  • Made this for IG but I am going to start sharing more short videos on my channel. This is an hour of work clearing a trail cut down into 90 seconds.
Some of you will love this, others will hate it.
Is it more satisfying to see the logs split in one shot or after a little battle?

I used to work at a sawmill where splitting wood was part of the job. Not only is in awesome exercise, but after a friend of mine was murdered, it was phenomenal at letting out my pain and aggression. I often think about looking for places that need wood split now just for conditioning 👍

Those are some powerful swings of the axe, going for the middle of the round takes some real effort! Good cardio and hey, you also get to burn the wood 🔥 😂

:37-:42. Ughhh- I gave myself some elbow tendinitis a few years ago after years of maul work at 53 splitting around the edges of a sugar maple round about 3’ dia. and bouncing. Couldn’t do pull-ups for about 6 months and still acts up. Using the wrong paddling form when I started solo canoeing didn’t help either. I rebuilt a used homemade logsplitter for the tough rounds and crotches now.
Gonna try some of your finishers you’ve posted - thanks.
    Are you on BCUSA forum?

I want to try conjugate but have a few questions (im not a powerlifter but i want to get strong on these movements).
Can i use the variations i maxed out on 4 weeks later for volume work? My plan is as follows:
*i have 4-5 OHP and weighted pull ups variations
4-5 weeks of weighted pull ups variations MAX effort and volume work on the OHP variations
4-5 weeks of OHP variations MAX effort and volume work on the weighted pull up variations
I dont have many variations for the exercises so i have to use them again for volume work. Will this work?

Ig it depends. Some people really like the thoren bradley format but they also like it because of a physical attraction thing. But the editting with seamless jump cuts seems pretty time efficient. Ig it's like, if youre gonna be uploading less anyway, maybe uploading more footage with less editting just to fill up for empty spaces could end up being favorable in your current position. You also never use the youtube shorts feature. So maybe the jump cuts could be used on that end of things. For all the stuff you made in the past if people were to revisit it in shorts format, maybe the people that never clicked on them before might click on them in your shorts. It'll take less time to put together a youtube short because of the handicap of being less than a minute long.
