This 1994 Dodge Stealth R/T has the same exact engine as a Mitsubishi 3000GT / GTO, the DOHC 24-valve 6G72. Vehicle shown is non-turbo fwd version that was experiencing a very faint lower end noise that I investigated and found sludge in the oil pan blocking the oil pickup screen. This was all causing low oil pressure and I suspected the rod bearings were going to be worn by the look of the oil that drained out (sparkles and glitter). After inspecting the bearings while engine was still installed, I decided it was time to change them...so engine comes out.
In this video I remove the DOHC 6G72 using a few very helpful tools including the low profile Black Widow Engine Crane, I could not have done the job without it.

I’ll take that as a compliment. Great detective skills lol. I have the joy of being able to do this as a hobby, with nobody barking at me about how to do it, no deadlines, no start time no end time…. It’s a beautiful thing.
