Hi Gene, glad that our video gave you that little extra push to invest in Turkey. Should you wish to have further talks on ways we can help you to safely purchase a property please do not hesitate to contact us on the numbers you see on the screen or in the description. Cheers😊👋
Good morning @bisorcaantonio4255 , İzmir iz indeed a beautiful and vibrant town but, although definitely in the Top 10 popular destinations we had to keep it out from the top 5 to make room for the most favorite ones for 2023. All this said, we have seen a sensible increase in demand for a property in İzmir in 2024 and we believe this popular town will make the list of the Top 5 in 2025 😉
Hi @Asegxbhlcshim actors usually live in Istanbul where the majority of movies and series are produced and spend their holidays in popular coastal towns such as Bodrum and Alanya. Pleased contact us on the numbers you see on the screen or in the description and we'll be happy to have further discussions on the safest places where we can help you purchase a property cheers 👋😊
Thanks for the tips, Does anyone know where English is spoken the most. Would love to move but would take me a while to learn, so is there a region that talks English a little more than the others?
Good morning Akso Heart, English is pretty common in everyday life however you will still face some difficulties is public offices and banks most often. This said we can comfortably say that Alanya and Fethiye to a certain extent are the 2 towns where English (and many other languages such as Russian, most Scandinavian langugaes and Persian to count a few). Hope that helps, cheers😊👋
Dalaman should have been on your list of top five places to live in Turkey I have moved here with my young family I have been coming here for over twenty years all the areas you talked about are very crowed and for family life is to busy .
Hi Gel, although a very lovely town Dalaman is more considered as a boutique&niche area with very low density, low, almost inexistent social and business life during winter time and relatively short summer window. No need to say that beach and sea related activities are also quite limited (unless of course you have your own boat or enough resources to rent one everyday) All in all we love Dalaman, but would not consider it as a Top 5 location where to buy a property. Cheers😊👋
Hi, Bodrum is certainly a beautiful coastal town home to exclusive properties, but also a bit on the pricey side of the property market in Turkey. If that's not an issue please do not hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to share our best offers. Regards
Good morning @sheraziqbal9556, to purchase a property in Turkey the only legal document you will need as a British Citizen is your passport valid for at least 6 months and that's pretty much it. No need to say that there will be a few more paperwork to be done down here but that's nothing to be worried about and our Company will be happy to assist you with that. Should you wish to learn more about how we can help you to safely purchase a property in Turkey please do not hesitate to contact us on the numbers you see on the screen or in the description. Kind regards👋😊
Good morning @infoalrazi4977, both these locations didnt make the list for the simple reason that they are both very expensive on one side, have poor value for the money and low resale potential. We'll be happy to have further discussions if you're on the market looking for the best place where to invest in a property in Turkey. Cheers
Hi Fahad, as of time of writing we can certainly say that Alanya currently offers the best value for the money. Please contact us on the numbers you see on the screen or in the description and we'll be happy to discuss with you on our best offers and help you find the best location where to invest in a property. Regards
This is misleading. All these places are touristic where rich people visit. I understand that real estate agent is after money but there are much better and cheaper places in Turkiye like Eskisehir, Tekirdag, Konya,
Good morning @user-oh6gc1cn5l , finding a more affordable property in one of the locations you mention is maybe possible (and thats a big maybe) however the main question is what would a non-turkish do in any of these locations? These are all %100 local towns, with close to no social and/or commercial infrastructure for international buyers, no international schools, no communities, no beach no sea etc etc. So what's the point for any non-turkish (or even locals as well up to a certain point) to buy a property in any of these locations? Investment only? Maybe (and again, thats a big maybe as all locations we mention in this video will provide better ROI and faster selling opportunities as they are appealing to wider audience). So sorry @user-oh6gc1cn5l your argument has unfortunately no standing point (unless of course you are an absolute fan of any of the locations you mention). Cheers😊👋
Hi Isabelle, you got that wrong so let us rectify the shot ; none of the cities or towns we mention are closed to foreigners but quite the contrary, all of them are open. However, there are certain neighborhoods within these towns or cities where, although it is permitted to legally own a property, you wont be currently allowed to get a residency permit (in other words, you can still use your property, enjoy holidays, but leave the country and come back as opposed to stay uninterrupted). This is only valid for some specific neighborhoods ( 4 out of 20 in Alanya for example) in other words, as long as you dont purchase a property in these specific neighborhoods you can get your residency permit without any trouble 😉😊👋
Hi @jesuisrobert808 it is true that Turkish economy has seen better days and unfortunately things are a bit difficult nowadays. This said, the government seems to tackle the problem seriously and we hope for a swift improvement very shortly. Please do not hesitate to contact if you'd like to know more about our offers, kind regards😊👋
This really inspired me to invest real estate property in Turkey. Very informative thanks for sharing.

Why Izmir is not on the list? It’s such a beautiful and vibrant city, full of history and nice people

Why ?

If a British person wants to buy in Turkiye do they need to become a citizen or get a permanent visa of some sort.

@@CapitolEstate Thanks for reply . ❤️🇧🇩
What's the most affordable place out of these 5 locations to buy a 3 bedroom apartment?
Hi Fahad, as of time of writing we can certainly say that Alanya currently offers the best value for the money. BODRUM should be a CITY!
Why not :)
I would choose Alanya and then Fethiye, but Alanya has a way much lower cost of living compared to other cities.

True, unless you speak Turkish and are willing to adapt, then you won't have a social life, if any@@CapitolEstate
Unfortunately since 1 july 2022 these are CLOSED areas to foreigners!!!
