I just started watching your videos tonight and this is already one of my favorite videos due to the versatility of this weapon or tool, and your creativity in design and execution. Your projects are interesting, not too hard, easy to follow and understand and all your videos are fun to watch.
It’s kinda adorable you have a goat and not only that if the apocalypse happens you are set my guy not only that the weapon has a “hidden use” in which if all of the other uses dull out or break you can use the stick as a staff
Cool weapons, man. For the flail, I would have used a big, heavy duty metal ball hitch (like you could also use for a club). More skull crushing power and it might not get snagged up like that hook. Any big, heavy duty piece of metal would be good ( head of a hand sledge, etc......, with a welder, the possibilities are pretty much limitless.). For the spear, I would have wrapped a couple feet in some braided, 550 para cord (very utilitarian, plus a sure grip. You can always use para cord for lots of stuff). How about the flail with the spear blade for a pommel?
A hook as the business end of things may not be a wise choice. In case you hit and open up a rib cage you may get caught on one of the ribs and get delayed for the next barrage just long enough to get into trouble...
I don't think that I really thought about that before but That is something I've seen In our tool shed before A chain with a hook at the end of a stick it Wasn't a weapon But I can't think of a single conceivable reason to have one of those for utility purposes
that pumkins face. he looked so scared 😂😂 love the interchangeability of the weapon keep it up man
backyardbladesmith 😂 Thanks!
1: buy a hardwood stick

You deserve so many more subs man. This is dope
You could flatten the rake comb and put a point on it.
Tony Walker, Interesting idea, I am hanging onto that rake. It will probably find its way into a future project. Thanks!

Nice build brother
Aj Sanmiguel Thanks, my friend.
Great video as always!
I think that there might be a generational gap as to what the term “grinder” means

Now, put several short sections of chainsaw chain on that flail and make it really wicked!

Nice aim!

A grinder and paint make me the welder I ain't.
Thrust with the spear don't throw it, you might not be able to retrieve it depending on the situation you're in.
What the US has relaxed weapon laws? Shocking
would you still grow the pumpkin seeds?
With securing the spearhead can you solder it?
