Carrey's brilliance was in his micro gestures. Little things he did that accentuated the character....like when he stepped in and immediately drew his pistol and waved it around! It's so simple, but HILARIOUS, and already softens you up for the rest of the scene! He was a genius at that!

In ace Ventura when nature calls, as he is driving with the dude in the woods, he forgot his lines so started singing the song. The fact his costar was able to keep a straight face is what made them keep it in, the guy does crack a smile at the very end of the song. Also in “the mask” it was his idea to pull the condom out of his pocket when he started making balloon animals. He’s a great actor love dumb and dumber.

ML King never lifted a finger in violence and done more for civil rights in this country ,then all the radical groups of today .And you talk about mistakes .There will be Justice for Mr Floyd . Which is just absurd but... events such as Dixie Chicks, Gilbert Gottfried, or just that one kid in school with the Challenger jokes type shit... You never knew how when or who would cross a line, getting the world bent up. Rodney King was as polarizing an event as any of that nature, things weren't all that different along those lines back then. The only difference was where it came from (the media), hence the shot at the cameraman.
