I especialy liked how you demonstrated the movement in stages, considering some may be less mobile and/or older. Very well thought of. 👍

I have chronic backpain for 3 years now. The pains centre is on my rightside on the back just beneath my ribcage. This pain sometimes goes on to my front into my diaphragm and most of the time to my whole right side with tightness to my butt. And sometimes the pain goes to my whole back but i can feel and know the pains centre is my right side spine. Which of your exercises is the best against this pain.? Thank you in advance!

Whatever excerises have you shown in this video temporary relief get. After certain period of time low back tightness occurred again. Can you tells low back ribs relief tightens permanently?
I've had sore back muscles since months and literally my whole back muscles are tender even if I press them my thumbs .When I do the the massage ball pressure thing , it sort of feels more tender like maybe what you call a good pain. Should I continue with the same?

These exercises look really good. On your thumbnail you highlight three X'd areas, lower back and middle back (both sides). It's the latter trigger points that I'm most interested in. First, what is that area called? By trial and error I've developed a morning routine (mostly related to the neck) that helps but I'm sure there is better. I will try the exercises you show in this video but if there's something more focused I'd be grateful.
That's because there's multiple exercises being shown, that once learned, may help fix it in as little as 30 seconds. Give them a chance, you may find they really help. Thanks for watching.

How important is it the door/wall floor is flat and not crooked/curved? The idiots that built this log home couldn't make a 90° or squared board.
As long as your knees are roughly at 90 degrees and feet flat, shouldn’t be an issue.
