Morning sir! I just passed my real estate exam in Missouri on yesterday. I started watching your videos last week during the same time I was studying for the test. I found your videos to be so very encouraging and helpful and this one is amazing! I am looking forward to following your tutelage throughout my newbie career as a real estate agent. Allurks yea it definitely is, I’m 3 weeks in and putting in a lot of work but it’s a lot to take in and learn in the beginning. I’d say COVID is making it much much harder to learn as well because you can’t do open houses or learn from another realtor in live listings and purchases. I’m definitely putting in the time and effort though and know I will be successful one day in real estate but it’s definitely going to take the time and effort to get anywhere in this business.
@@Allurkslol yes. Putting in a lot of work, learning a lot but not earning any money yet. It's hard.
I wrote all of this down. Going to type it now and start going over this on my own perhaps have somebody sit down and roleplay with me this strategy.

1.5% comission LOL, so how much would be the appropriate commission, you didn't say LOL great video. Sometimes I think a seller would say I agree to be nice then on his head is like "but I wanted that price in mind" then he never calls you back. I guess after that what would be your strategy when you call them back to negotiate maybe the price he has in mind or the commission. Thanks

Hi Chastin, I appreciate all the positive content you make it really helps as a New Agent. I was just wondering when you do your CMA how do you make a CMA that pulls up pictures for all your properties. I am at EXP real estate agent and use KV core along with MLS and mojo for cold calling. Can any of these give me a CMA like yours and your listing presentation?

I use a program called Cloud CMA. It can pull whatever listings you want from the MLS and it will pull the photos as well.

This was a great video however my only question is, what if he didn’t have to move out right away? Your main selling point for listing it at that price was because he needed to be out ASAP for work but if he had the time to sit there and wait for offers, how would you sell him on that listing price?

This was great! I have my first listing presentation on Monday morning with my managing broker, and I am so nervous. I just passed my exam 2 weeks ago, and I can’t believe I am having my first presentation already from a friend of the past that is interviewing me to list his home. I really love your videos and your presentation style here, especially your explanations of active, sold, and expired.

What program do u use on the ipad when doing ur listing presentation?
It's just a PDF so there's no program. It's just how the iPad opens the PDF. You can also use Keynote if you want to keep it in presentation format.
