      Is it possible to self-adjust C 7, C8 and T1? Have you done on a video on this? Will you do one? My wife says that your video on helping rounded shoulders has literally been life changing for her. No worrying about trying to make it until the chiropractor has office hours again!

    Really hoping you still check comments. I’ve had lower back pain for so long. Done all the stretching doctors gave me and had mri’s which didn’t show anything. Anyway, I recently got a big yoga ball thing, and when I lay on that I get instant relief. Figure it’s like the chair trick. My main issue is when I’m doing it at some point my back feels like it’s just jolting apart and it’s super painful but relieving at the same time. Like clicking your fingers… Any clue what that may be??

    My absolute favorite self made traction is on both my bone on bone knees. I do traction on my knees by dangling (don’t swing) my feet off the ground like sitting on an arm of a sofa with 5 pound ankle weights. I did see a difference in my x-rays the last time I was at the doctor he thought I was crazy but there was a small gap of half an inch and both knees were there was none before. So my traction allows nutrition and hydration in. I don’t know if I’ll ever grow cartilage but I feel relief almost immediately after I do my knee traction. I’m no doctor but it worked for me. I’ve been suffering with knee issues since 2006. I was a meat cutter for over 30 years so I took a lot of damage standing all day long lifting & carrying heavy items

    Ahhhhhh…. I cannot wait to try these stretches!!! They look extremely helpful and deliciously invigorating. I have terribly painful issues from C-1 all the way down to the coccyx.🥴 I do a LOT of stretching, however I could easily see/feel the intense restoration of the muscles while you were demonstrating. Thank you!!

    Serious comment/question here;
    I have had lower back pain for a few years after straining it while moving furniture. It hurts to lay on my stomach or bend over and hard to stand back up once bent over. It feels as though my lower back needs to pop. I discovered the first stretch shown in this video on my own trying to experiment at home. The stretch I feel while doing it is exactly where my back pain is and I feel pressure as if my back is going to “pop” there but it never does. When I release from the stretch the pain is horrendous and causes what I assume is muscle spasm leaving my unable to stand up straight for an hour or two. I’ve seen multiple chiropractors and my GP and none seem to find any problem, be able to adjust this area or even really understand what I am trying to explain. Any idea why this stretch causes me so much pain and why I can’t find relief or pop this area of my back? The stretch feels good while doing it so I keep trying in hopes it will pop

      If you have a styrofoam roller you can roll your back on it, it cracks mine and it makes it less stiff. Or one of those weighted balls, small, 10 to 15 pounds, and you lay your back on it and it basically cracks and stretches your back.
