Thanks a lot for the video and it really helped me! I had to replaced passenger side one a couple of years ago and this time for the driver side one as well. The lesson I learnt from the painful experience is how to pull it out within such tight space, which was echoed by many commenters below. The trick is to roll the front wheel to the most of other side so you have enough space to rotate the bulb out. i.e., If you replace left side DRL bulb, turn your front wheel to the right most. As I don't have strong arm :) , the extra space really helped me put enough strength to rotate the bulb out (counter-clock wise).
The driver side was a pain in the butt to reach in and replace. I was able to remove it just fine, but putting the new one was very difficult. It always amazes me that car manufacturers don’t care about these things when they design the cars.
My driver side DRL was extremely tight in the holder plus the fact that it is an extremely tight space. Finally had to spray some WD40 around it to get it to break free but was finally able to get it out and change the bulb out. Can’t wait to change the other side eventually 😭
Are they hids or just regular halogen? Also why didn't you disconnect battery before replacing the bulb? Don't want you to get shocked, doing such a quick job.
Fixed it today. Your video was the most helpfull. Just got little odd moment that hand brake turns off dlr and it took some time to figure that nothing wrong with replacement.

Just seeing your post now. You need to put the edge of the fender shield inside the lip of the fender and then put the screw in...
