This is stunning, better than many properties with higher prices even. The atmosphere is what truly sells it. It feels warm, cozy, but also cool. It truly feels like a place you would occupy for the rest of your life.
Come on, not for that price. That's a joke. Even rebuilt mansions on Bosphorus can be found at less than that. That's just ridiculous. You can have that view in Istabul for free anyway. The petrodollar pulled istanbul properties prices to ridiculous levels. They don't know what to do with their money and gold. This penthouse is made for them. But sooner the trend will be outdated and the prices will go down
There are many modern glass boxes throughout Turkey, so I’m glad you’re able to feature a home that actually showed a lot of typical traditional Turkish styles while incorporating artistic flair and warm intimate spaces. It also showed how much love and respect Turks have for their cats. Long live Simba!!
Simba adds value to this property haha. I love the second unit, the apartment looks so cozy and has so many elements that makes it unique. Even though I love the American style I appreciate other countries styles a lot, the feeling, the vibe and aesthetic is so different but so good. It's good to see houses from other parts of the world, we can learn so much out of it. Great video you guys!
Spectacular. This is why I love traveling. Whenever you think America does everything great you just need to look around somewhere else to see how somebody else does it so much better. First of all the surroundings are amazing. Then to the apartment, those steps! Are you kidding me! Buckles! And then that crocodile kills me. I love it. The columns with the chipped concrete make it feel old and warm even though it’s a cold gray surface. I love that it’s low ceiling and wide and they’ve kept everything narrow so the view does not get blocked. Those thin pin lights chandelier, and that fireplace recessed into the floor. Not to mention that tree and how long and jagged the branches are. It’s like a piece of art that was placed there That helps frames the view perfectly. also to reiterate why it’s worth 25 million, It’s about the materials used as well. The flooring alone was probably $2 million. Countertops in the bathroom that are semi precious stone can cost thousands of dollars a square foot, not to mention high-end doors and appliances. Light fixtures can be thousands of dollars each. Then add the labor. You don’t use run-of-the-mill laborers to install the flooring. I’ve had a friend build one of these houses and had every bathroom tile handmade overseas and imported so that they fit perfectly into the bathrooms. There are details on top of details that people don’t even think about. Like the leather stairs. Just Imagine they hired one of the finest leatherworkers in Europe it would cost you $5000 for each step. And finally to iterate what Mikey says. There is something just super cool about Europe. They can be flashy and stylish and sophisticated without that In your face excessiveness. And I’m already watching the next video and the house is just so monolithic in Los Angeles. Not to mention we’re talking about cultures and societies that have been doing things for a gazillion years before America ever existed.
I love your enthusiasm, but the house is mostly priced that much because its targeted at big pocketed western clients. Certainly it isn't cheap to build but I bet you are buying lots of "air"(millions) with this price tag. You are absolutely correct though, every country can be breathtakingly beautiful if you look around.
Perfect post!!! I was impressed with the same features so I’m glad you mentioned them (leather straps on the stairs). The art work is killing me. I must have stop the video a few times just to take a good look. The low ceilings help the eyes to focus on the views, while the windows provide a release that make the rooms feel light and airy. I love to travel as well and Istanbul is on my bucket list. Stay safe💃🏽
@Shady BA i do :) Maybe I’ll start my own channel where I watch his videos and make comments :-). He inspires me to look deep into these houses. There’s just so much he can’t possibly go over or the video would be two hours long.

They actually threw in everything modern making it too crowded imo. Place is huge but still looks tight because of all those unneccesary furniture and decorations. Just like a common turkish house :)
Hi @Enes the views and the terrain are quite something. It's good to know that your home country is Turkey, the strategic location that joins Europe to Asia and that has a very strong Middle Eastern influence, meaning that you also have those three distinguishing and diverse perspectives in your heritage but are able to appreciate and join all the three. Kudos Sir, because you weave an exceptionally good and excellent story by appreciating the different architectures and periods of history that gives us the spaces that we live, work and rest in!
I noticed in every video tour you made, you have added it with a background music that is very appropriate with the atmosphere of that area. And I have to praise it because its really intrigued me to keep watching your video.
Absolutely amazing, i love Istanbul and have been there more than 7 times. Istanbul has changed a lot through the last 10-15 years, still beautiful but not the same. If this Apartment is worth 25M i would definitely argue. 7-10M (including the view) would have been much more realistic. Amazing video. Congrats
You are mostly paying that money for the view, location and the land is so valuable. You can't build any more houses next to Bosphorus so what already exists is very valuable. In Turkey building a villa is not as expensive as in Europe or the USA because labor costs are cheap but land is all that matters.
not worth the money, Istanbul is a shithole with tons of traffic, and overpopulation. you cant commute to other places in the city. too much traffic or too crowded public transportation with tons of shit refugee people.
Loved loved loved the Simba Apartment with the views. Istambul is always full of surprises. Thank you Enes and Mikey. Btw, I think that quality you couldnt pinpoint in the kitchen is that it was hardly staged for the tour, there you could see that warm, lived-in feel with the every day oils and spices in plain view. Normally all that is hidden for the filming.
It's amazing how much trends are just universal despite being literally on opposite sides of the world. This apartment would be at home in the southwest US or even south Florida. That being said it's still so unique and has a lovely aesthetic!
Thank you for sharing some of your home country, I would love to see some more! Turkey has such beautiful architecture! Please share some traditional homes as well ❤️
Really digging these tours here. What an amazing view. I don't know enough about Istanbul/Turkey. Maybe a video on what makes Istanbul great! With your easy and personable articulation and the cameras view, it would be spectacular
“It could snow here and there” . Not “could” (which implies rarely) but it definitely does snow in Istanbul every year. Sometimes heavy, sometimes not so much but definitely snows. Most Americans are surprised to find out we get snow in Istanbul. Their preconceived notion they subconsciously have is that Turkey is in ”Middle East” which they associate with year-long hot weather. By the way, I am glad you showed that side of Istanbul . I hate it when the tourists come to only Topkapi, Taksim, Eminoni and that is all they see and assume that is how the rest of Istanbul looks like when it is actually much more beautiful and modern than the touristic parts of the city. So, it is good to show them the beautiful Bebek/Istinye parts.
When Enes show that living room view... I just fell in love. Might as well travel to Turkey to see that view. You guys are getting better and better every single tour you guys shoot! Keep it up!
Sizinle gurur duyuyorum, bizi çok güzel temsil ediyorsunuz. Yaptığınız işi özenerek, severek ve kaliteli yapıyorsunuz. First I want to confess that you guys are really great, but I don't know why I get the feeling you don't have the potential and the enthusiasm of other episodes in Turkey. Might be there a reason or not but you guys are doing it fantastic.
thats great to see you in our homeland again Enes. maybe you can take us a tour in Turkish seaside houses also named Yalı in the amazing Bosphorus sea levels. they might they not have modern furnishings or minimalistic things but they are definitely worth a visit. hope you guys have great time in İstanbul.
it may be expensive, BUT it's actually looks like home, I can totally see people live there daily, and the view is beautiful, most American houses in luxury locations mostly look like just a great party mansions, or museums.
What a beautiful area. Turkey is definitely on my bucket list. I live near Newport, RI and always drive through the "mansion district" to get to the beach. I think they are all old, but I've been dying to tour one. Just a thought if you guys are ever on the East coast. Love everything you do!
The interior designers of this home was made by someone with the pretty ultimated sophisticated elegant good taste ! I'm fascinated by the use of colours, finishes and features. Even has a cat ! What else can you ask for ?

I wouldn't change this for the zillion dollar LA and NYC houses and appartments. Best location and panorama in the world!
I’m hoping you have some vlogs traveling your hometown
Coming soon!
First I want to confess that you guys are really great, but I don't know why I get the feeling you don't have the potential and the enthusiasm of other episodes in Turkey. Might be there a reason or not but you guys are doing it fantastic.
thats great to see you in our homeland again Enes. maybe you can take us a tour in Turkish seaside houses also named Yalı in the amazing Bosphorus sea levels. they might they not have modern furnishings or minimalistic things but they are definitely worth a visit. hope you guys have great time in İstanbul.
this would be awesome!
thanks for the suggestions!
Man, i swear... i love the cameraman i just love how he actively participates in the video
it may be expensive, BUT it's actually looks like home, I can totally see people live there daily, and the view is beautiful,
most American houses in luxury locations mostly look like just a great party mansions, or museums.
yes i agree with you american houses not look like a really house
That tree is older than USA
What a beautiful area. Turkey is definitely on my bucket list. I live near Newport, RI and always drive through the "mansion district" to get to the beach. I think they are all old, but I've been dying to tour one. Just a thought if you guys are ever on the East coast. Love everything you do!
Thanks!
I like how Simba is the sole owner of this luxury penthouse.
The interior designers of this home was made by someone with the pretty ultimated sophisticated elegant good taste ! I'm fascinated by the use of colours, finishes and features. Even has a cat ! What else can you ask for ?

I got a love for turkey and Istanbul from assassins creed revelations years back, I just love the culture and everything
You guys literally traveled across the world! This is definitely my favorite tour by far 🔥👏
Thank you!

Been watching your videos quite a while now and i gotta admit that is the most stunning apartment ive ever seen my whole life. Seriously it feels like heaven even wathing it.
Bebek is such a cool district in Istanbul. I can totally understand the price of the apartment based in the neighbourhood
Agreed, well said
@@EnesPlus I hope you had a great time being home in Turkey. The people, culture, food and all the street cats make it such an amazing place to visit for holidays.
Half of the price is for the view of the Bosphorus since it is amaizing!(even it is priceless in my judgment), Thanks to Enes for showing us this beauty (including Simba).
Not sure how I feel about the pricing, but this is definitely a fantastic house! Great decorative elements, interesting colour palettes, and innovative features make for a great tour! Thanks Enes!
Thanks for the input
About the pricing; 10 million USD for the apartment + 15 million USD for the location. This is how the real estate work in Istanbul.
@@sevenhill252 I know how real estate works, it’s even more expensive in Los Angeles. But this home wouldn’t be worth 25 millions, not even in Westwood, the most expensive neighbourhood in LA.
@@Stellar-Cowboy Thousand Oaks real estate is not that expensive. And Thousand Oaks isn’t even LA, it’s in Ventura County. Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Santa Monica are the most expensive neighborhoods in LA.
@@Stellar-Cowboy Thousand Oaks? I'm not even sure Thousand Oaks is the most expensive area in Ventura County...
Supersin Enes! Cok guzel olmus! Turkcen cok guzel! Turkiyedekiler heleki! Barailarinin devamini diliyorum!
Totally loved this tour.
thank you!
Omg is Simba included the price lol😻😹😹 And now I understand why I love you two(Enes&Mikey) so much: because you two love cats too🥰 Mikey's meowing chat with Simba is priceless😂💘💘💘
Enes with another outstanding
Tour 💯love your house tours
Thank you so much!
@@EnesPlus say hi to Mike ✌
Istanbul is on my bucket list. The most history ever happened at the crossroads of the world.
I would honestly watch Enes do a 15 minute tour of a toaster! Lol. Absolutely the best!
lol thanks
Turkish homes are beautiful. Turkey has a history of beautiful craftsmanship and architecture.
Major shouts out to Beril for the showing of the home, Enes for being so relaxed and yet enjoying the time he's spending in Turkey. I love Simba, but I can see she's enjoying her camera time and how she likes Mikey as well...Lol.
thank you :)
There is no city like İstanbul. Every time i look at it i fell in love with it again and again.
Awesome, I love that cat intro, Simba is awesome. Great showing, I love your country Enes. Good job you two. 😁
This house has a certain uniqueness to it. It seems so calm and yet opulent at the same time.

Omg this is amazing. When i went to Istanbul almost 10 years ago i kinda wondered how it is inside those homes along bosphorus area. Now i get a glimpse of it.
Can we talk about how beautiful the wall art is throughout the apartment 😍
That is an AWESOME view. I mean, Good Grief, I feel like I’m on a Mediterranean cruise or something! This home is gorgeous but Enes, America loves you (heck, the world loves you, Mikey and your work); never leave! GREAT TOUR!
Süper video Enes! Türkiye içinde güzel bir tanıtım.
cok tesekkurler
Yes it was! I can’t wait to see Istanbul!! I’m hoping Enes and Mikey have videos in their vault with sightseeing footage.🤞🏾Stay safe💃🏽
Simba stole the show
Stunning as always. Please give us a night view of the homes!
Istanbul is absolutely the best city in the world
The view is fantastic! I actually like this river view more than a lot of the ocean views you have been showing us stateside because one can see a lot more activities on the river ... the ocean stretching as far as the eyes can see can be kinda desolated.
Scammer alert .... this loser even stole your profile pic, Enes.
its actually sea of marmara not river
That mass you see is not a river but a sea. Bosphorus .The strait separating Asia and Europe
everybody can build a stunning house but nobody can make like that beautiful neighbors and nature.
So beautiful I’ve always wanted to go to Istanbul, I’ve been to Turkey once and it was beautiful. Do you think you might tour some homes in the UK one day?
for sure
