How to Use the EZLock Pressure Cooker

This video will show you how to pressure cook using the Zavor EZLock Pressure Cooker. These instructions apply to both HIGH (15psi) and LOW (10psi) pressure settings.
Once all your recipe ingredients have been placed into the cooker according to the recipe, close and lock the lid by turning the top knob.
Turn the pressure valve on the lid to the pressure position required for your recipe.
Turn the heat on your stovetop burner to high to begin heating the pressure cooker.
After a few minutes at high heat, the red pressure indicator will rise.
After a few more minutes, the pressure valve will begin to release steam. Once you see steam coming out of the pressure valve, turn the stovetop temperature to medium to maintain pressure.
Once you lower your stovetop temperature, you can begin your recipe cooking time.
After your cooking time is done, turn off the stove.
To release pressure automatically, carefully turn the pressure valve to the Release position. We recommend using a kitchen towel to protect your hand from any hot steam or water.
If your recipe requires a natural release, just turn off the stove and allow the pressure cooker to cool naturally. You can also move the pressure cooker to a cold burner for a quicker natural release.
After all the pressure is released from the cooker, the red pressure indicator will drop. This will allow you to unlock the top knob.
Turn the knob to unlock the lid and carefully remove it from the pot facing away from you.
