Its was a glossy finish bro,Even oil is Kept for maintenance ,you can clean the links with a cloth..
The oil marks will vanish .(its like a mirror surface)

Bro ,glow tape is a good option but go for a Glow in dark Spary Paint (can buy threw online Amazon)It works better than Sticker but sticker life is dam high than Spray Paint...
