I am in my 70s and I am just now getting my arms around this whole issue. I’ve listened to hours and hours and I am in the process of reading two of Brené Brown‘s books. Making it a practice is the tough part. Because of coming from an alcoholic family and growing up as an alcoholic, it has taken me a while even though I’ve been sober for almost 40 years now. Becoming sober didn’t solve any of the problems other than being sober. It just began the work I needed to do on myself. This has given me tools. Thank you so much.

Thank you for posting this. I just recently discovered Brene Brown and that is what attracted me to your video. I must say though, it took way too long to get to the interview at the beginning. I almost turned it off but glad I waited. Thanks again.

Our True Parent God created us all in Love and given us the gift of life. Our worth can not be earned also love can not be earned yet most of us believe we have to earn both.

17:30 Something's Gotta Give is the movie. I fell in love with that house also!!!
Saw the movie the Joneses also, it's an interesting movie. The movie is a precursor to social media influencers of today.
