When I did a quick release, it really made a mess and water got on the top lid. Is there a way it comes out slowly? I thought maybe if I put in the middle of the pressure and steam. Also do I have to unplug to turn it off? I ask because when I put stop I notice the pressure always blinking.

My handle broke! I've had this for a yr now and notice the first time the plasti around the upper edge cracked from the heat. Was okay with it until the handle broke. Is there a replacement for the door only?

This is such an awful product. Always stops giving heat before the food is done cooking. takes me so long to cook anything because it goes cold half way through.

bummer, th2 12 quart that you list for canning is just the right size BUT in reading the specs it says the pressure choice is either 15 psi or 8 psi.... the recommended setting for our area and basically anything below 1000 feet in elevation is 10 psi.

not a lot of activity on the facebook group regarding canning... just folks saying that the cooker is not a canner. Maybe we could get a seperate page for canning since it is so different than everything else. but then a gain, this fellow asked a question a year ago and it was never answered so perhaps I am asking a lot here.
