What methods are you using currently to get listings? The amount of FSBOs in my area have dropped dramatically and in my cold calling of likely to sell distressed etc people are either telling me they gonna take advantage of the insane rental market instead or that they're waiting to see how far the prices will go. I do have some leads but holy cow they are few and far in-between and buyers are just not paying
I would get a lead generation funnel going and drive ads to it. You can do it through Facebook and Google. I use Twelve Touch (twelvetouch.io) It comes with funnels and follow up already built and ready to go.
