Without wireless it's a bit noticably better than the meta quest 2 and 3 which are wireless. Since it's wired, it should be less pricey.

I'm hanging for a psvr2, but I just can't afford it.
Here's what I truly do not understand about the Apple Vision Pro: if you're going to have a battery pack to remove weight from the headset, why not throw the rest of the processing on there to reduce weight even further? The pack would weigh more, but I think most people would agree it's better than having that weight on your head, and surely someone at Apple had that idea. Just doesn't make sense to me.
I think with the non-Pro Quest devices, you absolutely need to get third party accessories for comfort. I use the Kiwi strap and the VRCover facial interface. Way more comfortable that way. The PSVR2 is just way too expensive.
Wireless VR is also incredible now. Virtual Desktop, Quest Link, and especially Steam Link (which is effortless) are all really great options.
They’re playing the long game in the vr space.. its a pretty future proof headset outside of the wire

Tbh though I know the vr tech is expensive on the development end, I can’t justify dropping the same amount as a console for what is ostensibly a peripheral. It is something I want but that price is just not something I will pay, it would have to have to drop in price a hell of a lot to make it worth it for me.
Could always just get a Quest 2 or 3. Which are priced cheaper and are ACTUAL consoles.

PSVR 2 doesn’t have to worry about AVP. The Vision Pro is serious tool to get professional work done. It’s a completely different market

Open it and check the thermal paste. That might be your issue.
My friend had the same issue because he kept his ps5 standing vertically, it kept crashing and overheating when he played ghost of Tsushima and turns out his thermal paste was gone lol.
V.R. gaming and also being in the real world is very important. Balance is a good thing!!

Just bought a new ps5 slim and with it I renewed my ps plus essential membership that I haven’t used for some time only to discover that several of my previous claimed games have gone missing :( is this a known issue?

I have a psvr2, havent played it much the last few months, love it, but the very poor use of reprojection in most games makes me sick

I'm going to go ahead and tell you the issues are not going to get better until they invest in more server Farms. The problem is only going to metastasize. I've not even bought the game yet but I will, even though the servers are badly overloaded. With I being myself but still knowing this? There's no doubt in my mind what the problem is. The game is just better than anyone could have ever imagined. This is a good thing guys buy the game and give them the money to expand!
I've tried the vr 2 head set it made feel sick so I won't be getting one any time soon witch is a shame as I like my tech but just can't get on with vr
There might be some things you can do to overcome that tho!
When you start feeling uncomfortable, shut your eyes, breathe deeply, and take a short break before trying again. And you can also point a fan towards yourself, feeling the breeze can help combat motion sickness.

How do you overcome motion sickness playing on PSVR2. I played it on Demeo is amazing, then I played a zombie game that got me motion sickness for more than 24 hours. Even I'd my sleep in between. Have you tried watching netflix on PSVR2? How was it?
Some people are way more susceptible to motion sickness than others. Key is to stop as soon as you start feeling sick or you will be sick for about 24 hr. A nice silver lining though, when I first started VR I could not play flight sims ( they are like a roller coaster sim ). Now they are my favorite. So the point, is if you keep putting in time inside the headset, motion sickness gets better.
You can try blowing a fan at yourself while you play apparently it worked for some people. And make sure your headset is ajusted properly
Ginger also helps in combating nausea and motion sickness. Either eating ginger, drinking ginger ale, or taking ginger pills. In some cases, ginger actually could help more than over the counter medication.
I love my portal but sony does need to give us access to the playstation plus games to play ps3 games and stream our games. Idk if its rumors but weren't we supposed to get that?
Hope they patch up batman Arkham Knight on Nintendo switch, I just got the batman Arkham trilogy for my Nintendo switch yesterday for my birthday and I love it so far, batman Arkham Knight on Nintendo switch needs a patch update because I was looking through the DLC suits and it can use a software patch up.

Sony doesn’t have to worry because Apple VR and PS VR have different purposes,PS VR is for Gaming and Apple VR is for Business and it’s very expensive so most People wont buy it unless a Complete buying them to use it for Business for VR Calls or Meetings
Not talking smack but the meta quest three is way better then the quest two. Asguards wrath 2 is amazing. I wish the playstation vr2 had the quest lens. It would be a hundred times better. Seriously the quest lens are so clear and no weird edge blur

oculus 2 is 300 bucks? well, then sony should lower their psvr2 price. because i dont think PC consumers actually buying the competitions more expensive stuff like from vive and varjo that cost over 1000 dollars. their direct competition should be the oculus. so maybe lower it to 300 dollars before making it available to PC.

Meta quest 3. Many games and is awesome best VR set in my opinion. Even at 5 - 600$ people bought the Apple Vision for 1300 $ so 600$ is still Awesome price and many games worth playing Meta Quest 3 wins my opinion
