- This is the Official Way to Play Battlefield, as DICE intended. The Official Gameplay Guide for Battlefield 4 released in 2013, and we reveal it section by section to learn how we're supposed to play the game.
Who knows, with the Exodus of players from Battlefield 4, Battlefield 1, Battlefield 5 and maybe even Call of Duty Warzone... Battlefield 2042 and Battlefield Portal could be the best Battlefield game in the Entire History of Battlefield. The fact that there is a guide how to play Battlefield... :D It's like reading how to boil water.
I'd agree except about 80% of teammates have no clue what they're doing whatsoever and a cat playing instead of them would be just as if not more useful. Some kind of tutorial should be mandatory to pass through before hopping on to multiplayer so it's not just potato-bots running around...

Tbh conquest needs to be explained tickets are your teams revives which is why the medic is important because he's a "point keeper" he helps your team keep their points and at the end of those nail biting end game moments of 3-3 tickets you don't just spawn in to b hero of the day cause that just might lose you the match directly because of said respawn ..so yes Battlefield does need a guide

I know this may sound weird, but you can actually hit 0% health and not die.
It's an old strange little glitch where your character technically sits at -0.9% health and you actually see it say 0%, I remembered that watching this...
weird... I've never seen that, but wouldn't be surprised if that's still a thing. I DO know that I've gotten plenty of damage counts as kill in Battlefield for 100, but I always assumed it was because they were actively healing as I shot them
@@diehardGG It is. Its happened to me multiple times in the past. But its a rare occassion. Once a blue moon type of situations when youre getting hit with low damage items or usually an explosion. The percentage sometimes isnt exact. Its a ponderous thing. I enjoyed the triviality of your video btw. Its good comedy.

Wow.. I was unaware that it also existed in that game as well. That's surprising, but I guess the games both use the same general coding for damage calculation; the ladder(bf4) just an updated counterpart in other respects.
it happens also in bfV, greanades sometimes leaves less than 1 health and when you kill a guy givinf the last hit it only gives the kill points and nothing for the hit because in was lower than 1 health
It's a game design thing
It's more intense to run around with low health and take risks so it'll hold you at that low health state

Yeah I’m the one guy who actually bought this book years ago when the game was new. After looking through it you come to learn there was no benefits of this book beside having it open on a map you didn’t know but if you played enough of a map it was useless. Oh and the stupid battle back thing you got. Waste of 15.99 at the time.

Huh... So last night when I was on a terrible DLC map that's severely lopsided and in general no fun, me opting to instead just make my own fun by zipping around almost exclusively on the snow mobile honking my horn wildly as I tried to get road kills and missed every single attempt across the 20ish minute match, THAT was incorrect?!?! Well shit. Color me embarrassed. Shame on me for making the game fun when the devs didn't (Hanger something or other).
Actually I totally have the Battlefield 4 strategy guide and have read through it and some of it is interesting as far as knowing about the weapons and gadgets and stuff, but a lot of the supposed pro advice is laughable.. so you don't even have the actual guide, just some computer version? And not even the whole guide? Well that kind of sucks.
