This is Mega Man 5 (ＵＳＡのロックマン５) played by GlitchMan ( tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/G... ), in an improvement of 1 minute and 22 seconds over the previous run. Improvements include several new glitches involving the Super Arrow ( tasvideos.org/951M ) and new strategies for two of the boss fights.

I just stopped using the charged buster in all megaman and x games that has it, its a lot of fun and makes the x intro bosses i bit more challenging
