns aren’t free with Secretlab). Whichever you decide, please consider using my links as it helps my channel a LOT! And let me know what you decide on!
Just cut some leg off. And donate some height to me :-D LOL in all seriousness...that's REALLY difficult. My suggestion would be the Herman Miller Embody with an Atlas Headrest for the Embody. HM is 20% off right now (check out my links in the description and pinned comment - if you use it, it helps the channel a lot!)
Ok, someone who is 6' 4' and ways 130 is impossible. They would be dead. like straight up malnourished. I'm 6' 5' and I way about 260 (overweight by around 30 pounds) but I still look fit. It's crazy you didn't do anything for a monolith such as myself. like maaan come on.
Im 6'4 and i weigh about 60kgs(132lbs), the lowest ive been was 55kgs(121lbs) but that was when i was in hospital cause of a broken hip for some reason i just cant put on weight, maybe muscle weight but im not sure how
Im sorry but I think Ares meant 230 because there is no way he is 6'4" and 130 pounds. Pretty sure he would look like Christian Bale from the Machinist at that point.
Hahaha at 6’6, you really run out of clear options. I would recommend a gesture w headrest, embody, or a gaming chair at that height. Soft backs all the way through but you may find your back hanging off the chair - I’ve talked to a few guys that said a headrest can help give them a little more support although not sure the gesture headrest can reach that high
I'm also 6'6 in the US and have been going through videos and reviews like crazy trying to find something that would work. I tried the Haworth Fern but am returning it, back height was mostly okay, but the seat pan was no good and too short and became painful. Starting to accept that at our height we're pretty limited to the high back gaming chairs, just ordered the noblechairs hero cause it's got a subtle style. The X-Chairs X4 looks like it could work, but very spendy
I was hoping for a video for really tall people. 6’0 will fit in every basic office chair. We need a video for those of us who are actually going to search for a UA-cam video for tall people. People who are 6 foot even don’t seek out specific “tall people” items. I’m 6’6” so I watched this entire video for nothing.

Yeah you guys are literally the tallest people in the world lol. Im 6’4” and im in the US, and I typically only see a few people a week taller than me
@@trentirvin2008same lol, I’m 6’4 and I see someone taller than me very rarely
Ik hoor je
you must visit Asia at least once brother.. 😊 you will understand why 6 is tall when taking into account the entire world’s population
6’7’ in the US and I constantly get 6’4”-ish guys telling me how rare it is to see someone that makes them feel short
Keep up the amazing work, and thank you again for being the most transparent reviewer on the entire internet
yoooo thank you so much!!! And thank you for always being an encouraging voice in the comments for me! Really appreciate it!!!
@@Ahnestly all well deserved😎🙏🏼
Ares here, i got the secretlab awhile ago, due to me passing my exams flawlessly. I gotta admit, i can finally sit without getting a massive hurting back after an hour or so. I got the XL depsite being really leigtweighted. It sits perfectly. I'd recommend it for everyone with a medium budget
God of war!!! I’m glad you like it! Appreciate you commenting with follow up!!!
@@winningtopas615 To be completely honest with you:
I used to have a cheap 100 euro "gaming chair".
Bruh you are 130 lb and 6’4”?? You gotta eat something my boi😂
@@joeschmoe2697 hahaha i gained a little bit more weight, im like 3 or 4 KG more, but i think im still (near) underweight 😅
Hey ! Thanks for the feedback!
Did you find a chair finally? I have the same problem as you #tallPeople :/
@@greg7371 hag sofi mesh 7500 - its great sofar.

Liking it less and less, kind of wish I got the Markus again
I’m a tall lanky guy 6’7 around 185-ish pounds and let me tell you the gesture has been one of the best purchases of my life. After some research I learned that backrest promote slouching somewhat but I really wanted the headrest, decided to try it without and it’s been fantastic. In a weird way it kind of taught me how to sit if that makes since.
Woot woot! Yeah the Gesture def promotes proper sitting!
How on the earth is 6-6'3 feet a tall person?
I've never thought that it would be such a big problem to find appropriate chair being 6'2...
Average height on the earth is 5'9".

Finally someone is talking about chairs and people who are 180 cm or taller!
I will probably not get a reply, as this video is 2 years old. But here it goes:
I'm Roy, 194cm tall (6'4"), weigh around 112kg (247lbs), I sit for 10+ hours a day (home recording studio, gaming, and video editing).

Try finding a chair at 7’2” 300lbs, currently using a sitmatic at the office. It has been great.
Would you have any recommendations for some who is 6’10” and 350 lbs that would use a cost 8+ hours a day?
I'll add that I'ma weightlifter so my 220lbs is proportioned around my upper back and shoulders and thighs.
Ares is 6'4" and 130 lbs? That seems like it might be a typo. I'm 6'3" and 170 lbs and I'm really thin...got called skinny all my life. I can't imagine losing 40 lbs. (with an additional inch of height).

Everything is on sale right now, so recommend you try out one of the higher end chairs. The Gesture, Embody, or Haworth Fern!

Alot softer than the 2020 titan but still very hard.

Any advice for the actual freaks of nature? (4-5 suggestions for these 6'0" little fellas? c'mon now.)
6’7 230lbs. The Gesture with lumbar support has been a game changer for me.
(I have not tried the headrest option)
It’s not perfect but, it effectively eliminated all the sciatic pain of trying to make chairs for “normies” work for 8+ hours a day.
Hope this helps!
@@terrywarren9158 Thanks man, I was looking at that one.
@@daneaster4892 did you get it
What about 6'8" 230 LBS? I'm going into an authorized dealer to test out the gesture. I hope it'll fit me....
dang...6'8 is incredibly tall...I wish I could tell you something, but that is way outside my knowledge.
What chair did you end-up buying? Any recommendations what to buy or avoid?
Hey Ahn, I’m 5’10” 300lb and got a gaming embody. I really like the chair, but it causes quite a bit of neck and upper back pain. Do you think the Atlas headrest will alleviate those issues? I
I think it can definitely help! If your neck and upper back are suffering, it could be because you're leaning back a bit too much in the chair. Try to tighten the backrest (back right knob) all the way, and then lock your chair upright - see if that helps as well!
@@Ahnestly Thank you! i'll give it a try.
What about keilhauer sguig I have it in my office. I like it but haven't found any sellers mostly keilhauler takes corporate orders
Gesture seat is so firm, how people can support that thing
193cm and weights less then 60...Save this guy...
im that guy ❤
Hey guys, I'm 6'3"(191cm), should I just go for a gaming chair given that there's no budget office chair that's decent for my height? My budget is around 300$.
So many short people in the video! Only joking! It's because of your videos that I bought my Aeron chair size C and I got the matching headrest (thanks for the discount code!). I'm 6'5" and 300lbs. I love it! Your videos are great!
Nice!!! I’m glad it worked out for you! 6’5 is hard to please!!!
how is this chair after a year? did you swap?
While I appreciate the information here, the fact that when given a budget, your response was to say "save up more" rather than find a chair that fits into it makes this information kind of useless for anyone that isn't well off. Which I imagine is pretty common. I don't have the cash to spare to blow over $500 usd on a chair, and am looking to replace mine with something for 4-5 years and then maybe go for a premium chair then.
Please choose an example person who has a cheaper budget than $500 usd.
really great video! That's really helpful for finding my right chair!
6ft 5 and 140-150kg, advice required for both the very tall and heavy guy.
is the headrest removable on the fern?
I don't think 6' considered tall in USA or Europe. At 6', you can fit in anything. The world is built for you. You can shop in any clothing store, walk through any doorway, and fit in any car.
Titan or Amia for 6’1?
I like the Amia better for pure sitting, but titan has a little more flexibility - lean back lounge mode (or what I call bliss mode) and ability to sit in all kinds of ways thanks to bigger seat pan.
My recommendation - get an Amia (steelcase is having a 15% off sale and free returns). If you like it a lot, keep it. If not, could try and return and try a titan evo 2022 (keep in mind returns aren’t free with Secretlab). Whichever you decide, please consider using my links as it helps my channel a LOT! And let me know what you decide on!
I have 1.83-84 cm high, and îs hard to find a good chiar
I'm 6'9" tall. Any suggestions?
Just cut some leg off. And donate some height to me :-D
LOL in all seriousness...that's REALLY difficult.
Im 6'4 and i weigh about 60kgs(132lbs), the lowest ive been was 55kgs(121lbs) but that was when i was in hospital cause of a broken hip
for some reason i just cant put on weight, maybe muscle weight but im not sure how
Im sorry but I think Ares meant 230 because there is no way he is 6'4" and 130 pounds. Pretty sure he would look like Christian Bale from the Machinist at that point.
Solid overview/video
6'4" and 130 lbs????? I'm 6'2" and 237. I know I'm a little chubby but the measurements for some of these guys don't make sense.
I'm 6'7"
what tf am i supposed to do
I’m sorry but 6” isn’t that tall. As someone who is 6” 4’ I’d like actual tall chair advice lol
Sames, but 6'7"
jesus i should have signed up im 6'6" in the US all these short guys are ruining my suggestions.
6'3 at 130 seems uuh... Skeleton-ish?
6'6, endlessly browsing for a budget solution T_T
What did you end up getting?
Embody seems like a good big guy chair, right?
One of the best!
I hear ya. This was done by submission of real people, so I didn’t control the heights of people who submitted requests
@@Ahnestly thanks for replying. And while I have you, ANY recommendation for a guy who’s 6’6”?
6'4 130 pounds is like almost physically impossible
