Instead of avoiding foods why not fix the gut by sorting out stomach acidity and bile production issues? A leaky gut is partly due to gluten and sugar from what other channels advise. But stomach acidity is required to break down proteins and assist in making vitamins and minerals more bio-available. Apple cider vinegar among other things can help acidify the stomach acid to prevent GERD and SIBO which might occur from food fermenting in the gut for too long. I’d try these kids on milk kefir too, maybe also consider making the kefir with raw milk if available to improve the potential benefits. For the older children fasting would be helpful for focus and attention as well as limiting insulin spikes throughout the day which might be contributing to the moods and outbursts.
@@PropheticSoakingwithSarahJER not a doctor so can’t advise. Stronger stomach acid would probably resolve your SIBO because it is a bacterial overgrowth caused by not being controlled because of a more alkaline environment.

Whether autistic kids can eat cheese depends on their specific dietary needs and doctor recommendations. Some children might be on a gluten-free or dairy-free diet for various reasons, so cheese might not be advisable for them. It’s always best to follow healthcare professionals' guidance and consider any specific dietary restrictions based on their tests and individual needs. For supplements, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider to identify what might be beneficial and appropriate for each child, as it varies from person to person.
