Gary, I have a spare swing arm here you can use to modify for a 300 or you can buy one already made from someone like Andy @ Swampworks. For the rear fender seat check with Kurt @ Sumo-X

I bought them off ebay. Nothing special. Paid around $100+/-

I’m about to fit the same after market air filters. I hate that one sits a lot more forward than the other.
Eventually I went with the Kurakyn Hypercharger filters which I loved but were a huge cost difference
