    I'm 3 minutes into your video and can I just say that your skin looks beautiful! To me it is obvious which people eat Keto/Carnivore and those who do not. Your skin speaks for itself! Well done!👍

    You go girl! And Siim Land recommends eating whole eggs on a PSMF because they're just such a nutrient rich whole food, and cutting calories elsewhere (I too could never eat just egg white, ugh) - so maybe see if you can squeeze some whole eggs in? Wishing you all the luck, and I will be watching your progress with interest. :)

      @@HaveButterwillTravel Yeah, Erica inspired me to do a PSMF along with her, so glad to swap ideas ... and it can be rough after the rich deliciousness of keto! Indeed, I'm making a sort of spinach, scallion, cottage cheese frittata thang that fits in with a psmf for me. I recommend that too. :)

    Wow super awesome work Erika, super happy to hear your results.
    I am definitely gonna give this a try, I need to break this plateau, its so frustrating, especially when I'm so close to one of my major goals.
    Cant wait to see how well you have gone by week ten, I totally think you can smash your goal in that time!

    Sounds like it's really working for you. You've obviously broken the stall and started things moving again. I think I'd have to look at comparing how long it would have taken to lose that much weight before trying this fast to really see the impact. You're likely upping your game by a huge margin and the momentum will continue after this reset is over.

    I’m confused. How many grams of protein per day are you eating? I know this is an old video but I’m rewatching as I want to try it.

      The amount of protein is individual. I think we talked about it in one of the other videos. I think we filmed three in this series. You might find the answer in one of those other two videos

    My family likes to make a bowl of cottage cheese, tuna, diced peppers, tomatoes, and peppers. Salt and pepper.

    I reckon roo is one of the best sources of protein for PSMF. Really low fat. Only grass fed because they are free range (in Australia).

    Try putting a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper on your tuna. Its not as dry

    What about ur kidneys and uric acid ? Do u feel any difference when u eat more protein

      I did not notice an effect. From my understanding that would only be a problem for someone with existing kidney issues
