Вставка
- Опубліковано 29 чер 2024
- Dr. Rowe shows how to self pop, crack, or release your lower back with a foam roller.
Easy, effective foam rolling self mobilizing exercises are shown that may help release lower back tightness and stiffness from the low back to the hips, pelvis, and sacroiliac (SI) joints. These deep stretching movements may end in a satisfying POP or CRACK.
They can be done at home or work, pretty much ANYPLACE and ANYTIME! That way you'll be able to release pressure throughout the lower back QUICKLY, and get the pop or crack you're looking for.
Watch now and self mobilize and release your low back at home!

Wow. Great stretches. I did the exercises, and was expecting lots of popping etc. I didn't really hear any, HOWEVER, when I stood up, my hips feel a lot looser than they have in ages, and lower back feels great. Thanks again. You're a life(and money) Saver
Main thing is less symptoms or pain, and more range of motion. Thanks for watching!

I did the exercises from the neck video and this one. The more I practiced, the more the pain intensified and thought this is not going to release as much as I need it too, then suddenly with the last move, I sat up and all the pain just disappeared !! From my neck, shoulders and upper back! I can't tell you how helpful this was! I suffer from pain that makes me cry and keeps me in bed for a while. My entire upper body feels free and loose ! Thankkk uuuuu

Thankyou doctor for all these excercises. My muscles are still feeling weak since I had that sciatic attack last year in April. I have it in both legs. I need to get strong for my marathon race next month I am going to only do the 5K this time before the sciatic issues last year I was doing the 5K and 10K and was planning to do the half marathon this year but that scaitica happened. What can I do to strengthen my muscles and get healthy! I am trying to stay healthy until the lord is ready for me. I am 68 years old. Thankyou again Doctor Rowe

@@DrRowe I'm looking forward to more content.
Great video as always. Hoping you can help, I keep getting inundated with ads for those back stretchers, I hope you know the type that I mean, they usually have a coloured rubber strip running down the center and have an adjustable curve. I've been so tempted to get one, but feel very uninformed, or even wondered if they could be harmful. I wonder if you could give some info on them, or maybe even do a video on them, as to whether you would recommend or not. Thanks for reading.
Very good
Thanks for watching!
Dr Cakes is at it again with those thumbnails! You old wascal! 😝

Dr Ive always found that mixing it up always gives me best results. I’m getting great results using many of your techniques. But what are your thoughts on adding acupuncture? I’ve just started. It as well and it fits with my idea of mixing it up?

i’ve found popping my sacroiliac joints to be easiest in a car, anytime i’m in a car i put my feet on the sides of the floor board and push my feet outward and just like that! pop pop
You should make a video on how to avoid worsening of back injuries when having a cough
Thanks for the suggestion!
I LOVE THE HAIR GROWING. I RECENTLY BROKE MY SHOULDER AND WRIST, I FELT MY WHOLE BODY SHIFT AT THE TIME. NOW I AM OUT OF LINE. THESE VIDEOES HELP ME A LOT EVEN THOUGH THE SHOULDER AND HAND CANNOT MOVE FREELY, I TRY TO DO WHAT I CAN. I AM IMPRESSED. SORRY FOR CAPS BUT I AM USING ONE HAND
Thank you for all your amazing videos - having severe pain in the jaw and upper cheeks in my face and around the ear - TMJ maybe - trying everything possible for relief - have watched alot of UA-cam videos - I would be grateful for any suggestions - cheers from Canada 🇨🇦

A couple of years ago I’ve got a triple level laminectomy, L1 to L4. Everything went extremely well, I’m into hiking, skiing, biking and so on, but I’m reluctant to push on my back for fear of doing something wrong. Do you think I can do these exercises?
Thank you!!! Doc, can't raise my left hand, can you point me to your videos that can help me... thanks!!!!
I do alot of overhead work in the trade that I'm in, what's the best 'warm up' stretches I can do in th morning to prevent fatigue and injuries?

Hello Doc can plz suggest me any excercise for L4 disc gap.
The new one
I to try these.I have had terrible lower leg and back pain for months and my PCP has been taking tests.I have been to a chiropractor 3 times and got no relief. I was told this is arthritis related. I am not sire sure because the pain feels muscular or in the tendons. and I suspect static nerve related. I had shoulder surgery in in August and I was down for months. I had great physical therapy and my shoulder is recovering strength and full mobility. At the time my PT ended I started to have lower leg pain and a pain on the left side of my right knee. When it did not get better I saw my doctor. I have an MRI Monday. At times the pain is terrible and has effected daily living and activities. I am going to go out and buy a form roller and try these as I suspect that my skeletal and muscle balance is off due to surgery, and being in a sling for two months and being so off balance and inactive. I am now working out successfully and feel almost no pain at all. But later it returns. when I walk or stand. I feel no pain when I sit or lay down. Strange, wish me healing light and renewed vitality. Thanks for the tips on the video, they made sense.
The SI pop in the pelvis from squeezing your knees inward is always a weird feeling XD
Thank you. My hips are a nightmare. Right at the point where the femoral nerve runs down the front of the leg and on the same side sciatic. Dr. Thinks it's muscle, but I think it's nerve as my legs spasm a lot.
Hope the exercises help, and please give us an update soon.
With that hair, you look a hell of a lot more like Robby's dad from Cobra Kai than William Zabka does. Also, thanks for the info.
😂 thanks
I can use this I hurt my back in high school
Thank you so much, much lower disc's are bad and I was born with my toes pointing in ( I forgot what it's called, you help me so much thanks, ( my right hip hurts when I sleep and when I bend forward during the Day, I'm positive you know what all that means, you are awesome, wow over 1 million subscribers thank you so much love your fans and friends near fort tehjon 😇🐾🌻🥑🙏💜🐕🐈🌲🐕🦺⛄🚒🐎
Thanks again for watching!
Buy a cheap air mattress and get an inflator for it. You can do alot of exercises on them for hips etc = also maybe easier to sleep on for you. The cheap $15-20 air mattresses are an excellent start.
Is there any good training rug for uneven floor?
I always need the dr to do me.
They lay me on my side, figure 4 my legs, put my hands up to my chest, and push on my shoulder.
It gets me loose everytime
I had been decompression therapy befor 2months. For disc bulg. Can i do this.
Great vid thanks. What brand of roller and firmness is that?
Link to the exact roller is in the video's description. It's very firm.
As a runner who is training for a marathon, these foam rollers ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx9XSsjzA4f84VmhBCHlyhec7XILIxennL are really good for sore and tight muscles. This one is a good size (mine is the purple, 36 inches) not too big but big enough to work and roll both my legs at the same time - I took a photo holding the roller next to me just to provide a better representation of its size. I noticed some reviewers who complained that this is, “just a foam noodle”… and yes, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a high density foam roller. It is absolutely NOT the same consistency/strength/durability/ or texture as a ‘pool noodle’ thought and I disagree entirely with those that say so. As a former collegiate athlete and marathon runner, I’m comfortably giving this roller 5 stars. It’s lightweight and durable and does just what I need it to do at a budget-friendly price. Overall, I have no complaints and am happy with it!
doc i have L3 L4 L5 S1 disc bulge, (as shown in my mri) 7 weeks now, i have difficulty in standing straight and my right leg always numb and tingling. i hope you help me with this.
Have you consulted a local doctor or chiropractor for this?
@@DrRowe yes but he advice me to undergo for 10 sessions (very costly for me) without even trying in adjusting my back. is this really the process? is my bulging disc heal naturally? but anyway that you for all you've shared videos i have learn a lot and have a great improvements about my problems.
Hi Doc. I can't find the foam roller link you mentioned in the vid. Please post it for those of us looking to get it. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply
Can these make the pain worse?
If they do, please discontinue.
My chiropractor never uses the word crack or pop, instead he says it clicks even if it makes a sound like a shotgun blast
Where can I get the roller doctor ?

Can you do those exercises while lying in bed?
Floor is generally best for these
caption needs to be higher so that we could see what you are doing.
You'll have to contact UA-cam over that, since they control it. (I wouldn't waste your time 🙂)
Ya... Don't try this.... You will destroy yourself. Rollers are not good for lower backs PERIOD.
Wow, just did all of these, heard a lot of popping and feel like a new human being.
