Except in Jumanji where Black played a teenage girl stuck on an old man’s body. I guess that’s the first time I see Black not playing himself, and that made him the best thing of that movie.
Jim Carrey played Man on the Moon really well. 23 was a bad movie but he still got accolades for his dramatic chops in the movie. Jimmy Carey can play serious roles when he wants to but I feel jim carey has evolved since he got older. He no longer takes his career so seriously as he use to when he did turn into a dramatic actor. I think he is just going with the flow now which is good and I think ultimately good for his mental health cause he has had some serious mental issues in the past decade and I think it has had to do with his fame.
I'm pretty sure when Jeff Daniels says "I'll bet no one's said that about you" and Jim says, "Hey!" that is a reference to Tommy Lee Jones in Batman, when the movie was first starting up Jim was eating at the same restaurant as Tommy so I guess Jim went up to his table to introduce himself and say what a big fan he was and Tommy snapped back something like, "I don't like you, I don't care for you, I can't stand your buffoonery..." XD
For some reason I feel like I can see a glimpse of Jim Carrey's heart here. He just seems like quite a genuine person with a LOT of talent. I hope he is doing very well these days. Would love to meet him.
And that's why I'm upset that MADtv didn't utilize him well. Wasn't that show supposed to be the SNL killer? The sketch show that made SNL look tired and dated? In some people's eyes, it was, but Phil LaMarr from the original cast said that MADtv was a shameless knockoff of SNL and not a hip (for the 1990s) alternative. Yeah, Fridays from the early 1980s was also a shameless ripoff of SNL, but that show actually used its cast members well and did things that made SNL (at the time) look tired and dated. My point to all of this is: for everyone complaining that SNL screwed over Taran Killam for not staying on the show longer, always remember that MADtv was worse at it (Killam was on MADtv for half of their seventh season and was let go before the start of season eight, when the show really started to turn around. Killam could have been part of that).

Jim's face at 3:59 when Jeff comes in, you know hes trying to hide the biggest smile ever
😂BEST DUO EVER 💯🎯
you can see his mouth drop when he first walks in lol
I'm pretty sure when Jeff Daniels says "I'll bet no one's said that about you" and Jim says, "Hey!" that is a reference to Tommy Lee Jones in Batman, when the movie was first starting up Jim was eating at the same restaurant as Tommy so I guess Jim went up to his table to introduce himself and say what a big fan he was and Tommy snapped back something like, "I don't like you, I don't care for you, I can't stand your buffoonery..." XD
Hilarious
His face at 3:52 though. Pure shock
For some reason I feel like I can see a glimpse of Jim Carrey's heart here. He just seems like quite a genuine person with a LOT of talent. I hope he is doing very well these days. Would love to meet him.
How is no one talking about how Jeff Daniels was acting as his co-star from Dumb and Dumber?
Lol i didnt even recognize him. I was like did they not get along ?
I saw that when i watched it live and i flipped out
FACTS I JUST SAID THIS..
I Freaking cried when they talked to each other like they are distant because of sounds like producers or maybe bosses.
because it's Obvious?
Jim is trying so hard not to laugh, and you can see how impressed he is in his face:)
Are you sure?
They tried this lots of times, how can be possible still laugh at this? U all terrible liers and low IQ people with zero knowledge in their life
I think Jim is smiling so they won't feel awkward.
I'm not sure if he's impressed, but he's trying really hard not to laugh, he is.
Bruh they did my man riddler dirty bringing him in last second like that.
Yeah it was just so enigmatic doing that....
smiffwilm you sly dog
Dedundun! Yeah who was that masked man?
@@kurtr1181 you didn't see who it was? You're as blind as a bat!
Maaan
aww I am just now seeing this. this makes me so happy. Ace Ventura 1 and D&D, The mask... all my favorite most memorable comedies.
This is one of my favorite skits. I love how they bought all his characters together.
The first guy totally nailed Jim hahahaha
The rest not so good.

I was trying to figure out who it was haha. I love it
That's complete the whole picture.
That's why I came here but he didn't even have a part :(
I've never seen a man die inside so fast
Dey left out Ace Ventura?
@@All0utj3rk no
They left out the grinch
Sadly they started with the best. Whoever that first guy is knocked it out the park.
Ehh, as close as its going to get, I guess.
Taran Killam was fired from both shows. Wonder what his problem is behind the scenes?
Josh_is_Eljan76 as well as MTV's Wild n out
kim davBG Well Jay Pharoah was let go with Taran. They were two of the best impressionists.
I think that was Truman from the Truman Show.
Jim Carrey has been one of my favorite actors since childhood. His movies never get old.
I think he's the only guest host on SNL who was in every skit that episode.
Mr. Poppers penguin...
Next time...we need a Dr. Robotnik!
Emezie Okorafor I said the exact same thing
"Robots don't need time off to GET DRUNK and PUT THE BOAT IN THE WATER"
Emezie Okorafor what is that you
Pleasure To Kill BRUH 😂 I had to look and I wish I hadn’t

Hey atleast they didn’t bring out the grinch tht wld be terrifying.
i was waiting for it

Saaaaame
The Grinch literally gave me night mares
Is everyone forgetting about Count Olaf?
Taran Killam was one of the best people SNL EVER had. His impressions and skits are beyond hilarious and perfect!
Agreed. Totally underrated.
he should definitely be ace ventura reboot if they go that route
The first guys impression is so on point that I forgot he's not jim.
The skit had to be so much fun for everyone involved. I love how Jim laughed, but quickly put it in character.
That was an excellent skit. Can't even lie, Jeff Daniel's dressing up as Lloyd made me so happy. But then making the sound in his ear? Oh that was glorious. 🤣👏👏👏👏👏
😂😂😂 tbm ri alto
I'm really sad that he doesn't do these kind of movies anymore
he ain't no sell out
I agree
Dont worry. He'll be in Sonic the Hedgehog
Sonic tho
M!k3y sonic?
Everyone in the audience, every minute: “HE DID IT! HE DID THE THING!”
Harry dressing up as and acting like Lloyd is the scariest thing I've ever watched
First guy did an awesome job.
Avengers Endgame is the biggest crossover of all time
Carrey Family Reunion:”Hold My Beer”
Wow the first guy who did Ace Ventura killed it
That was Truman from the Truman show
Well the ending quote was
