This is the video on 12.7 quarts which is big but I also bought 10qt after few months because 12.7 is huge and heavy .. but 10qt is a nice size and it’s easier for everyday use 👌

Beccas By The Bay #SoapMaker #TinyUrbanHomesteader I never did canning .. I just got it for beef and lentils stew recipes. But as far as I have seen on other UA-camrs , we need canning kit for canning. But I am not sure 🤔

I like it because of the safety features and sturdiness and so far easy to maintain too.

@@haays We have a garden but we don't do a ton of canning since we eat a lot fresh or I dehydrate for storage space so i think this is a good size for me. I would like to can carrots, beets, pickles & beef. I like the fact that it is stainless steel & easy to to keep clean.

You need something with a gauge so the operating pressure can be confirmed / validated. This one does not have that, so no for canning.
