When removing the clutch pack, you should at least mark the positions. The steel plate and friction plates are most probably built in to minimize overall high and low sections due to manufacturing tolerances and therefore increasing the clutch's performance and behaviour during slip. On a bike, the comfort issues may be much less than in a car, but still it would be advantageous.
On older bikes when the clutch got grabby I used to mix up the positions on purpose. I would even alternate spinning the metal plates backward. This would end up expanding the engagement point softening it up a bit and that got rid of the grabby feeling. MFR's got wise to this and started making different thickness plates so now they go in a certain order. Thats great when it is new to soften the engagement point but later you can be stuck. Whatsup CC 👍🏻 my favourite is definitely the homemade mountain brackets 👌 oh and the scouring pads on the bolts takes me back to my youth when rubbing down corrosion on my bmx spoke wheels 😂😂...... oh where have the years gone!!! 😢 Adam 🇬🇧 oh Merry Christmas 🎄 to you and your family 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Lol I spent way too many hours with BMXs too 😂🙈 hope you have a great Christmas 🎄👍🏻
4:38 quirky clutch from sitting around? Im about to inherit a heavily modified Kawasaki thats been sitting around for many years without being moved. I will be needing alot more then diy fixing, what do you think?
Your content is Amazing, you being a South African is a bonus. Keep up the great work 💪
Yeah, I ALWAYS tuck stuff into my jacket.
Have never worn sneakers.
The sanding is a great idea.
I feel bad not making a video about washing and rinsing ~ used to be a detailer.
Just skinned my kitty for my GoPro
What a great video
Why didn't I think of any of this before? 😂👍
Fathima Zahra I wrote this song for every female rider that ever swung a leg over their OWN bike and said I’m a rider. I’ve fallen. I’ve gotten back up...
But I’m “Neva Ridin’ Bitch”

For easy hand grip installation, spray windex, push on, windex dries...works with Foosball handle grips too!!!
That red bull in the shirt 😅
3:40 i use a hose to get the dust off of the bike and then use soapy water. Will it still scratch my bike?
Your bike looks and sounds awesome
Great video!
Love u r1 ❤🌷
After a ride i’ll put a damp rag over my helmet visor and leave it for 20 min... or until i remember to remove it, softens those pesky bugs. Just plain water on a cotton or microfibre cloth! Works a treat at removing stubborn bugs without scratching the visor.
No one's supposed to tighten the shoelaces that tight especially on DCs it's a sin
That where u tied ur bike down was my favorite and I were never tought about that. I've been riding supermoto and had bmx pegs both sides of tires so if I crash it wont damage my break discs etc.
Ingenious ideas. The one through the axle was brilliant!!!
1st tip is pointless, you can just double tie tbe loops again and again until the loops can't reach the pegs anymore
yeah, that's what I do
How do you untie them then?
Great video, I like the tie down solution! 🤘🏼
